I've been searching for an all aluminum utility trailer for months and found exactly what I was looking for at Big Tex Trailer World. My salesman Mike showed me several options they had available and helped me pick out the best trailer for my needs. The whole process from arrival to departure took just about an hour. Very satisfied customer!
I have negative experience ordering new 40 ft treiler with them. They said " 1 month and will be ready". It took 3 month to arrive. The worst part. Every time i come or call they said"next week". I quit from my job trusting their words. And almost 2 month was jobles and lost more money then the price for the treiler. Because of that I could not keep up and had to file bancruptcy. It shocked my nerves!!!

The trailer selection alone is great, but they go above and beyond to ensure everything else connected to the trailer is proper and safe. Mike in particular was extremely helpful.
Mike Piazza was awsome! I arrived shortly before closing after getting stuck in traffic. I told Mike what I was looking for. He immediately took me out and showed me my options, explained all the features and the superior construction of Big Tex trailers. Mike quickly and efficiently walked me through the fairly complex registration and paperwork process. I was extremely satisfied with the entire transaction.
Listen, finding the "perfect " trailer for my company was getting stressful. About the time I thought I had it figured out then I went down the quality rabbit hole. Not all trailers are built the same and that became evident quick. I really focused in on the covered wagon brand at a shop local to gainesville. They didn't have the exact trailer I wanted and thank god they didnt because it led me to finding Mike with Big Tex. They were $1,100 cheaper than my local dealer. Mike is the man, he was patient with me walking back and forth between a few models and really helped me figure out not only what I wanted but what I needed and never once was it about which one was the most expensive he just walked me through what I was using it for pros and cons. He cut me a great deal, stayed after closing to wrap it up and was huge in helping me finally get the right trailer for my business. Big Tex is the place to buy and Mike is the guy to help you do it. 32 years in construction and I’ve dealt with a lot of so called trailer guys. Let me tell you that Doug and Mike are the absolute best guys to deal with. They strive hard to take care of you and I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs anything trailer related.
Mike was very knowledgeable about the inventory on hand and information on the trailers capabilities. He also was very thorough in going through the paperwork. Bonus with Big Tex we saved a substantial amount compared to other companies. My only complaint is when we went to hook up the trailer everyone disappeared and couldn’t be bothered to guide my husband while he backed up. I definitely do not blame Mike it seemed he was non-stop helping customers and answering questions for coworkers but with all the employees which appeared to be slacking I would think someone could be assigned to help hook up the trailer. I would give a 5 star review based on the service from Mike and the value of the trailer but I knocked off 1 star for lack of service after the sale,

And Bob, the store manager, took care of me when I picked up the trailer. He explained the registration process and everything else pertaining to the purchase. And had everything ready to go for me.
They were both very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Had a graet experience getting not one but three dump trailers Mike Piazza was the guy who helped me, there wasn't any "NO's" through the process just "let me see what I can do about it", knowledgeable guy for a change, someone who knows about personal and business financing and helped me through the process to meake it easier.
Bob was wonderful! He showed perseverance and determination to help us with our problem. Late at night answering our calls after hours to answer questions and help us with the replacement. Even from Florida he helped us in Atlanta to find replacement parts, the local Big Tex dealership, and made sure we were covered with everything we needed. Had a great experience with him!
I needed a small (7x12) cargo trailer serviced as we were coming up on the 4th of July weekend and Big Tex and China, the service manager, took care of quickly and professionally when nobody in town could get to us well after the holiday. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
We lost a leaf spring on our 5th wheel camper and had another ready to snap. We were able to pick up four new leaf springs and the bolts needed to make the repair. Bob Schultz was knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to Big Tex we're able to continue our vacation!
