Horrible customer service from this business. They tell you they have the part you get there after 45 minutes drive one way to find out they sold the part. In this age of technology there is no excuse to conduct business like this. Simply send a message to the prospective customer to keep them inform. Attitude suck and all they do is play the bame game. do not do business with this company unless they can deliver the part to you in person.
Don’t waste your time. It’s terrible, they’re all so rude and it was not a good time just save yourself the trouble and look at LKQ pick your part or Facebook marketplace parts. I’d rather take my chances there than go back here.
Be very very careful. They bought a vehicle from a child and lied to us about just witnessing the exchange since there was no other adult present. Surely the owner would have to be involved with paperwork to have gotten that far, right? Used the Driver License to cover part of the form and hide what it states, and again, all they said was that we were witnessing the exchange, not authorizing a sale. They then paid the child for vehicle in cash. Which oddly enough, even if you assume that random person with an ID is the owner, why would they pay the child… they knew what they were doing was unethical and created a scenario where a boy was able to sell his Mom’s vehicle as long as they could trick someone into signing for it. This company is HIGHLY unethical. I recommend steering clear. They specifically targeted the kid when he was outside about selling the vehicle, not his Mom. They never once spoke to or were interested in speaking to the owner. If you ever wondered how a stolen car could just VANISH. It’s because these kinds of companies will turn a blind eye and manipulate if it means $$$ in their pocket. We’re still waiting for them to pay us for the vehicle. Since they paid a different person completely, it would seem we are still due our payment from the negligence of the driver who gave the payment to the wrong person.
They use a document for you to sign to try to absolve themselves of responsibility in the event the sale is malicious. But they just say you’re “witnessing” and use your ID to block the documentation. It basically allows them to accept vehicles from ANYONE, owner or not. Someone can literally walk in your yard with a fake ID, call them and work the deal out right in front of the vehicle. The ONLY documentation they check is your ID, it doesn’t have to match anything it’s just to transfer accountability. Unethical businesses should not be allowed to continue. Make way for better companies who could take your place with a better sense for business.
