What happened to Arlington Toyota - they used to be so good. We have take our cars there for 20 years for body work (you get hit a lot in Florida). This time and the last few times the work was good but the service was crap. It started when Bethanie received the initial information from my insurance company and sent me an email telling me that because of the low estimate from the insurance company, Arlington would not work with me. I had to coordinate conversations between the insurance company and Arlington. Then when I got switched to Brian I got very little communication. I brought my car in and had to call a week later for an update because I had not heard anything. He told me my card would likely be ready the day after Christmas. I did not get my car back until 1/19. It was clear that Arlington is understaffed. He blamed everything on the holiday's and the insurance company. After calling him for the fourth time for an update and complaining that I was not getting any proactive updates he said (I think sarcastically) "What do you want me to do, call you every day?" I said yes, I would love that. He called me once over the next 2 weeks and that was it. The cherry on the top was that the only person that apologized was the front desk woman who was great. I should have learned my lesson (but I have now). A couple of years ago, we took our Camry in for an oil change and they did not properly fasten the under carriage. It came off on our way to Disney after leaving there and started dragging. We had to go to a dealership in Orlando to get that fixed. Good grief! I miss the old Arlington. p.s. When I got checked in for my car, a sales person sent me a text asking to talk to me about buying my car from me.

Arlington Collision did a fantastic job. The repair work was flawless, and the car looks new again. Also, the final tab was about $100 less than the initial estimate, a very nice surprise. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for your wise and kind guidance regarding repair. I am so glad I went to Arlington Toyota instead of any other collision shop, where I was confident that genuine Toyota parts would be used rather than salvaged from a junk yard. Thank you, Arlington Toyota!

Excellent service and people friendly. The environment is warm and receptive and the coffee is an added plus. I left my laptop bag there accidentally and was not even aware that I had done so. I got a call from the receptionist Ms. Charlotte right at closing time asking me if I left my laptop bag. Of course it was mine and even though it was closing time the receptionist Ms. Charlotte said she would wait for me to come back so that I could get my bag. That resonated with me because it was the week before Christmas and the end of a very long work day. This is a very good example of going above and beyond the call of duty. Arlington Toyota have a real team player on board and she is a great/valuable asset to the company. Lastly the work on my vehicle was impeccable. When it was returned to me it was nice and clean. It was in better condition when I picked it up than before when I dropped it off. I'm not just referring to the repair part. I'm referencing the entire car. They also found a valuable item in the car that I did not know was there and they left it for me in plain view where I could see it. They did not have to do that which proves to me they're honest people that values their customers. Thank you to Brian Santos, Charlotte and the entire Body Shop Team for all you do!

My husband had his truck here for over a week and the insurance covered us with a new rental. They arranged for us to get picked up and taken to Enterprise; throughout the week, they communicated with us and were very informative with many different options. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was repaired properly. Even when there was a slight delay, she made sure we knew ahead of time. Her professionalism, integrity, and knowledge was beyond stellar! I want to thank the person who interviewed her, hired her, and manage her!! She is AWESOME! She deserves every type of Toyota award available! She knows Toyotas inside and out! Man! She’s certainly a star! Kudos!!! So glad we got to work with her! WE WERE BLESSED!!

Service never rendered never contacted bad customer service car was never painted was never evaluated mechanically. The windshield was replacedwas filthy Oil change information and vendor decal never removed from old windshield still never replaced decals for oil and third-party vendor with the interior of the vehicle full of compound dust along with the car. It was never clean properly swirl marks all over my paint. Carr returned dusty. It’s gloss black it looked gray.Unacceptable. No need to add photos you know exactly the state of the vehicle you returned it to me in Do not solicit or ask me if I am selling my vehicle maybe you should’ve fixed it as requested by the insurance company

My truck was repaired like brand new after a collision. The staff was helpful, patient, respectful, kind, and worked hard to get it done even when there were hurdles to jump through. Very pleased with the experience with Toyota and Tim who was assigned to my truck.

I took my damaged vehicle to Arlington Toyota Collision Center. Unfortunately my insurance company totaled my vehicle and I was not able to get it repaired. However my experience was good as I found all tge staff members to be very pleased and helpful.

The work they performed on my LS460 was perfect and when I called to ask about a mark on the door they said please bring it back so we can look at it. When I took it back, they looked at it with me and smiled then rubbed out the excess compound. No issues were found. I will use them again for all my car body work issues. They cared that I was happy with their complete service.

My collision adviser was Katelyn and she was absolutely wonderful. When I called in for an appointment for repairs she set me up, gave a tentative timeline and indicated I could call if necessary. Again, when I called she brought me up to date and let me know when I could arrange to pick up my vehicle. We spoke afterwards about an additional charge and she handled that with my insurance company. I’ve always been pleased with the service and consideration I’ve received at Arlington Toyota no matter which service I needed.

I was hit while parked in a parking spot by a Toyota pickup and since a Toyota truck hit my Ford then I figured let Toyota fix it. lol They did a great job and Anthony at the collision center was great about keeping me updated. Hopefully I'll never need them again but if I do then I hope Anthony is there. I'm sharing before and after pictures.

Had a very professional and courteous experience at Toyota Collision Center in March 2025. Communication was very thoughtful and timely. Updates were readily available. I felt like I was treated as the only customer in the shop each time I arrived. My car looked brand; even got a bath before I drove away. I will always use this service for its exemplary service and interactions. Shout out to Brian and Janae who treated me and my car with respect and care. Thank you for what you do for your customers!

Last time ill buy a toyota due to lack of service from their collision center. My car has been hit 5 times and everytime i come here to fix my car. My last experience ive had with toyo collision they gave me a defected headlight which i got pulled over for, and several trim pieces were not properly seated that i had to come back to that store 3 seperate times of that day.. My current issue is they refuse to work with the insurance company of the person who hit me due to labor rates etc. How can you demand a higher rate when you do just as sloppy work as Gerber/Caliber collision.

Two months for a repair in one Toyota Tacoma and counting because it is not fixed yet. This is the worst experience ever. I think that they are lying to me. I don't know how many times I have been on there asking for my truck to be repaired, I sent some emails that they never replied. Worst service ever. For just fixing the bumper, minor fixes can take so long.

Got hit by a truck in the side of the car and the repairs not only went well but were on time well managed! Insurance was involved but everyone made the process easy and we got the car back in 28 days!

Hey, we all have places we hate to go, but sometimes we gotta, right? Well, Arlington Collision Center is one of those places I actually like to visit. They're super friendly and welcoming. Annette, she's awesome! She makes you feel like you're the most important person ever. She'll check out your car, and then set up an appointment that works for you. Seriously, they're the best! Work - 8k USAA insurance claim repair. Ten days estimated. Toyota Sienna 2023 that was also bought at Arlington Toyota Pros - quality of work! them dealing with insurance for additional repair though they were not in insurance STARS network Cons - communications of timely updates. Overall, the work they do is awesome! I had to wait an additional three weeks to get it in the shop but it was well worth the wait!!! Definitely recommend.

3 weeks for repairs on an insurance claim. Ordered the wrong mudflaps. Ordered the wrong running boards. Pick it up today and they decided the correct thing to do was run it through the brushes directly after paint. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR PAINT WORK. It currently looks worse than when it arrived. Whole bottom half is ruined on the passenger side...tip to tip. Clear coat likely ruined as it was fresh. It won't cure and protect properly at all. It's almost hilariously bad. turns out my right rear turn signal also doesn't work now and a trailer brake sensor is now bad and going off intermittently ?. The whole windshield was covered in overspray. Per Toyota the interior was supposed to be cleaned/detailed after they are finished...didn't happen. The truck was full of body shop dirt/dust and smelled awful. UPDATE: I picked this truck up about a week ago. Now come to find out when the manager Scott wrote all the corrections and fixes on my truck when it went back in...yup, that hand writing is still on my truck, now etched into the clear coat. Things like "clean interior. Brake light. Right turn signal." Utterly disgusting service. I have recently heard from other local collision shops they THEY have actually received vehicles from Arlington Toyota. Vehicles that go out bad or damaged and get returned. Toyota won't have the skill or ability to properly fix it so they sub them out to local body shops.

Great quality work recently got into an accident and these guys sure did an amazing job you couldn't tell the difference at all it's like it never happened definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here 10 out of 10 swear it !!!!!!!!

I took my Toyota Camry in to get a very small fender bender repaired, 2 weeks later I get my car back and it has 8 scratches on the trunk and scratch on the door. They did not mention a word about it until I brought it to their attention. How does this place manage to do more damage while repairing a fender? I’m not sure. They were very nice about the situation and gave me a rental for a week while the car was getting repainted for free. This is the only reason I didn’t leave 1 star.

I had a project to covert my 4Runner Limited to TRD Pro/SR5 bumpers. Scott and his team did a great job with workmanship, quality, and time. Project results are excellent including the difficult job of matching Pearl factory paint. This wasn't an Insurance claim project, but an out of pocket customization I've been wanting to do, which means I had high expectations. I would recommend these folks to anyone who wants professional well done results.
