I’m been coming to herb Gordon for past 13 years for auto service. Always worked with Viltaliy who is fantastic. Bought 3 cars from the dealership, most recently about a year ago. Will likely get another Subaru for my partner within the next 6 months

We had been to multiple car dealers and were just about fed up with how they operate. And then we discovered this one! What an awesome experience. Really nice people, no pressure, honest dealings. Andrew Huon was our sales person and he was quick, efficient, and polite. Mike Sarecky (the manager) was extremely helpful, friendly, no pressure. And Shawn, the business manager, was also so quick, efficient, helpful and competent. The experience was so pleasant, and different from other dealers, that this dealership will forever be my first choice for car buying.

I just bought my Subaru Impreza from Herb Gordon Subaru! While the buying process was a bit of a pain, sales rep Brandon was an absolute gem. He stuck with us through the many hours of waiting (don’t go on a weekend lol) and was so supportive during the whole process. He is also VERY knowledgeable about cars and gave me all the tips for being a first time car owner. Love him, love my car, I would recommend!!

My service advisor for the last ten years has been Vitaliy. For ten years he's taken care of our vehicles and today was no exception. Even being busy because snow was coming in, Vitaliy was happy to get us in for new tires and an alignment. I have no reason to take a car elsewhere.

The process of buying a new car was made easier by the helpful staff at Herb Gordon Subaru. From start to finish, they were courteous and professional. We've now bought two Subarus from there and are very pleased with the products and the process.

This is for the service department--as I have yet to purchase a car from HG--and they deliver! I've had very nice experiences with Ken, Elias, Giovanni: patient, kind, knowledgeable. That said, their communication options via the website, such as chat, email, etc. have never delivered--it's always required a visit or a phone call. It feels like they have some ways to go to work out their tech issues...

I recently brought my car to Subaru for a wheel alignment and had a very positive experience. What really stood out was my service advisor’s Vitaliy excellent communication. Whenever I had a concern or question, he took the time to double-check and make sure everything was addressed properly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. The alignment was completed efficiently, and I immediately noticed how much smoother my car drives. Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made this a great service visit, and I would happily return for future maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here for our next car. Andrew, our salesman, was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we came by to test drive cars on three separate occasions, knowing full well we were doing the same at other dealerships in the area. We greatly appreciated that he did not try to pressure us into making a deal before we were ready to commit, and he was available to answer our many questions. We ended up purchasing our first new car, a 2025 hybrid forester, and could not be happier. Thank you Andrew and the rest of the team!

My wife and I have been on the prowl for a replacement tow vehicle for our rv and we happened upon this dealership which had just what we were looking for. After a little bit of arm wrestling, we struck a deal. Sales rep Debbie Colt was fantastic. Professional, personable and very experienced. Sales manager Mike was also terrific. The staff are the kind of people you would hang out at a barbecue or anything else. Very nice group and they always do good work. One thing you notice if you have gone there more than once is they don't have a lot of turnover with their staff. That speaks volumes about the place and the people. I usually bring my mom there every 4-6 months to get her car checked on and it's always a pleasant experience.

Vitaliy is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. He’s always looking out for me and explains clearly what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I refuse to take my Subarus anywhere else now, even for a leaky tire. It’s great to have someone trustworthy in this industry to rely on.

Highly recommend Herb Gordon Subaru and Brandon Le. I used Truecar.com and this dealer offered the best price under MSRP for a 25 Crosstrek Premium. Brandon along with the sales manager were both excellent. Update: Just received excellent service for the 6 month oil change and tire rotation from Vitaliy Khlebnikov. Highly recommend.

Every time I come in and he see’s me he knows me by name, greets me with a big smile, asks me how I’m doing and makes sure I am taken care of. The service I receive is always excellent. Great service and customer service. The guy take care of me all the time my car was in the shop getting fix was Vitaliy..He was very polite and kind all times until gave me the keys after all the repairs done in my Subaru Forester.

Came in here for an oil change after a cross country trip from CA. Got here at 2pm with no appointment. Kevin got me in and took care of me fast. Very professional and friendly to work with, got me in and out within an hour and threw in a wash. I recommend this Subaru dealership for service, ask for Kevin in service he takes care of his customers.

James at Herb Gordon Subaru made the experience of buying so easy. I told him the budget that I was working with and he gave me an estimate that actually beat my number. This was without visiting the dealership and within a couple of days I came to the dealership to do a test drive and bought the vehicle without any hassle. I love my Forester Sport and am so glad I chose that over other cars I considered. The visibility in the Forester is better than any car I have driven, and I love every thing about the vehicle. I brought my 2019 Subaru Forester in order to have the spark plugs and drive belt changed. I think this work was done to a high quality level in each case. I prefer to wait for service to be completed if I have nothing urgent on my schedule. I recognize many of the Service team members, and they recognize me, and we are friendly. I feel I am well treated by the service team. Following the service, the engine started up nicely. I could see that my seat settings were correct, and the tripmeters both had the expected mileages on them. Everything felt fine when I drove the vehicle home. I took a look in the engine bay shortly after the service and again a day later. The new drive belt looks good to me. Other engine bay fittings and parts look fine; the engine bay was just what I am accustomed to seeing, so there are no missing components. (I check the engine bay once or twice a week to keep an eye on fluid levels, especially the engine oil.) Overall, I am glad these items have been replaced; they have been operating continuously for 6 years. I would rather not take a chance on ending up on a highway breakdown lane. The technician did excellent work with both items in my repair order and the 10 point inspection that I also requested. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed, which I appreciate. The service department did give me a small discount on the final invoice. I appreciate that.

Herb Gordon Subaru's service department is beyond wonderful! I've owned Outbacks for 14 years and have always been 100% happy with the service to my vehicle. This particular visit was for the repair of a big dent I received in a parking lot after someone hit my car and left the scene. Vitaliy, my service rep, had me there for the repair virtually immediately. Dent Wizard pulled the dent out and the car looked like new an hour later. All that and a complimentary car wash, too! That's as good as it gets. I highly recommend this dealership!

Bring my Subaru for an oil change. The advisor tapped on my window within 1min On my arrival. Super efficient. Loner is offered right away for a 2 hour wait for completion. I didn't need it. But it feels so good to know they have a backup plan for me. The waiting area is nice and filled with snacks and coffee. Upstairs an extra quiet lounge that also comes with a coffee machine that makes latte, cappuccino, espresso,..the free car wash put a perfect finishing on the visit....strongly recommended!!!
