Rami Kouncar came very highly recommended to me by a colleague at work for my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300. Three months after I bought my used E300 (low mileage, about 65k), I was alerted with a check engine light for a crankcase ventilation valve (PCV) failure due to the valve either failing or becoming clogged. I took a chance and drove to MD (I live in VA) banking on the high recommendation from my colleague to be seen at Rami's. I walked into his shop one afternoon, within 2 mins, he uttered the letters PCV, advised me that it's a common safety recall item for my model, advised me to take it to the dealership and that they would fix it for free. In the event they didn’t, he said he would. I admired his straightforwardness, advocacy for the common customer (someone he had never met!) and professionalism that I vowed to take my car back to him in the future. Sure enough, the dealership repaired my vehicle for free (might have cost me $1500-$2000 out of pocket), provided a loaner car in the period I didn't have one, and I haven't had issues and have only had peace of mind ever since. 10 months after owning the car, I was due for Service B for my Mercedes, took it in, completed within 1.5 hrs, and the price was more than fair. I HIGHLY recommend a professional mechanic like Rami and his team. The integrity, professionalism and strong sense of customer service is second to none. You will have total peace of mind with your vehicle at Rami Kouncar's shop.

Over the years gone by, I don’t need an appointment to be serviced. I dropped off my car for service B9🤓 overnight on Friday. Woke up by noon and called, only to be told it was ready for pick up. Rami is a gem and once you find him; keep him for life. Best service rendered every time.

As expected, White Oak Auto Service performed excellence service on my car. They recently removed and replaced my front brake pads, disc rotors and wear sensor. So far, they seem to be in good working order. What is especially important for me is that my auto be in excellent working condition when I leave the shop. No concerns about tires being balanced, fluids, battery, belts etc. being checked. I expect and receive full and careful service, so that I can focus on safe driving and not have undue distractions from my car's performance.

I recently purchased my second Mercedes and broke my mirror backing out my garage, took my car in and Rami put it back in place without charging me also saving me $1,300. He’s the goat!

I started taking my car here a few months ago after my previous mechanic could not diagnose a problem with my car. Rami immediately identified the problem and my car was fixed the same day. Rami is responsive and knowledgeable and will recommend what needs to be done right away vs repairs that can wait. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices are a bonus!

Went to White Oak auto service for the first time and the service was impeccable. They let me know of all the issues that I had with my car and walked me through how they were going to fix it. I didn’t have to wait too long either. Customer service was amazing, straight to the point and very nice. If you have a Mercedes and struggling to find a good and reliable service they are your guys. I’ll recommend them on the heart bit since I now have them on my speed dial.

Great owner. Really gets the job done with utmost flexibility. Using this place for servicing my mercedes for last 3 years and it has been seamless and no issues whatsoever to say the least. Cost is very reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend overall!!

Not a good shop. They install aftermarket parts but charge you dealer prices and the work is not professional at all. Don’t go here for service, ended up damaging my engine from the oil change they performed. Might as well go to the dealer pay the same price and get actual quality work done on your car.

CUSTOMER BE WHERE....I don't know how long this business have been open but they are not doing the work promised. I was referred there by my co-worker who told me he have used them for years for Mercedes service. I have a 2018 S560 which I bought in for B service. There advertised price is $459.00 you can look on there site for what's involved in detail. First of all when I left my oil level was at minimum (pic#1) I was told to bring the car back so he can top the oil off. So I decided to investigate to see was my cabin filter done which I clearly asked when I left the shop and Rami told me yes. Well (pic#2) clearly show that the filters we're dirty and not replaced. I call and asked for a full refund which he denied. Rami refunded me $130.00 for the filters and $20.00 for two quarts oil. He apologized for his technsion mistake. Rami and his organization claim to be experts in Mercedes service. This is unacceptable then to deceive me by telling me that me give me a $50.00 discount. My total was $499.00 so you do the math if your service price is $459.00 plus tax how this that a discount. You do the math. People I know you have a lot of trust in Rami and his business PLEASE be careful of the service you are paying for and the work they are doing. Rami is perlite but very deceiving LADIES especially please which what you are paying for. This was my first time using them and will not referr them to anyone and you should do the same. Rami if you want to make this right I want my FULL REFUND. I WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH FORWARD TO GET OUT THE BAD BUSINESS YOU ARE DOING. They deserve no stars but you have to do one. TROUBLE

In my humble opinion White Oak Auto Service is a cut above the rest especially with the luxury Mercedes automobiles. Rami (owner) & his Technicians are superior. The great service dates back to our Dad who recommended this business to us...They are Good Folks 💯!!! Regards, Mike H

He answers any questions we have, tells us about potential issues we need to pay attention to, and is not pushing for an unnecessary service. Booked an appointment on the phone for next day oil change service. Arrived on time for my appointment. My car was taken in Immediately and I was told it will be ready in 40 minutes . I went across the street to the grocery store to pickup a couple of items and returned in 40 minutes to see my car parked and ready. Everything went seamless. White Oak Mercedes Benz Services are very professional and trustworthy. I won’t take my Mercedes to anyone else.

Great service!!! They are the only ones that I will allow to touch my vehicle.. Better than American Service Center and price competitive!! I have recommended people to the center and they refuse to take their vehicles anywhere else.. Even for body damages.. Rami is the BEST!!!
