Others said they had ‘no truck available right now’, but 904 Express Towing said ‘I can be there in 45 minutes!’ And then arrived in almost precisely 45 minutes, even after they realized in my stress I’d confused north and south and misadvised them on my location. The service I received from 904 Towing was above and beyond. I have a 6 speed Mini Cooper that I needed moved from the repair shop to a storage unit. Not only did the driver pick my car up but he also drove it into the unit which has a very narrow entrance. Service was quick and efficient.

Answered quickly on a weekend. This was the third company I called and the first to answer. Agreed to come once done with the haul he’s was on. Arrived to me within the hour and quickly got to work. He was friendly and professional. The price was great too! Definitely recommend!
I wish I had a picture to post but I can tell you they are outstanding. Not only are they very kind and not overpriced such as another company. They genuinely do what they say they'll do. I am recommending them to everybody I know including people throughout my company because the rest of these record companies in Jacksonville are outrageous. This company cares more about the person than it does the money I am so proud of them for being reasonable. If you're going to get your car towed please make sure these are the people that do it
Tommy is a polite and professional operator who really knows what he is doing. He was early to our pickup point, and very cautious to make certain my car was not damaged by loading/unloading. My car is very low to the ground, and I'm happy to report it did not scrape at all! I saved his number, because this is the only company I will use in the future.

These are the reviews you never want to have to leave cuz it means you were stranded at the CVS when your brakes locked up. Smh. But.. that's why we have AAA and they sent me to Tommy at 904 Express Towing. He called me right away and gave me a timeframe for arrival that he stuck with. He showed up, assessed the situation, gave me some vital Intel/advice and had us (me and my broken vehicle) on our way home for reflection. Tommy made a crappy situation less crappy. Appreciate Him.
