Best service I've ever had from a towing company!
My driver was exceptionally professional and took very good care of my vehicle. I am usually quite worried about towing my car as it is an electric vehicle. My driver from iTow knew exactly what to do and did exemplary work. I will always call iTow before any other company!

The greatest towing services I ever had. They came in less than 30 minutes and got my car out of major snow ice. I was stuck in the snow at night in a very dark alley in DC and they literally saved my life. The service is very professional, great customer service very patient and understanding and they handle your car with the most care.

When I broke down on 270, iTow Towing came within 30 minutes to help me, was so kind, gave me information about getting the tow covered by insurance, and towed my car 35 mins to my hometown for me! So impressed with their service and will definitely call them the next time I need help!! Thank you!!
Service in terms of receiving my car off tow yard is good! The young lady is excellent, friendly and very helpful. On the other hand, the bald guy who works at the tow yard is extremely unprofessional. Been towed a few times before I got a parking pass from my building. Always tries to flirt, expresses interest in seeing me outside of his job and makes inappropriate jokes. I have 2 vehicles and one of them was towed (not in current use due to needing repairs) for old tags despite having a parking pass to my building. He asked why I haven't changed the tags, after I expressed disinterest in conversation while being serviced by the young lady. I don't mind the question but ultimately guy cant take a hint! Lol
Mr. Henernadez is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable on vehicles, great conversation and also helped me out with pointers on the towing and transportation. Definitely 5 stars and I highly recommend his services.
5 star service indeed. Answered the phone right away. The woman who took the call was professional and gave me straight forward pricing. Came 15 minutes prior to the promised time. David was on point, jumped the car for me since the battery died. Car was in a tight spot, David didn’t give up. Used the tools on the truck to get the job done.

Very honest and good business owner. My car battery died in a parking at 1 am. I asked if he had jumper cables and he helped me with no hesitation, he didn’t even charge me. Will definitely be my go to for any other car problems.

I called numerous towing companies and spoke with owners about towing my car. The place where I was having the car towed to had limited parking, and most did not wish to follow the instructions of the mechanic at the drop off point.

The driver was Jesus. A consummate professional, and gentleman. That is important when you're a lady and you have to ride with the driver.
The hookup for a flatbed with a car that doesn't run usually takes a bit more work. Jesus did it with absolute ease. Precision comes to mind.
Because they are competitive in pricing, you have enough money to give your driver a tip. I recommend David and his staff, fleet and drivers for doing business with. You will not regret it. Even the auto mechanicnat the dropp off shop had a smile on his face when Jesus followed his lead, and we got the car precisely where it needed to be.

The gentleman was very professional and polite. He showed up within 15 minutes of the time he said he would be there. He came ready with the money and the tools necessary to pick the car from my driveway. The whole transaction took less than 30 minutes because my driveway and my street was clear and easy access. I highly recommend iTow Towing very friendly, got to my location quick and hooked me up within 30 minutes of me calling. I needed a 97 mile tow and the price was cheap. Now just because the price was cheap don't mean they have horrible service, it is completely opposite they have excellent service, again I highly recommend them
Best tow truck business! I never leave reviews but I feel I have to regarding this. I was waiting 24 hrs for assistance and a nice gentleman finally was able to assist. He was nice, respectable, drove very well, and I felt safe. He was absolutely incredible!!
David was awesome and prompt at 2am. He showed up faster than my regular roadside assistance. My insurance ended up reimbursing me for his work. My Tesla needed speocare and he delivered and more. Highly recommend

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! About 11 days ago my husband's car tire burst on I270N on a Saturday morning. He called me and then called iTow Towing. The Tow Truck arrived on time as promised... 30 mins! I was already at the location. My husband had to get to work so he proceeded with my car. It was cold and David offered me to sit in his truck while he loaded my husband's car. David was very professional, courteous, polite and passionate about his job. On the ride, we chatted and I got to learn that David is a young ambitious man who is aspiring to grow in his business and even gave me advice on my small business. I will DEFINITELY use his services again.
