He is very professional aswell as reasonable on pricing ! I am very bratty i called him like i knew what i was doing, lol he was so patient and handle my care with care. I thank him soooo much he was also fast with coming to me i didnt wait long at all.

Called when my car was dead. on the side of the road.. Within 30 minutes TC road service was there. Needed a tow to the dealership in Orange Park from Old St. Augustine Road. There was good communication, professional and friendly service and the price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend and use again if needed.

This by far is a 5star experience I really appreciate them for their quick response. Normally when calling roadside the wait time quotes are astronomical. However, I was quoted within an hour but my driver called and was in route in like 30mins. Unbeknownst to them I was locked out my car with 3 children by my side so urgency was needed. Also, they handled my car with care.
Excellent customer service, friendly, showed up when they said, and very knowledgeable about their line of business. Even in the pouring rain, helped out efficiently and with a smile. If anyone I know ever needs a tow, I'll send them your way :) much appreciated!
Lessons, be sure your car has a spare. TC was fast and friendly. When my tire couldn’t be changed he sent a tow to get me to the right tire repair shop. Call TC!
