Went in for an ABS issue on the TRL. It was a bit difficult to track down the actual problem but these guys refused to give up. The owner is very determined to make sure his customers leave satisfied. Guys you can trust with a fair price.

WOW, what an amazing crew of mechanics. We had an issue with our motorhome while traveling. We grabbed their info, called, left a message and they actually called right back! They told us they were about to close, but to stop in after 8 AM tomorrow and they would check it out. We got there about 8:15 and they immediately got to work on our issue. It was great to watch them work as a team and ultimately got our issue resolved and us on our way around 9:00 AM and they didn't empty our pockets. ? If you ever need RV work done, these guys are the bomb. I think we will start getting our maintenance work done here. They're the best we've found to date through numerous states. I own a fifth wheel RV. I've taken it to several of the major RV dealerships in town because the brakes never quite felt like I was getting enough stopping power. I have a Ford 2019 dually with integrated brake controller. I connected to another trailer and had all the braking power that I could possibly want, but with my RV, it was a slow stop. The larger RV places all said "...looks fine to us, we adjusted them, you're good". Every single one of them denied my request for one of their engineers to simply ride with me while I demonstrated the problem. I called Jax Truck Works and the owner told me to drop by and that his lead engineer would ride with me. After showing him the problem, my brakes were fixed within 24 hours. There's NO WAY that I'm ever returning to a RV place again. Period. Thanks a ton for the professional and knowledgeable assistance with my 3-year problem!

I cannot recommend this business enough! It’s rare to find a more genuine and honest guy. He gave me a rough estimate on my camper van repair and when I got it back he charged much less! I would have gladly paid his rough estimate, but he charged me what he felt was fair for the amount of time that it took him. He thought it would take much longer, but it didn’t. I had a major leak after another shop removed a popup tent and replaced it with a sunroof (Classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach—steer clear!) I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to deal with someone like Rod Lima. He is my guy from now on!!! I wish I had found him sooner. Thank you Rod!

They were superior mechanics and electricians! The owner, Rod Lima was quick yet very thorough. They repaired our gas fuel line, wiring for lights and even are stabilizing system. I would highly recommend this company for RV repairs.

Absolutely amazing! Came in with numerous issues. All problems identified and perfectly and timely repaired. All my questions were promptly answered and I never had reason to doubt ANYTHING! Jax Truck Works is now the only shop for me.

Easy access from I-95. Friendly owner and technicians. These guys handle all the big trucks and RVs. I had parking valve and rear brakes issues. They were able to get the parts that were needed and get me back on the road quickly. Price was reasonable. They did a great job for me. If I need work done on my RV and will be going through Jacksonville, I will not hesitate to go back to JAX Trucks to have them do that work.

THANK YOU JAX! These guys are absolutely amazing people they work primarily on diesel rigs and RVs but made room for me and my gas bus conversion tiny home. I brought it in at 8 am and 3 guys plucked away until it was in tip top shape took several hours but I wasn't alone. They ran back and forth to get the proper parts while informing me the whole way through on what it was they were up too. They did everything they could possibly do. Great price great group of guys very professional and thorough. If every I am back in Florida this is where I will go.

Rod and his crew are the best! My husband and I called several places before finding a place that could do engine work as well as repair our Onan 4000 generator on our Ford F53 Winnebago RV. Owner is a Wonderful Human Being! Worked extra long and Hard finding me a transmission! Would not quit or take a break until everything was perfect! Above and beyond Service would come back for an entire engine rebuilt!

Jax Truck Works in Jacksonville did a great job on my RV. I had a list of items to have them do. Mechanical, bay door adjustment, cab AC issue and chassis lube. All work was done very well. Rod, the owner was easy to work with, provided a written estimate and the work was top notch. He checked out the engine, transmission, hydraulics. I had purchased some filters and he was fine with using them. I highly recommend Jax. His estimate vs the actual bill was different by just a few dollars.

Had a really good experience with this company. The guys they handled the business without any complications. Very fast and trustworthy work. I left my truck on the property. It was safe and no issues. Our owner is a very honest man and make sure that you were taken care of.

I took my motorhome to this fine place to get the transmission checked. I am a single girl and have noticed a trend of people trying to scam me when it comes to my Winnebago so I have grown skeptical of mechanics in general. Before coming to Jax Trucks Works another shop had quoted me over 7k for a new transmission and told me it was necessary, and boy am I glad that I decided to get a second opinion with Jax Trucks Works!! Rod told me that the RV was in excellent shape and that it did not need any work at the time. He stood by his word and encouraged me to take her on my trip - which I did, and 4 more after that without a single problem to date. These folks are kind, honest and trustworthy. They will always have my business moving forward!

The overwhelming attention to detail and prompt communication make this one of the best shops in the Jacksonville-Metro area. Unfortunately, we had to call Rod in a panic after another shop refused our appointment and he (and his staff) welcomed us with open arms. Flushing an RV diesel tank is no easy feat and they welcomed the work. They we’re kind and respectful and even helped us better understand our engine as a whole…which is invaluable.
