The rudest customer service. Someone told me the wrong information and the salesperson is super disrespectful. Instead of trying to help me understand why I was given the incorrect information she storms off. Do not come here. Bad customer service.
Mirna was so kind, knowledgeable, and fast! She helped my dad and I to transfer a title and issued us new tags on the spot! She explained every step of the way and mentioned many options, and after we paid and left, we had one more question, which she happily answered over the phone. I highly recommend both Mirna and MD MultiServices! It was such a great experience!
UPDATE: I never received my updated title for the car, and now have had to spent hours on the phone with the MVA to sort it out. I would steer clear of this establishment!
Used this business recently to transfer title of my car to my daughter. The process was smooth and efficient! I suggest you call in advance to know what paperwork to bring (I had to go twice), but once all was in order we were done very quickly. Thank you for the seamless process!

If you’re in a real pickle with the MVA because they refuse to help you, you should give this place a shot because they’re very competent.
Giving a shout out to STEPHANIE - as well as Mirna!!! Stephanie accomplished in 1 day what the MVA couldn’t resolve in 2 months of endless phone calls/emails (MVA still wouldn’t have resolved it even if i gave them 10 more months——SMFH). On their website, the MVA claims to provide “premier customer service.” Here’s an example of how “premier”: I complimented an MVA customer service rep on her manicure. Her response? She said “thank you” while rolling her eyes at me - WOW. (This was at MVA Walnut Hill on 5/16/23 for a 1pm apptmt. Don’t know her name but she’s got an Eastern European accent and brassy-looking blonde hair. Looks like someone needs a new hair stylist, and perhaps better hair shampoo?)
All that ranting aside, I highly recommend MVA-approved businesses like this one if you need to resolve not-so-straightforward cases, or if you simply want results. Keep in mind that you’ll be paying markups to this business (on top of regular MVA fees) for the convenience. You’re just paying them to get done what the MVA is unable to deliver.
**Bottomline**Not only did Stephanie answer my random phone call close to COB, she listened patiently and came up with a potential solution within just a few minutes. (Think of her as your therapist who proposes a solution based on the full range of horror MVA stories that she’s seen times× over.) I can’t be more thankful for her help - THE complete opposite of the MVA’s “premier customer service promise” - that’s for sure.
Went to this place to try to schedule a salvage inspection, few days went by and never heard anything about my appointment, I decided to check the inspections website and there were 20+ appointments available and decided to schedule it myself. I don't have the time to be checking the website and that's why I decided to hire the services of MD MultiServices but they failed to secure an appointment for me even when several appointments were available, I paid $77 for their services and when I called them about a refund they only offered me $25. What a rip-off, I expected better service from this place.
They went above and beyond for me. The title process was super fast and easy.
There was an error on that actual title, I don’t see it as totally their fault because it took me a while to get the car to pass MD inspection, so the mileage when inspected didn’t match the odometer statement from when the car was actually purchased. I think the program they use to input the info selected “not actual mileage” for the title (which is really bad!).
They helped me to correct it by actually going to the MVA to correct it and got me a new title SAME DAY.
That is amazing service and respect for the customer, which is something that is truly hard to come by.
Mirna's professionalism and friendliness amazed me! Such a wonderful human also soo very helpful. I definitely recommend this shop highly! They know exactly what to do and also have good insurance options too if you don't have one and first time driver like me. I got the best quote from them as a first time driver. I even called other title shops and they' were just trying to oversell me for title transfer and getting new tags.
Visit this shop if you have any work to do about tags, title and insurance. You'll not be disappointed trust me!
MD MULTISERVICES was able to fix the problem with my tittle i went to 3 different places before including the MVA and no one couldn’t help me to register the car under my name and MD MULTISERVICES they did it in 3 hours. We went to this office twice to buy a car and also sell our car. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mirna. We had a really good experience and they saved us a lot of time. The only thing they should improve is their credit card transaction fee, which is high.
I bought a motorcycle from a military couple from Texas that moved to Maryland. I was assisted by their full team through out my transaction. They were prompt, patient and courteous with answering all my questions and the best part was I just walked in and walked out. I didn’t have to schedule an appointment or walk into and wait wait n line at an MVA office.
I had issue with my title. Stephanie helped to get it transfered from NY to MD. She kept me updated in every detail. I would recommend the location for quick services.
