Arlington Toyota has always done a great job! Great experience purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. Had my first service on my new car today. RANDE was great and the service team had my car done in less than an hour!

Had my 10k mile check on my 4-runner. Arlington Toyota is the best. The people are great and the waiting area is very clean. Padded chairs and table with plugs to do some work. There is a large screen that shows the status of everyone’s vehicle so there’s no wondering how long it will be before they are done. The service technician/mechanic sent me a text with a link to a video where he described what was checked and what needed attention. It had voice captioning also. He showed me the air filter. It was dirty, that was the only thing that he found. I have 3 huskies. Charles worked his magic and got my MPG meter to work as it should. It now updates in real time instead of being stuck permanently on 18.3 and never changing since I bought it earlier this year. Service was quick! They have a great process! Thank you for the overall great experience.

Service department was clean, efficient and right on schedule! ? However, the service advisor could not answer a basic warranty question and was not familiar with the Toyota “wallet” key when I checked in. Seems like basic knowledge for a customer facing position.

My experience at Arlington Toyota was amazing. Everyone was very polite and professional. The service was completed in just about an hour, even faster than expected, and they even returned my car washed. The waiting area was comfortable, with coffee and TV, which made the time pass easily. Thank you for the great service, speed, and respect for your customers!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Arlington Toyota! I bring my truck here for every service and they’re always fast and professional. I just had my 15k mile service and it took 30 minutes. Everybody’s super nice and any questions I’ve asked have been answered clearly and with transparency. I’d definitely recommend Arlington Toyota.

I highly recommend Shawn McAndrews! Best customer service I've seen at any car service center. Courteous, attentive to your requests, quick communication, reporting, integrity. I brought my car and he took care of EVERYTHING from A to Z. I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you, Shawn! And thank you, manager Joe. I greatly appreciate your help.

Disappointed. Initially, I had a great experience with the service department, but by the end of my visit, things had changed. I came in for an oil change and to get 2 of my hub caps that I preordered over the phone a week before replaced. I preordered them and paid for them early to have a quicker visit. I also wanted my serviceman to be aware of needing to have this work done in addition to the oil change. The parts department seemed not to understand my desire to want the service department to be aware of the purchase. I simply wanted this so that I could have a smooth visit. On the day of my visit, after 2.5 hrs, I checked with my serviceman who stated that they could not find the hubcaps that I preordered and paid for and that they needed to check the cameras to see who internally "took" them. After an hour of going on a wild goose chase to find the hubcaps and to see if I could talk to management to get this resolved, the serviceman realized that the hubcaps were on my car the entire time, and that they indeed did not lose them. Just a terrible miscommunication all around from all departments. This was my first visit and I doubt I'll be going back. I hope to get a feedback request form or that someone will reach out. I stayed an extra hr and a half for nothing and was told concerning information. ? Very sad. Update: someone from the company reached out to me and I am very appreciative. Mistakes happen. Thank you Toyota for taking steps to ensure this won't happen to others.

Dillon C was very courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. The Service Team of Gary & Kevin did a great service job. All work was completed and the car returned to me under 1 hour!!! :) Thank you Arlington Toyota Service for a job well done!

I upgraded to 5 because they were much better this time. I love that the sales people ask you about buying a car but then leave you alone. I am only giving four stars because the service advisor that we got for the second time was not very good. Normally, we like Arlington and Steve is our favorite service advisor because he is completely honest and always looks up our extended warranty.

Wish I could give more stars but someone must have forgot torque specs for the skid plate on the 10k service or just did hand tight. 2 bolts gone. The 2 remaining were a couple threads from going out. What else was missed?

Getting service was quick and easy. No pressuring to get unneeded things done. Staff very efficient and friendly. Was out in less than an hour, as promised. A good experience.

I set an appointment for 10am for an oil change. When I got there they could not find my appointment even they had called me and texted 24 hrs prior to confirm which I did. I was not on their printout for appointments that day. When they entered my VIN they did find the appointment and apologized. I asked why was I on the list and they told me they did not know. I said well please find out so this doesn’t happen in the future and let me know. They then said I would be treated as if I had an appointment. I waited almost an hour before they even took my vehicle back to get the oil change. The process with an appointment took over two hours for a 20 minute oil change which I did have an appointment for. I do not want anything for this. I do expect if you care about reviews is next time if an error like that does occur fix it immediately. Find out why it happened. Or others may expect to wait, even though they have an appointment. The oil change was done and seems to be done correctly, so my service was finished. So they do get three stars for that.. The service man who checked me in, was not very apologetic just wanted to kick the can down the road say things happen we’ll take care of it. Just a little advice: Proper thing to do as a company is to find out what caused it, fix it, let customer know what happened and how you fixed it and why it won’t happen again. This will help with repeat customers.

I’d give them a 4 or 5 star if I didn’t have to wait so long for the maintenance. If I make an appointment, then 30 mins to an hour after work should start on my car, and I should have it back after being there for three hours. Not waiting 5 hours to get my vehicle back. Depending on the maintenance I can understand it taking a while. But if I see people show up an hour after me, and leave 2 hours before me, then what is the point in having an appointment based system. Just first come first serve it. Outside of that, the place is great. Friendly people, helpful, and won’t recommend something “to my knowledge” that doesn’t need to be done.

The 90000 service was great. From making the appt. to the service. I was no up saled at all, thorough inspection and needed service done in a timely matter. The text system and a video was great to stay informed of the service. Lastly paying online and picking up vehicle is no hassle. Only Dealership I go for service.

I’m indifferent with this place. I love Toyota and will always try to purchase my vehicles from there. I also know they provide quality service but when I’m going in for a simple oil change/tire rotation and I’m there waiting for my car for almost 3 hours, that’s just kind of frustrating. The Toyota dealership I used to go to for my car maintenance was in North Carolina, and they were amazing. I was never in there longer than an hour and a half. So it’s just crazy to me how it has always taken over two hours for me to get my car back from service at this location for minor services. Then, they’re trying to get me to purchase all this other maintenance stuff on top, but I’m already frustrated because I’ve been there almost 3 hours so of course I’m not going to add anything else on because I’m ready to leave. It’s like they take your car apart to really see what they could upsell you on and that’s what takes up so much time when I didn’t ask for any of that. I guess I appreciate it to the point if there was something seriously wrong they could catch it but I know other service places that check for the same things and you’re in and out like 30 min. So personally from my last several visits, I think there’s just a better way that they could operate. Because I have experienced amazing service at another dealership. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be back for basic maintenance on my car just because I don’t have that much time on my hands to sit around and just wait.

The mechanical service was fine however the service tech seemed to lack knowledge of the warranty vs non Warranty issues. My car is 2023 the majority of my questions weren't answered with any confidence so I went to see someone else in the sales office to get straight forward answers.

I had my corolla 2025 just serviced today. Arlington Toyota is using great technology as I received video confirmation from the technician while he was doing all the check points for the car. Also my service advisor Steven Nottingham was very good.

Dillon was helpful in explaining to needed or musts services for my highlander. He is thorough and yet uses simple explanation so I can make informed decisions. It was fast and he personally picked me up from to waiting room to tell me my car was ready =) thanks!

My service advisor was great! The only issue I have is that when I got my car back one of the wheel covers or hubcaps is damaged. It seems like it was removed without care. I had oil change and tire rotation and balancing done. Very disappointing.

The service was phenomenal and this Toyota in particular is the best in the city of Jacksonville by far. The customer service is top tier and they really care for the customers. They are willing to make sure to meet the standards that you require in fixing your car no matter the problem. Arlington Toyota rocks!!!!

Overpriced services and they keep adding unnecessary fees event after telling you what its gonna cost. For example, I was charged $200 for an inspection even after I came with the diagnosis and what I needed done. Even if the inspection is still necessary, any other place would not charge you for it if you decide to proceed with their service.

I took my brand new 2025 Tundra in to have the 5k service done, and I decided it would be a good idea to get the oil changed too. I had to pay for it out of pocket since they only give you oil changes at 10k & 20k (2 of them for free). The next day (today) I was getting ready to go out of town tomorrow morning (for a couple months), so was loading our truck. I went and picked up dinner for my family to eat at home, and as I pulled back in the driveway, I see a wet spot on the concrete. After checking it out, sure enough it was oil. With it already being 5:30 pm I headed all the way back to the dealer to have it looked over. They said the tech that changed my oil forgot to torque to drain pan plug! They cleaned it up the mess, torqued the plug, and tested it to see if it still leaked. It all currently seems ok, but I guess I'll find out on my 8 hour drive tomorrow. Everyone there was nice, but I'm VERY unhappy to have to make a second trip to get something so simple fixed that should have been done correctly in the first place. I had a ruined dinner and a lot of wasted time. I usually change my own oil in my Tacoma, 4Runner, excavator, tractor, etc. But, thought since it was still brand new, I would have the "experts" do it. Wow. They probably should have refunded me the money I paid for the oil change or have given me a free one later. Hopefully the service manager will read this post. NOT a happy customer!

My experience here was great! Brian in the service center was fantastic. They got me in and out for my oil change in no time, even during a heavy time of the morning. No attempt to upsell services I didn’t need unlike other Toyotas I’ve been to. I liked the video walk though the service team sent me so I knew that status and what they looked at. There was a business center/coffee area I was able to work at while waiting

She is so knowledgeable and just an overall great person that provides outstanding customer service she is the best! The last tech I had provided me with a video update which I thought was so neat! The place is overall a great place for service

We went for recalls and was given a list of things that our truck needed costing about 6,000.00. we weren't too happy with their service cause they didn't help out.They over price jobs and parts. They checked the air filter and cabin filter, the air filter was dirty so was the cabin filter which had leaves and pine needles, they put the cabin filter back the way that they had taken it out with all the leaves, and pine needles, instead of shaking it out and then putting it back in they didn't. They dropped the debris on the floor of the truck and didn't clean it. They put grease all over the truck and didn't clean it. We brought the truck from them. All we wanted was some professional service, but they are not very professional. I will not use their service unless it's for recalls in which I have no choice. I Will not recommend their service to anyone.

Vehicle was at dealership 76 days, took 2 1/2 years to have certain issue resolved. E filed for lemon law. Finally got my truck back in unacceptable condition . During this service the whole engine assembly was replaced, one of the pieces reused was the decorative engine cover. Because of dirty condition it was hard to distinguish the motor was replaced. Have to wonder about thoroughness of mechanic, hoping it was a technician and not a parts swapper. The last part you put on his hand prints included. Part of the dirt was residue let by first oil change. Was reported to service writer at time after I double checked oil level. Purposely never cleaned it. Should've inspected vehicle before signing. Confronted service writer and was told not there issue. The GM had gone for day and next PIC contacted service manager who promptly called me and insured they would take care. Now more or my time and convenience is being used up to achieve results. The vehicle was only rinsed off, water stains and fall out. One of oldest issues reported the day after purchase (December 2022) was rear doors rubber trim separating, was replaced once previously only to have repeat issue. While fixing scratched my plastic trim on both sides. Multiple recall issues that have drawn out by Toyota example: notified of the motor issue six months after purchased. Reported had two incidents that the engine stalled and both narrowly averted accidents. Never been able to enjoy the most expensive vehicle I've ever purchased. Have 3 previous vehicle from Arlington. Extremely disappointed with Toyota. A real LEMON!

So far, we have had a positive experience working with Richard Delgado in purchasing a used Camry. "We are family," he said as we walked away. We'll return on Monday to finalize the deal and hopefully drive away with the automobile my wife wants to own. I appreciated how busy the dealership is. I also appreciated the free bottles of cold water and caramel candies they have in abundance. I'm happy that Richard explains the whole process with patience to my Costa Rican wife.
