Incredible experience buying a brand new Bronco from out of town. They had the car cleaned and ready when I got there. They worked with my financial situation and put in extra effort to accommodate me and my family. They continue to make us feel valued and continually supported even after purchase. Highly recommend this dealership!

Went to koons Ford to utilize their fourlugh federal workers service promotion for federal employees who need service on their vehicle, per my curtecy call prior to my appointment I asked if they were still doing this promotion if i could bring my vehicle in, and they assured me that could be done, when I got their, I was told that service was exclusively for home visits and if I wanted, they could quote me for service right now which totally defeats the purpose of my visit, I believe this was a bait and switch tattic that didn't fair well, and being a 22 year veteran and federal employee i didn't take too kindly to being doopted into warrenting auto service that I didn't appropriate for financially, koons totally let me down👇🏽... Also, I will be letting other federal workers know of my experience as I was told about this promotion from a fellow vet , we need to be mindful of or predatory companies out to take advantage of Federal workers in dispair.

I just want to state that I have nothing against Ford.. but this dealer was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. I wanted to buy a new truck last year, so I came in to look at a blue truck that was totally decked out. I didn't end up like it. I asked if there were any lariat models there. Salesman responded with, "we have a lightning." I didn't know anything about these trucks and had no intention of buying. I told him no thanks. He insisted it would be good to see it anyway since it had the options I wanted. I agreed. I haven't seen a Lariat before, so I was, of course, impressed. I asked to do a test drive. I got back, and the next thing I know, we are talking about numbers. He informs me of all the awesome promotions and incentives when you buy new Lariat, such as 7500 rebate, level 1 charger, level 2 ford charge station pro, install with ford's partner qmerit, and fast charge adapter. I was comparing apples to apples and thought, "Wow, that's a ton of incentives." I bit. I didn't even negotiate price because I thought there was so much value on this brand new truck. I didn't know anything about electric trucks and was sold on every single warranty option they had, only looking at monthly payments. Again, I bit. I didn't have much experience with this situation, and I trusted everything I was being told. I got home and went over everything on paper and found out I was paying nearly 15k in warranties, and even with trade-in and money down, 42,500 including the tax rebate, I still owed 58k. Fast forward to 9 months later. I finally received my fast charging adapter. (I couldn't visit my family 800 miles away because I had no means to charge quickly and reliably ) I've been limited to short commutes since I was quoted 3-5k for install on level 2 charger (was not included as I was lead to believe) and didn't have the extra money to pay for that and was limited to charging with the level one charger or having to wait many hours at a charge station which the nearest one was around 25 minutes away. To top off this lovely experience, I did my taxes in early February, and I found out that I didn't qualify for the tax rebate on this truck and that I had to pay it back. Every single thing the dealer told me was a lie, and I felt royally betrayed with the whole experience. I didn't know what to do at this point, so I called koons of silver springs and expressed my concerns with a manager on duty. I told him my story, buying experience, how upset I was with everything. I mentioned i could potentially be interested in one of the hybrid trucks since they are more reliable with gas. He insisted on coming in, and they would take care of me. I get there and wait 90 minutes while the salesman goes back and forth, also showing me a hybrid truck brand new looking just like mine. They inspect my truck also for potential trade-in. He types up the financed report and says it'll be 100k financed out the door. What do you think? I said, not interested. What, why?! I explained why I was coming there in the first place, and I was hoping Ford would make it right. The salesman got the manager on duty(different one that i spoke to on the phone) he comes over, and i tell him my story. He seemed sincere and said Let me have a sit down with managers and VP and I'll call you, have you come in next week. I come back in and the first thing he says is he wants to give me 1500 bucks in ford pass points. Then he says he will help give me more for the trade-in, maybe find a way to sell a vehicle at invoice cost to help make me feel better about everything. Keep in mind, they offered me 42k on my trade in which was an 80 truck less than 1 year with 3000 miles. Out of 5 dealers appraised, theirs was the lowest. The Bronco raptor was the one vehicle that genuinely made me happy. Dealers had these marked down 15-25k everywhere. Their Numbers were very high. They wouldn't do anything to help on the costs, and I walked away. Bought a Bronco Raptor for almost 15k under their price, got more for my trade-in, and felt happy with Waldorf Ford

Excellent Excellent Customer Service! By far the best dealership, from WPB to Montgomery County. My go-to is Kenny Lonogan, who went above what I consider "average" customer service, making sure my car was picked up despite the team being short staffed, to following through with my warranty company & acknowledging a service coupon I had. Attitude is everything, Mr. Lonogan, even in his text messages, makes me think I'm the "only" customer. Every step of the repair, I was kept informed about the findings, status, & when my car would be ready Mr. Lonogans' level of commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction is par none. I live a distance from the dealership. However, Mr. Lonogan sent the shuttle driver to pick me up. Thank you CKing
