Jonathan (I hope I spelled it correctly) was such a delight to run into at this location on Memorial Day.
The man went above and beyond to assist me during my visit and I cannot show my appreciation enough for his fantastic services.
Going forward, this is the only location I will be coming to from now on.

I've had the opportunity to work with an outstanding sales person (Rosa). They consistently demonstrate strong product knowledge, taking the time to understand each customers and explain everything. I'm truly grateful for the patience she has, shes always willing to help. I definitely recommend coming here. Amazing customer service!
The service was terrible. Unfortunately, young people these days don't want to work anymore. They refused to replace my battery because they said it was too late, even though it was only 7 pm. They're the ones losing out on sales.
Best Auto shop ever , staff was amazing , store is very organized and clean. Team member named Romeo was so sweet, helpful, kind, patient and understanding. I came in at night due to my work and got assisted right away with some complications I had of my car. Romeo assisted me quickly and smoothly . Staff members explained to me a solution to my problem and even went out their way to personally applied my car part that was needed. I had a very great first impression and will be returning here every single time. Romeo made sure he explained to my mother in spanish the problem and to me as well in English. Thank you Romeo and thank you staff team!
The team at the store were fantastic. I was able to get my battery replaced quickly. Romeo was very patient and diligent in changing my hybrid battery which wasn’t a straightforward process.

Was struggling to remove the oil cap to add oil in my car and a young lady assisted me, she even went to get a wrench from the inside to open it. She was super nice!

Staffs are well knowledgeable about car and Rafael helped me to installed a new battery . Even tho he isn’t good at english he tried his best to communicate with me.He’s a hardworking and friendly man .
I came in here a couple weeks ago because I was having trouble with charging my phone in my car. It was an emergency so I was a bit desperate. Clerk sold me a power converter saying if it doesn’t work, I can bring it back. It didn’t work, so I brought it back to another store closer to me and they said there are no returns or exchanges on any electronics. I felt very misled and just so they could make a cool $61.47. Is there an autoparts store that can just be honest?
