Coop, and Mike were very helpful. They had me approved for a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X in about an hour. Everything was settled the day before I drove down there from SC. The truck was perfect and they gave me a great deal on extended warranty and maintenance plan. All I had to do was sign and drive. It was a pleasant car buying experience. I work as a lemon law attorney, so I see a lot of dealers who do things the wrong way. Thus, it was very refreshing to work with a dealer in buying my own vehicle who did things right. Key Buick GMC was friendly, attentive and helped me get exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. I would very highly recommend working with them on your next purchase!

Absolutely the best truck buying experience ever! My salesperson, Keisha, was easy to work with from beginning to end. She made sure that my questions or concerns were addressed and always followed up in a timely manner. The sales manager, Mike, and the business manager, Doug, were very efficient and knowledgeable. It was abundantly obvious that the staff at Key Buick/GMC truly work as a team. It was our first time buying a vehicle from them, but it won’t be the last. Thanks to all!

Becky was awesome call be because she found oil spot where my truck was sitting. I had to return to the dealership because there was oil all over the skid plate that had not been cleaned up. In addition to that technician just checked all boxes on safety check sheet. Very poor quality from the technician.

Katie and Zack are awesome. John Coleman, sales rep that sold me the car, came out to great me; that’s appreciated. I do think you need a temperature controlled service reception area. Your team and customers are exposed to cold weather (like today) or hot in humid in summer.

I have used this dealership numerous times for my GMC Acadia. They have always been prompt and attentive. I usually get in and out within a day regardless of the repair. My most recent visit was different. When I dropped the car off for a battery, I asked that they look at the AC as it wasn’t blowing cold. It’s winter so it wasn’t a high priority, and I was told they would take a look. When I picked the car up I questioned the costs of the battery, and was informed that it was $250 for the AC diagnosis. I don’t have an issue with diagnostic charges if I am made aware of them up front. I was not told about the fee when I dropped the car off. So I left with a battery that basically costs me $750. A 3 star review is generous given this experience.

Most owners go outside the dealer for simple maintenance like oil changes, tire rotates etc. I keep coming back for the bc the service staff is top-notch. They are always on top of timing, completion updates, any other issues. The pricing for these minor services is in line with local shops and they give me an overall inspection of the vehicle. They don't need to upsell it, it's presented as "here's what we see, here' what we recommend, here's what it will cost to get it done". 5 stars for the team in front and 5 for the mechanics in the back, who also do a great job and get you back in the vehicle quickly. Nice people too :)

Sold me a seemingly decent truck with 60,000 miles on it. Complete lemon 2 weeks later. Called for help and COOP (my salesman) said “we can’t do anything about it.” Not to mention they nickle and dimed me about not replacing the singular key (which doesn’t work) after making thousands and thousands of dollars on me. I can’t say enough how sleazy and sloppy this awful dealership is. I hope nobody ever has the disgrace of working with such a pathetic and scammy dealership. AVOID COOP. I paid tens of thousands for my 60,000 mile Ford F-150. Supposed to be one of the best trucks on the market. The way this organization has conducted themselves from their lazy, standoffish demeanor all the way up to their confusing and useless hidden fees is something that will come to bite them in the butt one way or another. Do not shop here.

Excellent service provided by Austin in the Service Department. We needed a last-minute Oil Change and they were able to accommodate right away. Car was done swiftly and they even washed it! Thank You!

Normally I bring my Buick SUV to the dealership I purchased it from but when i called them they told me they couldn't get it in for 3-4 weeks. I thought that was crazy so I called Key Buick and they got me in right away. Zack Kah was my Service Advisor and he was great. I was in and out within a couple hours, the issue I was having with my vehicle was taken care of, in fact it was covered by the warranty. Needless to say, Key Buick will be the dealership I bring my vehicle too for any future service needs. Excellent customer service!

Our salesman Ty was very nice, he was friendly and was willing to joke around with my husband. Unfortunately, all car dealerships are the same, it takes way to long to get the deal done, you agree on a price then they try to lowball you on your trade in etc. This is why we tend to keep our vehicles for 10+ years so we don’t have to go through this nonsense.

Salesman did great got to sales manger told him there was a dent in 2026 Hummer in the crease of metal very obvious he says I don’t have to sell this truck and then he said again then he says I can barely see dent mind you dent size of half dollar he says how’s 200 bucks sound and then told us 2 times he didn’t have to sell it then we get to finance dept and this guy says if i don’t buy extra Mantience plan and gap deal off and he gets up and say we don’t have to sell you this truck 2 times and walked so we left being they didn’t want to sell me the 100k truck after I was approved being smart mouth and rude lost a customer for life

Dropped vehicle off at 8 am for transmission sensor recall. Asked attendant to check the brake pedal position sensor due to a trailer brake system fault also. Was told of a $250 diagnostic fee and she would call me with quote for additional repair. Received a call around 4 pm stating truck ready for pickup. When I asked about trailer brake issue was told nothing written down, she'd check and call me back. Didn't hear anything until next day. Then was told the mechanic had to update the body, engine and transmission modules software so couldn't find the fault, hopefully the update fixed it. By the time I got home the fault returned. The recall notice said it was a 2 hour fix. I knew additional service would mean losing use of truck for longer, but to give it up for over a day and not get repair was disappointing. The second star is because I wasn't charged for a diagnostic fee, thankfully.

The dealership was refreshingly low-pressure, and the pricing was more than fair. John Coleman was outstanding. He was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with from start to finish. I truly appreciate the way he and the entire team operate. This is my second truck from Key GMC, and I regularly service my vehicles here because they’ve consistently earned my trust. Highly recommend John and the whole Key GMC team.

Very friendly and good service. Immediately greeted. However, waited almost 3 hours in the customer lounge for the oil change. I understand that it was a Saturday and good mechanics are hard to find. Just a LONG wait. Service manager took $20 off to make it right, which I appreciate. I would go back.

Key Buick GMC was so awesome to work with. I purchased my first Buick through them it was truly the best purchasing experience I ever had buying a car. Wow this dealership is unlike any other I’ve ever experienced in Jacksonville! I cam from a Ford family with an uncle who owned several Ford dealerships so I was always treated like family. He recently sold them all and I needed a new truck but didn’t know who to go to. The Ford dealers in the area I went to wanted to take my money but gave me the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. Key GMC made me feel like I was family, just like my uncle’s dealerships used to. Ford’s quality has dramatically dropped in the last 8 years since I bought my last truck and after test driving a new Sierra Denali I was sold on every aspect. The quality of ride, tech, and sleek appearance made it an easy decision for me. The staff at Key GMC made the trade in and purchase process so smooth and painless. Matt Toney is a star and the GM Derek Archer is all about the customer. Again another experience I’ve never had at any other dealer. They’ve made a lifetime customer out of me and I will be giving them my business from now on. If you’re unsure of where to buy your next vehicle, give these people a chance, they will earn your business, trust me!

TY has an amazing personality. He went above and beyond to help me find me a car I like. All the staff had amazing team work. I would highly recommend buying a car from here. Pay attention to your features in your car. I wish I would have I have a manual Trunk on a 2025. My feelings was hurt. The first one i test drove had automated trunk opening. So, didn't think to look at the car i brought because it was the same. So it's a bit of a struggle.Especially on rainy days having to walk up to and then try to open it with thing in your hand. Overall, though I can't complain cuz, I have an amazing vehicle and I had amazing experience. If I could truly purchase four more cars, I would definitely go to them.

This was the most Enjoyable Buying Experience we ever had.. We were looking for a new truck and decided to stop by the Key Buick & GMC dealership to see what was available. Met a very informative saleman Matt Groff to show us around. After a few questions Matt had a idea of what we were look for. The dealership had a number of GMC Sierra trucks to choose from. After deciding on a truck and a little discussion we were able to come to deal. The hold closing process was done in a very timely and professional manner. Everyone was very helpful, respectful and workable. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful on the option in the vehicle. Vehicle was towed in after hours. Fix was completed by end of next day. Three times with 3 different issues (battery, def tank replacement, fuel injection)on 2 different vehicles, they had me in and out the same day. Key service will be the only people I use for GM related issues from now on. Service advisor stayed about 15 minutes after hours and waited till I could get there as I needed my truck the next morning

Key Buick GMC, a business that I can trust for the service of my vehicles. I had an issue with my automobile on Thursday, so I had dropped it off at Key Buick GMC. The next day, I was surprised to receive, information on my vehicles problems, and was notified with a friendly service operator explaining to me, what was needed in order to repair the vehicle, and was able to provide me with some solution in order to keep my vehicle in great running order. I have owned four Buick vehicles since living here in Jacksonville Florida, and each one my vehicles were serviced at Key Buick GMC, I am amazed how quick I am giving information in regards to my vehicle and how quickly I am able to be back on the road driving. Automotive cost have risen tremendously, and with that being said, I need to have the confidence in a dealership that can perform the work to satisfactory conditions. I have never had a problem with this establishment, and I will continue to use them in times of need and repair!

Really good. First time buying a car from Key, overall pretty smooth, Jordan did good, was not pushy on making the sale, worked the numbers best he could based on all the information that I gave him, and it did not drag out 5 or 6 hours being there at the dealer that some times seems to happen.

We went to Key Buick GMC after seeing a truck they had in their website. This is when we met Matt Toney. Very kind, not pushy and gave us a great price. So much to the point that I home and shopped prices of the same truck in a 250 range of this location. By far they were the best price. Even down to Mike D, the finance guy gave us an interest rate compatible with the banks we had been shopping. Thank You everyone at Key for making this a wonderful experiences. Out with the old and into the new. ❤️
