Called ahead of time to ask if they could install a car battery if purchased there. The lady that answered the phone said “we can help you with that”. Once at the store, I was told that they do not install batteries and no females were working there that day, so I must have been lying. They stated that they do not install batteries because no one working there knows how to, and if they did it wrong, something would blow up.
Really needed a part on saturday. Arrived at 5:30PM at the store and it was closed.
They did not ensure their hours were correct on google maps. Says open till 6:00 PM on Saturdays.
Terrible. I ordered 4 qts of oil from the NAPA website and chose the option for free next day delivery from this local store. Heard nothing for 2 days. Tried to call the store but was put on hold for 30 minutes (with a recording telling me they know how valuable my time is). That is my limit so I hung up and cancelled the order through the 800 number (which was fast and easy)!
I know nothing about cars. They got me the replacement windshield wipers I needed and installed them in less than 10 minutes without me even asking. Thank you to Antonio for amazing service!
Closed store way before closing time, while I ordered a part online that said pick up in 30 mins, that’s not right. Some people drive from far away to pick up a part you guys have in stock.
Napa is a rip off prices are insane on everything didn't have the header paint I needed luckily I'm sure it would have been Double online prices if your buying anything other than parts you need asap shop around you will find the parts much cheaper elsewhere
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I asked for a Throttle Body position sensor and instead of this person ordering me the sensor he hangs up the phone without saying anything. So rude employees I wouldn't recommend.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who take their time to get things right. There is also an old fashioned barbershop atmosphere where people seem to hang out having leisurely conversations, while customers wait for their turn.
Terrible customer service over the phone and "So-So" in- person customer service. Only George and the other manager seem to care about providing good service. The other young guys don't seem to care at all or maybe every day is a bad day for them. Something should be done about it considering they're the only parts store on that stretch of New Hampshire Avenue...
I bought a brake caliper in 2015 with a lifetime warranty and the new part still offer a lifetime warranty. I brought it back today with a receipt and the clerk refused to honor it as he said it has been too long. I'll never shop at NAPA again.
I’ve been let down several times by this location they say they have the part in stock, when I go to pick it up they say they made a mistake and it’s not there it will need to be ordered. Other times they give me the wrong part entirely. Eventually I end up ordering a lot of my parts on Amazon if I can wait, some times it ends up being cheaper and more accurate.
Good luck calling them on the phone. Got put on hold and they set the phone down and I had to listen to them chit chat about nothing for 10 minutes before I hung up and went elsewhere.
Very nice employees. Small store with limited display inventory, but they will get you whatever you need. They have a sizeable behind the counter inventory. I ordered online and picked up in store. They worked with me to get me something that wasn't in stock and made sure I got the free tool bag that came with my order!
Thomas Awich is their best parts delivery technician, always professional, very kind and is a hard worker, always has his uniform correct and does what he’s told , wich is hard to find nowadays. Best worker Napa has.
Best auto parts store around. Good selection of parts and supplies and they can order parts from other locations which are usually available later in the same day. Better deals than AutoZone or Advanced Auto, better service too. I am always greeted when I enter the store and there is usually minimal waiting to check out. They have a rewards program you can register for with your phone number and you get $5 for every $100 spent over time.
I liked this place. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They go above & beyond to give out great customer service. I will continue to visit this location if the need arises. Ty NAPA staff...
When working on car repairs the least you want to deal with is wrong parts, at Napa you deal with professional staff and if you provide the right car information you will end up with the right parts. That's what I love in dealing with Napa.
Great service. Staff is always super helpful and they usually have the parts I need, if not, they can get them ordered and delivered within a few days.
if you get the ol lady then you'll be fine but anyone else holy mother of god are they slow. they never seem to have enough people on staff and when hell turns over and they do have it, it's just retarded slow smh. who hires these people, they're old n rather have side conversations than do their job.
