Justin was the tow truck driver who responded when my vehicle became inoperable, and I truly appreciate the level of service he provided. He was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous from start to finish. Situations like that can be stressful, but Justin handled everything calmly and efficiently, which made the entire experience much easier to deal with.
He took the time to explain what he was doing, ensured my vehicle was handled with care, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. If I ever need towing services again, I would absolutely utilize this vendor without hesitation. I would also confidently recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues.

I called from out of state to help a friend. These guys were so amazing and even helped me find a local tire shop to get my friend to. So happy I called them!
Process made simple. Prompt and courteous. Stored their number for any feature towing needs. Hopefully won't ever need a tow again, but if i do they will be my first call.
Driver Jason was awesome. Kept me in the loop with multiple calls. Price was very affordable co pared to other companies in the area whontried to take an arm and a leg. Would recommend these guys to anyone!!

A person picked up the phone quickly. Fortunately I wasn’t too far away, so my driver, Chevy, arrived in 30 minutes. He gave me a courtesy call within 5 minutes of my original call to nail down details. He was friendly, swift, and offered AC while he loaded my car. The price was cheaper than two other providers I had called. Would definitely use them again! Great experience!
Navob is AMAZING! My car broke down on I-95 and I had to call AAA, and they assigned us to Jax Express Towing, we were a long distance tow all the way back to Daytona. Unfortunately, my night was ruined, but Navob rescued my husband and I, got my car and us safely back to Daytona AND in time to celebrate my birthday at midnight! Thanks again Navob and Jax Express Towing!!
Highly recommend Jax Express Towing LLC called and set up an appointment to load a small school bus and boy did they deliver. Showed up on time stayed in communication with me and the driver and loaded us the school bus quickly. I appreciate the great customer service from JAX Express Towing LLC to both my driver and I. The driver showed up early and had great knowledge of his business. He was also very pleasant. He was careful not to damage my car and made an otherwise unpleasant experience more pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for your towing needs.
Anthony the driver came within an hour's time. Explained everything he was going to do when he slid skates underneath my tire with the broken bowl joint I backed car out easy enough with his help explaining what to do from the parking spot. He was able to hook the tow truck up and I did not have to wait for a flat bed. He brought me to tuffy's Auto service center and equipment a great big shout out to Jax's towing service. I highly recommend Jax's as a first choice

I took their service for the third time because of great experiences from the past two towing service but this time, i gave the service 3 stars.
Had a Ford F150 that had locked itself up, couldn't open, was in park, wheels turned, in a circular driveway. Two other tow companies came out and said no way to move it. Jax Express came out, ahead of scheduled time, got the job done, and rate was extremely reasonable. Kudos! Will call again if the need arises.
