My daughter hit a deer in her college town 9 hours away from us … and 4 days before she was supposed to come home for break. Prestige in Silver Spring MD worked with her to get everything taken care of quickly so a friend could pick it up and avoid lengthy storage fees. The customer service was exceptional. The repair was completed quickly and looks great. They worked directly with insurance. It was an excellent experience! Thank you!

Prestige auto body fixed damage to my truck bumber and tailgate after I got rearended in November. They carefully inspected the damage and fixed everything including the replacing the bent tow hitch. They were very professional, informed me at every step, and were able to get the repairs done in just a few days despite the holidays! Ill go back to them whenever I need body work.

This establishment is my first time going and bc it was the worst service I have received in my life with very bad attitude from one of the people who work there with blonde hair, he has a very bad attitude with the customers apart from that they painted my car very bad attitude and I had to take it many times because after that my car has not been the same the sensors and the paint is not of quality I went more than three times and now I notice that the paint is fading and they do not want to be responsible for the bad handling

I took my car to Prestige for an estimate for damages I sustained from an accident. Marlon was the person that provided the services. Everything he said and did was spot on from estimates to repairs and how long it would take to complete the service Prestige provided.

Marlon was the most communicative and honest person I met throughout my car repair process. I was in a tiny accident, he gave me the estimate, and was even kind enough to quote me an unrelated repair on my car. When it was picked up, it looked as if it was new! He made me feel very welcome and the hospitality was great. I’d come back and ask for him again!

Prestige auto repair did an excellent job on repairing my car that was in an accident. They did all the repairs ahead of time and the shop kept us informed of their progress. They washed and vacuumed the car when they returned it to me.

I was rear ended at a Red light on July 31, 2023. Had a damaged rear bumper and a broken clip on my car. I chose Prestige Auto Body in Silver spring, MD. I saw they had some very good reviews on here so I thought to give them a go. I am so happy I did. I took the car to them for an estimate and I agreed with their estimate about rear bumper replacement. They told me they wouldn't be able to tell if any more damage was caused until they get the bumper off. Once I told them to go ahead with the repair the new bumper was ordered right away. They had my car for a total of four days while I had a rental from Enterprise. They sent me texts when they were working on the car and an estimate when it would be finished. Got my car back on a Saturday before noon. They told me that there was more damage behind the rear bumper and that was repaired as well. My car was detailed and washed very well. They even vacuumed the inside. I was very happy with the way my car looked when I picked it up. They told me the the paint job on the rear bumper was guaranteed and that if it should chip in anyway to come back and they would fix it. Over all I am so very happy with my experience with Prestige Auto Body, INC in Silver Spring, MD.

You usually understand how a body shop visit is gonna go. They’re gonna be focused on the car and not focused on customer service or communication. That’s the exact opposite experience you’ll get at Prestige. Not only are they amazing at the work they do, but they’re kind. They make sure you feel comfortable and communicate with you every step of the way. They go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is top-notch. You have plenty of choices when it comes to a body shop, but you’d be making a mistake to not choose Prestige!

Great shop. We've used them twice and have been completely satisfied with both the body work and the service experience. Staff are lovely, work was expertly done. Our car was ready days before we were expecting it, and came back cleaner inside than we left it! Highly recommended.

Prestige was the 5th shop that I called the morning we found our vehicle had been vandalized and was immediately received with professional and high quality service from Wen. She made the process very easy, provided tow company they work with and communicated with our insurance company very effectively. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel we were dealing with a very competent shop and personnel. Carlos and Prestige truly raised the bar for professional, quality service. After an unfortunate collision with road debris, I took our Prius to to Prestige to patch a tire and replace a bumper. Very easy as a State Farm preferred shop - car looks great and they finished two days early!

Wen is simply the best. Most shops I called wouldn’t see me for two weeks, and Wen said they could see me the next day. She offered to help me with coordinating my rental and provided excellent customer service at every step of the way. Carlos was also great with updating me about the status of my vehicle. Prestige was great! They worked well with my insurance company (State Farm) to get me back on road quickly after being rear ended. Their quality of work is superior and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed of the progress along the way and even managed to complete my car a half day ahead of schedule. It looked better than new when I received it! The whole process was very simple and took minimal effort on my part. I'd highly recommend their services especially if you are a State Farm customer or in the Silver Spring area.

Excellent experience. Called on a Monday and I was fortunate to get an appointment that same day... they worked on my car and I literally got a call back on Wednesday noon (a day and a half later). Had to fix my front bumper and replace a total of 3 or 4 parts). They were great and provided excellent service. I would recommend them 100%. The place is clean and there are kind people ready to help. Thanks guys!

Car looks dope! Jorge and the Prestige team went far and beyond what I was expecting. They finished the repairs in less time than estimated and MUCH quicker than I thought possible. When I had issues with my insurance company, Prestige worked quickly to resolve the issue. Can't stress enough how great my Honda looks given the damage. All gaps, lines, and color match couldn't be better. Highly recommended! 👌👌👌

Great service from the initial estimate through completion of the job! The team ordered the parts immediately and kept the schedule that was originally discussed. They worked quickly to get us back on the road. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. They were very honest with us and didn't pressure us into doing any additional work. We would definitely recommend them and return to Prestige Auto when the need arises in the future.
