Do not go here if u have a nail in your tire. They quoted me $35 to pull the nail out and $70 to patch it for a whopping $104 dollars total. To patch a tire and pull a tiny nail!!! My friend called later in the day and he quoted her $70. When she asked why it was so expensive they told her labor costs. Went up the street to the shell and had it done for $20 since it was literally 10 min to finish. If you are going here they are 100% overcharging you, especially if u are a woman.

First, I wish I could give them more than five stars. Dan and his team at Aspen Hill Exxon assessed my cars needs quickly and efficiently. They sent us a detailed photographic look of their evaluation which was easy to understand and detailed our needs. They worked on our car quickly and returned it to us on the same day. Last, they gave us a wide time window for drop-off and pickup which made it easy to work into our busy schedule. We highly recommend this fantastic team of professionals.

I dropped off my car this morning for MD car inspection. later they found that the car needed some repair in order to pass the inspection and they quoted $1200. Despite the price, I asked them to proceed to do MD inspection, oil change, and repair which ended up costing little above $1600. Now here's the greater part. As soon as I turn my wheel to the left and started driving, i hear this weird sound that wasn't there before. By the time, all tech were gone and i had to leave the car in the parking lot. It was heavily raining day. I wasted time and money. I have 3 more cars that I wanted to get the service done. I will update more when I hear what they say about it. (update)The owner called and apologized for the inconvenience. While I appreciated him filling up my gas tank(which might have cost around $30), the time and frustration I experience were worth far more. I was hoping for a discount on the repair or an alternative offer, as I had couple more cars needed to get the inspection.

This Aspen Exxon not only has an excellent crew, but they make you feel like family! I love their website and enjoyed meeting everyone on it. Dan, who has taken over for his dad Benny, is lovely! My husband met the original owner Benny years ago and I love the fact that this is a family business. They care about their employees and do outstanding work.

I brought my jeep back into the shop because it was overheating again after it was fixed once. Jordan and his crew figured out the problem and were great all around. The only guys I trust in this area and they Speak English!

My husband brought our pickup truck in for inspection. Luis found a bad wheel bearing on front right tire. The day before this inspection, my husband and I were driving in this pickup on I495 when a metal bar flew off a load on a semi and with a LOUD thud, bounced and hit underneath our pickup. My husband had to travel to VA as soon as the inspection was complete, but Luis said it was unsafe to drive until he replaced the bearing. I truly believe Luis saved my husband from having a serious accident on his trip to VA that day.

Jordan and staff were very professional and understanding. Their knowledge and expertise gave me comfort in the service I received. Jordan was especially helpful with safety and preventative instruction. A neighborhood shop that is friendly and welcoming to new customers.

I took my car for service. The next day I was contacted regarding the issue and cost. The issue was fixed, or so I thought. A few days later the same issue came up. The part they replaced turned out to be faulty. They replaced the part and got my car back to me very quickly. While I appreciated the quick turn around, what I appreciated most was their honestly. I'll be returning for their service and honesty.

I scheduled my inspection with Jordan and then Luis completed the inspection. Both were very professional and capable. The service was about an hour and they tried their best to accommodate me because I arrived about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. Would definitely recommend.

I have been bringing my car here for regular maintenance for a few years. Aspen Hill Exxon always performs high quality work. They are very efficient in completing their work on time. Most importantly they are honest and thorough in their recommendations for issues that need to be addressed. I highly recommend working with them for any maintenance or repair issues for your vehicle.

Genuinely amazing shop. Everyone is nice, attentive, and truly wants what's best for the customer. Service is fast and comprehensive - Jordan and Dan always seem very willing to help over the phone and in person. They completely replaced my exhaust system within a day and did it for $600 less than the initial quote. Also got a tire patch and oil change in less than an hour. 10/10 definitely recommend

Come for the good car advice and stay for the shop puppy. They were good at scaffolding what needed to be done and what I could plan for. I really appreciated not being pressured/up sold and the lack of condescension/dude bro energy I’ve encountered at other spots.

My mother-in-laws vehicle was towed to another shop because the ignition cylinder would not turn. The shop was Firestone Complete. The shop stated they couldn’t do anything with the cylinder, that it needed to be replaced and charged me $50 check out fee. I had to have the vehicle towed to Aspen Hill, not only were they able to get it to start but they cleaned it and saved us about $1500. He also gave us a comprehensive examination of the vehicle and let us know all that was wrong with the car. We weren’t able to get the additional work done at the time due to the cost but we appreciated him letting us know the current and possible arising problems. Thank you Jordan for helping us and I appreciate your kindness during this stressful time.

Dan and Jordan are great guys and their staff is wonderful as well. They give you a detailed description of the repairs the car needs immediately and the ones that can wait. They are very honest and dependable. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Tried to charge me OVER $150 for just an oil change. That’s insane. They didn’t even honor their own coupon. Great place if you like overpriced service. Please remove me from your mailing list. Update after Reply: I didn't need your full service since my car only has 28,000 miles on it. I made the appointment and when you called and pushed it back 30 minutes, you could've mentioned the full service only disclaimer. You also quoted me for 7 quarts of oil when my vehicle doesn't take that much. You have to understand first time customers take note of everything and not just the potential great service. I suggest asking if the price works for your customers before taking my car on a test drive up the road. You're building trust, and I don't know where you're going in my car when I'm used to a basic $60 oil change. It's not my first time getting an oil change. Give people the option for the full service treatment. I don't doubt you do great service as the other reviews say, but when I'm comparing it to YOUR coupon for a $59.99 oil change, you have to understand why I left. If I had known, I wouldn't have wasted our time.

Professional, friendly, and FAST. Needed four new tires- they were ordered that morning and I still had my car back within a few hours. They even replaced one of the TPMS sensors for me. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!! This was by far the most unprofessional location I could have ever visited for a state inspection. I called on a Sunday to ask about hours for state inspection and they told me they open on Monday between 8/9-5:00pm. I said GREAT, I will arrive on Monday, he said okay. That was it for the entire conversation with the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. Today, Monday, I arrived at 4:00pm. As soon as I enter the drive way, there were two gentleman that looked extremely annoyed when I arrived. I requested for the state inspection and the guy says “i don’t do walk ins. I only do appointments”. So I told him what the person told me on the phone and that no one mentioned anything about scheduling an appointment. He then replies saying that he recalls telling me when the shop is open. Again, never stating that an appointment was required and never offered to schedule an appointment when I called on the phone. I then ask to make an appointment for tomorrow, Tuesday. He proceeds to tell me he only has 12:00pm available but I stated that I work and can’t get here until 4:00pm. THEN he says, “i don’t do state inspections after 3:00pm”…………. HOW unprofessional to NOT state any of this information UPFRONT when I called on Sunday. I decided to go to another state inspection location down the street and they saw me immediately with no hassle and gave ALL information UPFRONT!!

Amazing! They are so nice, attentive and detailed communication on your vehicle issues and what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait a few more months. Typically other places will tell you that you HAVE to get everything done at once and you end up having to pay an arm and a leg! Jordan was very informative, broke pricing details down for me and mapped out what I should be coming in for next over the months to come! Also! My under my hood just looks so beautiful and brand new (as they got me all new gadgets) to get my baby up and running!

I found this business via a warranty service. To my surprise, it was more than anticipated. The customer service was welcoming and the service was excellent. I had to make a return visit but even that wasn’t a concern due to the outstanding level of customer service received. I believe I’ve found my new mechanic shop and it’s well worth the change. I’ve made a number of referrals and I do except the service to be the same. Thank you and when people say customer service doesn’t exist, trust and believe I have a positive one to share. Thank you again. I want to give 6 stars!!
