Plenty of space to pull up with an 18wheeler. Very professional staff. Inside as well as outside. (Clean restoom ☆5). I wish their coffee machine was working but anyways. Overall. Great place.
BUYER BE AWARE YOU ARE A TAKING A RISK BUYING HERE!!! Purchased a vehicle and the title was missing information that was the auction responsability to have it filled out correctly. Now I'm having issue to register the vehicle and they don't want to assist in correcting the issue.
My son's car was brought to this place after his accident. When I tell you 3 workers were ransacked his car upon our arrival. They were trying to open his trunk all the doors are wide open along with the hood. Once they brought the car around for him to retrieve his belongings. We noticed his tablet was gone. Mind you it didn't even bulge from the impact of the wreck. The wires were already cut from his battery. To his sound system. So we immediately realized that's what the workers were doing. So I asked the manager what's the purpose of those guys going through your vehicle before you retrieve your belongings or even before the insurance company appraiser checks your car out. His response was to get it ready for the insurance company inspection. Get the trash out.what a crock of BS. Beware of this company they steal from your vehicles before you even get a chance to process what had happened. Excuses Excuses. We filed a police report on my son's property and we can track it. This isn't over IAA. Stay Away from this so call company ran by a bunch of thieves. It's appalling how they treat their customers.

This place have serious problem with forklift operators. I won't be surprised if next time I see monkey or bear riding forklift. Their office girl, that barely can drive a car, operating (trying to) forklift. Manager should be replaced!
I was nervous my first time coming here because I was unfamiliar with the process of getting a car back from auction. Luckily Kaylee and Kaitlin were working the front counter! They were both extremely helpful and smiling the entire time. I feel like they deserve a raise and a month pay time off! I'm going to go get a car dealers license just so I can come back and interact with them again. highly recommend coming here.
Rude fork lift man, lazy person, people like this guy are ruining business, they work for hours, not interested in job to be done, don’t care on costumers time.
On their website they say they close at 5 p.m. I arrived at 4:30 pm. The doors were open! And they didn't want to help me! According to what everyone in the office says, they close at 4pm, I wasted time and gas!! Why don't you update that on your website?
Have been trying to get items back out of a vehicle that was taken there, I can never get ahold of anyone. I've stayed on hold waiting for up to 2 hours some days. I've left numerous voicemail and nobody ever calls back. My car was sold at auction already but I just want my stuff back that was in it. My deceased husband's ashes were in the car and some other that I won't mention here were very sentimental and not replaceable.
Great place to sell or buy a vehicle. Always polite staff and very helpful. Mike, Porsha, Angie, Xavier are all very nice. Feels like family every time I visit.
Was quick and easy for pick up. Only draw back was that it took a second to figure out where to turn in. If you come off I95 go past the yard gate and main office and turn into the gravel parking lot. Would be nice to have a sign there. Office processing was quick.

IAA is at a remote part of Jacksonville so there is no wait time and the services seem to move pretty fast. I didn’t go on a auction day so that might be the reason for the fast service.

Had to get stuff out of my baby who got totalled ??. All my tools and a DVD player 600 $ worth of stuff all missing out of my trunk ..Noone knows a thing. Your supposed to trust a towing company taking care of your car through your insurance company but everybody was pointing fingers at everybody else so be careful
