I rarely write reviews but this time I had to. I was in need for a temperature sensor for my daughter’s car and my local autozone didn’t have it in stock so I drove all the way to silver spring. Dagmar was a huge help and very professional as I explained to her that I drove over 45 mins to come get this part. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Was an easy transaction and would definitely come back to this location

Carlos was incredibly helpful in testing my battery and replacing it with a new one for me. The price was fair, and he saved me a lot of time and hassle if I'd tried to replace it myself. I would absolutely come back to this location next time!
I will be coming to THIS AutoZone from now on! As soon as I walked in Carlos welcomed me with a genuine smile. He helped me solve an issue I didn’t think could be solved. I’m grateful for Carlos’s expertise and kind support.
I had an amazing experience at AutoZone, the whole staff was amazing but I have to give a special thanks to Carlos. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Not only was he quick, but he truly went above and beyond to help me with my issue, he came up with solutions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely taken care of.

Service is good have good warranty’s on batteries. But, their system needs upgrades the fact that they only replace your battery warranty is through a phone number needs to change if you where in an emergency when you needed the battery and you lost your old number or used a family members number that will be problematic. Plus they don’t change your battery if it anywhere else but under the hood.

I arrived at this AUTOZONE located in 12209 Veirs Mill Road Silver Spring 20906 and the service that DAGMA and CARLOS gave to us was exceptional. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. They moved , attending to us with great interest and respect.
There were no prejudices, racism or discrimination. I am Hispanic lady and I was accompanied by my ex-husband who is Black American and they did all the diagnoses and evaluations to check the proper functioning of my vehicle and be able for us to make the correct purchase. If you want good service, please visit this store because Dagma and Carlos work there and they will provide you with exceptional service.
Incredible! My wife and I were leaving the DMV for a 9 hr drive when our check engine light came on. They saw us and analyzed it immediately; nothing super urgent on that front. However, the very helpful and observant employee noticed a giant bubble in our front tire that we didn't see. She gave us a rec of a tire shop opened on the weekend and even let them know we were OTW. Attention to detail on that level, even for unrelated car issues, really saves people's lives; who knows what could have happened if my wife and I didn't notice until it was too late (especially since we were driving through the cut lol). 5 stars!
Terrible customer service last night. The assistant manager was rude and unprofessional, refused to let me use the business account, and even accused me of fraud because the owner didn’t answer the phone. It also felt like racial profiling, which made the experience even more disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, she argued with me. I won’t be returning.
Gentlemen, be careful when you go to buy parts or to change your engine oil. The staff at that store lacks much training. I bought it to change my engine oil.The next day, the truck's engine malfunctioned, and a solution was found. The problem persisted. I bought new parts to repair it. But it continued to malfunction. The oil they sold me wasn't suitable for my truck's engine. I made a mistake by not inspecting the product. But their job is to sell the right product. It's not a blender they're going to damage due to lack of experience. They should train everyone well, starting with the manager.
I like to think I can figure anything out on my own with a little studying and some hard work. But let me tell you, these wiper blades got the best of me. I went to 3 places looking for these blades before this auto zone. The second I walked in the store manager, Dagmar, helped me look up what I needed, found the blades for me and then when she saw me trying to install them myself she came out into the rain to go out of her way to assist me. The best costumer service I have ever received. 100 stars.
