$195 to go about 5 miles residential to residential. Older Mid-top van tow. Got it delivered fast. Unfortunately the driver ruined parts of the grass in our yard while taking our van off the bed. Fast but wished it didn’t take a chunk of the yard.
Noah and Caleb came thru today for me. my wife's vehicle broke down, couldn't get it fix where it was needed a tow did some quick research came across King Towing had good reviews. Called spoke to Noah said he could have a truck there in about 20-25 mins. Caleb showed up about 20 mins later. All this within a hour - research, called, towed and in home drive way. And pricing is very reasonable no complaints here. Thanks - saved your number and will be using you again if needed and also will recommend them to friends.
Alex was phenomenal. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations! That was just to get a quote and info about the towing service! He gave me a very reasonable rate compared to THREE other competitors in Jacksonville.
The tow truck driver Travis' customer service was also impeccable. He was very friendly and helpful as well. This was my first time dealing with this company and any time I have towing needs, King's will be my first choice!!

My story? The wife and I were on vacation in JAX Beach over New Year holiday. My truck broke down. King Towing towed my truck roughly 500 miles to North Carolina. Good equipment. Road worthy tow truck.
Tyrone absolutely saved my mom and I with helping her unlock her car. Keys retrieved! We would have been stranded and it was cold. We were also in a hard place to locate but he was so patient and fast, and especially kind. Thx Tyrone!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were scheduled by my insurance company (Hagerty) more than 2 1/2 weeks ago to tow my vehicle. They called me at 11 o’clock in the morning to let me know that within 60 minutes they would be to my home to tow my vehicle.
At 1245, I called them and they told me that they were another 45 minutes out because of another call that they were on and that they would call me back with an update shortly.
Move forward to 2:00 PM with no call or update, I called them again to see what was going on and
because no one has called. They told me they were still another 45 minutes to an hour away. Needless to say I had to hire another company in order to tow my vehicle.
Update: They showed up to my home at 310pm and were turned away due to my vehicle being towed by another company!
The communication with this company was absolutely horrendous, and I would absolutely not recommend using them in the future!
