I can’t recommend Atlas Auto Service enough! I was at work and didn't have time to get to a shop this week, but Franklin made it incredibly easy. He came right to my job and replaced the brake pads and rotors on my Lexus while I was in the office. Franklin is professional and trustworthy. It’s rare to find a mechanic this reliable and convenient in the DMV.

Had a dead car battery that wouldn't jump start with my own jump-starter. Called Franklin and he responded promptly and was at my apartment in a couple of hours. He diagnosed the issue, explained how he diagnosed it and gave recommendations without up charging anything. Furthermore, he followed-up later with a text to make sure everything with the battery is OK. Excellent customer service and highly-recommended! Would not go for anywhere else for battery repair service!

Awesome service! Franklin came over same day, replaced a serpentine belt that was squealing badly, and problem solved! Saved me a trip to the service station, price was great, and he made the repair and changed oil while he was here in under 90 minutes. He’s friendly, well priced, thorough and comes right to your driveway. What’s not to like? Will definitely use again for brakes, belts, oil changes, etc.

Franklin came out to do a roadside assistance call and the first thing he did was to make sure I was ok and we were safe. He was polite, professional and SUPER FAST!!!! He got my tire changed and had me back on the road before I knew it.

Franklin came to my rescue when a large screw impaled my tire. I was expecting a tire change to my spare but he was able to patch my tire and put it back on in under ten minutes. He was super kind and helpful I would highly recommend!
