On a cold December day, a poorly maintained DC street tore a tire on my electric car. EVs, to shed weight, don’t have spare tires so I needed not just a tow truck but a flatbed. I called a few places before Steve but none could guarantee a flatbed and less than two hours. Steve did both.
He stayed in contact with updated ETAs and arrived in about an hour. Amazing! He got the job done quickly, professionally, and safely. Then gave me a lift to the garage near my house. I even enjoyed our chat.
I really hope I don’t need a tow service again, but if I do it will be with Steve’s Towing.
Best service. Called in at night needing a tow truck in the harsh snow. Hugo came and greeted us with a smile and got on right to the job. Also got a great price for the tow. Great company and workers. Would highly recommend.

Pretty fair quote, prompt and friendly service, and was the first to answer the phone at 11pm at night out of several “24/7” towing companies. He also took a picture letting us know when our vehicle was dropped off and texted us his ETA. Love the communication. Thank you!

Quick, Friendly, and Fair. The 3 most important things for a tow company and Steve checked all the boxes. Steve picked me up within 20 minutes and had me at my destination in no time. he loaded my vehicle with no issues and no damage during loading or unloading. steve handled my car as if it were his own. Definitely call these guys if you are in a pinch and need help. Honest and reputable tow service will definitely call again if I ever need to.
Found Steve's Towing on online. Reach out them while broken down at a gas station. They came as expected. My car is a little tricky to tow since it's sits lower than average vehicle. They did a great job and was able to get my vehicle back to the yard. Thank you much for your great service.

I had an awful experience with a different towing company and when I called Steve’s towing he was so nice and very communicative. He got there within 30 minutes even though it was late at night and he sent me pictures of when he got the car and when he dropped it off. I couldn’t be happier with the service here!
Steve was terrific! When I got stuck on a sloped gravel road, he immediately answered my call, told me he would come as fast as he possibly could, and he did come very quickly. Steve was so kind, polite and helpful. This is the man to call if you need a tow!!
Fast service. Very helpful and professional tow. I needed a tow after midnight, they picked up the phone and reacted quickly. Reasonable price for quality Flat-Bed tow long-distance. The driver, Steve, came in less than an hour, and was very helpful and ready to assist with advice and calm mind in a stressful situation that I was in.
Steve helped me move my vehicle from Silver Spring to Laurel with no trouble at all. It was late in the evening and I was having a hard time trying to find a tow company that was willing to go PG County this late in the evening. I was lucky enough to find Steve. He arrived within 20 minutes and greeted me very politely and got my Jeep set up on his truck in no time. He was kind enough to drop my car at the shop and drop me off home as well. He kept me well informed during the process. We had a great chat while on the road as well. He’s easy to talk to and very friendly. I can tell he takes his job very seriously and it shows. I honestly cannot think of a more pleasant experience. Whenever I need a tow, I will rely on Steve for help. I highly recommend Steve’s Towing and wish him and his family nothing but the best.
Fantastic service, very friendly. Steven Went out of his way to make sure an awkward tow angle didn’t scrape the car. Let me know when car arrived at dealer with a photo sent to my phone. Went out of my way to get his business card so I can use him again. By far the best towing experience I have had.
I was stuck in a bind and Steve’s Towing saved the day. He was there in Less than 20 minutes, and he dropped me off at my house and took the car to the garage repair shop for me. Saving me a trip there. I will definitely recommend this towing service to everyone!!

Wow!!! Talk about excellent! We needed a tow on a weekend, and as mentioned in the other reviews, the service was excellent. This is only my second business review onthis platform because I generally don't have time, but they went above and beyond to help with towing when I really needed someone reliable at the last minute. Steve’s towing came right on time to pick up one of the company trucks that was on the highway, Great communication, very reliable, Instructions on what to do with your keys were very clear! Did not have to wait very long! Send you pictures of when vehicle is picked up and dropped off! Overall, a phenomenal experience definitely recommend!!
I was having a horrible time due to the experience of my ex’s efforts to change my brakes resulting in my car being inoperable.
Steve’s towing came around 11-12 at night and made the experience way less painful.. my battery had also died due to my failure to turn a light off. My 2023 Jetta was on its way to an impound lot had Steve’s towing not come and assisted me in getting the vehicle to a safe spot. The residence in which he towed it to was ~50 miles away. The pricing was fair, the driver was extremely kind and helpful.. very knowledgeable and made this a hassle free ordeal. I was very stressed out but the driver was so kind and helpful- it really made this a lot easier to manage and I am eternally grateful for Steve’s towing. Not to mention, they only took about 20 minutes to arrive to my location and the pricing was fair as well as very kind regarding my cars status as it was a bit messy inside with battery dead, car faced in opposite direction of which it needed to be towed, long drive.. I cannot express enough how great of a job the driver has done and I would recommend this company to anyone. I also did not have my card on me at the time but was able to cashapp the driver which was SO helpful and appreciated. Sooo thankful for you Hugo.

Steve was very quick, efficient, and friendly. His rates are also reasonable. I needed a tow past midnight and had called a couple of other places but Steve was the only one who picked up and I’m glad he was the one to pick up. Our Toyota Tundra's right front ball joints broke while sitting a stop light leaving the truck's frame sitting on the pavement. Salcaja Towing was able to pull the Tundra up onto the tow truck bed with the floor jack supporting the lower right frame. Salcaja Towing professional approach delivered our vehicle to a local shop with no damage. We replaced both ball joints (right & left) and our truck was back on the road within 48 hours.
