PLEASE READ THEIR PREVIOUS RESPONSES TO BAD REVIEWS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This dealership has a history of “SELLING” cars with a temporary dealership tag and making you pay separately for the plate. They’ll tell you to ride on the expired dealership plate until you pay for the plate they already put in your name when signing. They assign you to a plate at dmv without your knowledge and make you pay an additional amount for the plate. When being pulled over for the dealership plate the cop said it was illegal for them to do so and that the physical plate should’ve been placed on the car when it was bought. This is the second car they’ve done this to with us. Update since they wanted to respond: Anytime you have someone paying monthly or more than 2-3+ payments to you for the vehicle you are financing or leasing it out. “A temporary tag is issued at the time of sale in accordance with Florida dealership procedures” that of which the cops and FLHSMV have seen have you do twice now and still state you’re giving their system the real plate and giving your customers the dealer tag. That’s not right or legal as stated by BOTH THEMSELVES. The real tag you put in someone’s name, should’ve been given at sale end of story. That is assigning plates without the sellers knowledge considering you’re giving them the temporary one and making them pay it off while you tell the state the real tags have been on the car the entire time. If “Tags are considered state property. These are not owned by NAI, therefore we do not dictate, decide the sufficient charges thereof” then maybe YOU (NAI) should NOT try to tell people to ride on expired dealer tags and making them pay for the real tag you already have in their name at sale.

I had a wonderful experience here. Honestly, I am rebuilding my life and a certain past decisions have became a hurdle. It's okay though because as long as I continue to push forward , blessings happen, like finding this dealership. It's not another's obligation to understand my situation, but I'm grateful when someone does. I was given another chance here. They worked with me on the down payment. My payments are beautifully low. Not to mention the complimentary oil changes. I have been turned down so much. J was discouraged. It killed me to send my kids on a bus in 20 something degree weather. This dealership changed that. Yes, you're not going to get the newest car, and your vehicle might need a little TLC, BUTTT I don't have perfect credit. I didn't have a bunch of money for a down payment. I had been turned down so many other places. This is start. I got something in my budget and was grateful!!! Thank you guys. I appreciate you so much!

Started off good then it all became about money, rude customer service and everybody from the boss to the office workers was not on the same page giving out different info then I was also lied to about certain stuff on the car being fixed like the bumper I have written text messages stating thing was gonna be fixed then when I financed the car I was then told I had to get the stuff fixed myself then the boss always takes her workers word over yours every single time it really is a lose lose when it comes to the customers and the workers it's gonna be her workers over customers every single time prime example the guy that works in the office was so rude one morning on the phone I mean rude then hung up in my face so I tell the boss how rude and disrespectful he was about it guess what nothing happened no apologies or anything I don't recommend nobody to this place of a scam with very rude and disrespectful customer service people lastly they picked my car up about a week ago because they said my insurance wasn't active but then I send proof it been active the whole time it was a mess up on they end but they tried to make me pay a 350 repo fee we definitely refuse and used that money for a dwn payment on a new better up to date low mileage car that actually fit me and my Lil family of seven including me and my wife from Drive Time which we got the keys today God is so good but again I wouldn't recommend anyone to this car lot they nice at first then they true colors comes out I'm so glad we don't have to deal with them anymore and every car is as is and now I know why because one thing after another needed to be fix on that car so there's my review on how I was treated as a customer and my experience with that car lot

Bought my car a year ago and I had no issues whatsoever. Until recently my car got repo because I missed 2 payments. Payments are due every 2 weeks, I have to depend on someone else sadly. So I had to pay $860 this past Saturday and today I went in for an oil change and they told me I couldn't take my car home until I paid the insurance up for 6 months. Like whaaaaaaat who does that. So I left the there and took my belongings. I don't recommend this car company. All they want is money and they don't make nothing fair! Had me and my kid sitting there for 3 hours until we got a ride home.

This car was bought for my daughter. My daughter paid the money but the car had to be put in my name because she had a an out of state license (WEIRD)?. She has made payments faithfully and has an insurance policy in her name on the car. It is in the contract that the owner has to live within 30 miles of the dealership. My daughter moved more than 30 miles. But the contract is in my name. They have threatened to repo the vehicle even though the payments are current. And now have shut off the payment option where the dealership has to be called. Calls have been made every day for a week trying to make a payment. Being told its been unfroze you can make a payment. Yet it still says to contact dealership. We have contacted the state department of motor vehicles and were advised what they are doing is a form of a scam. And that we should document every interaction. Oh and $3000 had to be put in to the car within the first week in a half because the car was unsafe to drive and should have never been sold in the condition it was in. DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE.

Don't buy a car, here! Not even a week in the car and the clutch board has to be replaced, along with the cylinder, etc...called Chris and told him what was happening..He said he'd talk to the owner and see what they want to do..no call back..an automatic vehicle is NOT supposed to rev or shift as if it is a manual...the parts, alone, are nearly $1300..they do NOT work with you on ANYTHING!!.. DON'T BELIEVE THE SCAM, WHEN YOU LISTEN TO THE SPILL IN THE OFFICE!..THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE AND THEY KNOW IT'S JUNK CARS!!!

Update, sold my account to a bank without telling me. At no point do they tell you that will or can happen. That literally makes it NOT a "buy here,pay here" dealership. Was in a rough spot back then, now I'm in a great place and will never have to use these types of dealerships again. This was like 8 years ago but just happened to notice I had left a review and wanted to change it to a more fitting rating. I hope this helps someone out from making the same mistake I did OR you will atleast have a heads up they will do this. Hopefully they make it verbally clear and not hide it in the stack of paperwork you sign. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT!

[Updated] So I came here after dealing with a scam place, it was the day before new years the lady I dealt with was understanding, she helped me and my two fiends look at cars. I had my eye set on two in my price range of a meager 1500usd. A jeep grand Cherokee, and a doge avenger stx. I ended up going with the avenger, the first thing I have done to the care was a oil change. Now as always with places like this there is issues with the car. On that note I'll be calling them to see what can be done about those issues, so far though they seem to work with you and do what they can to provide a good customer relation within reason. I will update this after I talk to them about the issues but the issues are on the level of needing new break pads. It at lease looks like they try and inspect the cars they sell and won't sell you on a car that you or they think might have issues case in point the lady was hesitant to sell the jeep when my friend noticed a oil smell. She stated she rather not sell it till after a mechanic looks atnit as she don't want you driving off the lot then having issues. This is my first time dealing with a buy here pay here. We All know and herd story's about these places, but so far these people seem to be honest and actually are trying to run a legit bissness, and the experience has been pleasant. [update] so this was on me i missed the appointment with them to have them look at the brakes and rotors, these are bad on the car. however this is expected for the age of the car, so not a big deal. the only other issue was that the radiators upper cooling control tube broke while I was driving. now i did a full inspection myself on the old part and I replaced it the same day. What I discovered is that at first glance the part looked okay. there is no way the dealership could have known that this part would break. the wear on it was on the inside past the control cap, near the interlink for the tube, and unless they shoved a flashlight into the cooling system with a mirror they really would never have seen this. even most mechanics would have missed this as its just not something you really would look for or be able to. hec even i missed it when i inspected the car before i bought it and i actually looked at those tubes. also this is again "another expected" issue for the age of the car. so far the car still runs great. In the future when i have more money i do plan on buying from them again, as so far this car works, and it did not do the buy here pay here curse of dyeing in a month. A year later The car still runs and has only needed stupid things fixed.

Edit: A week into the car several codes thrown, get codes that didn’t just pop up, called the dealer to see if they meet us half way in the repair, Chris said he’d ask the owner, never a call back. I get it, used as is car but dam call us back and talk to your customer. I took my son to purchase his first car last week and worked with Chris. Fantastic experience! Chris was straightforward, very helpful, and up front with all the particulars. Time will tell how the car holds up, but used cars always come with a chance of something happening so maintain it right and hope it treats you well. So far is everything it was advertised to be and we are quite happy with the deal we made.

Love this place!! Walked in, met Chris and he had me ready and out with no co-signer in no time at all. It was such a nice buying experience! I did not have the best credit at all! It had been years since I even made an attempt at getting a car through payments. They have always been good to me. Great service! They service my vehicle and have the best lady helping me with my payments! She is always on top of her game!!! Thank you Hannah!! Love you guys! Definitely recommend.

It’s frustrating when you talk to different people at this dealer and no one is on the same page. It’s like different policies and rules are for different people. I’ve had my vehicle for almost a 2 years and I’ll be done paying it off in December 2025 all this time nothing was reported to my credit and I’m working now with all 3 credit bureaus to get the proof on that. I left one job and start a new job soon and my money is tight because of that, I spoke with the manager and she allowed me to make a split payment and said that would save me I’ll be safe. She said you can do 90 now and 90 on the next payment. I called in and I was charge an extra $25 for being late! I hope that didn’t hurt my credit because the company surely hasn’t been reporting to improve my credit. I don’t work for a car company so if you can explain what options I have and what you can do for me PLEASE explain how there will be an additional fee if I go this route don’t leave that out. When you’re in a business like this is unprofessional to assume that a customer knows these things, NO you need to insure the rules and policy 24/7 when your dealing with customers. I would have bust my behind to make the whole payment if I was going to be charge extra when I’m in a bind right now. AND THIS IS TO A CUSTOMER THAT HAS NEVER BEEN LATE AND NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Then the lady I was speaking to said I’m surprised she let you do that because we don’t let people do split payments. Um since I been paying I’ve always been told We will help you, we work with our clients, if you ever need it you can always do split payments. I did what was mentioned to me by the manager, i didn’t know I’ll be considered late with an extra fee, hell I was trying to avoid all of that, that’s why I was communicating with them. I don’t appreciate that at all! Tell me everything all at once not half the details I always communicate and I want the same thing In return! Reinsure your customers of what will happen when they make other arrangements never assume!!!! I think every individual wanna know when they will be charged a late fee, especially when you are speaking with them on the phone in that very moment you should say that. I feel like management should have said Miss Coats. This is going to put you late. There will be a $25 fee added on.

This place let you no everything you need to no about the car you purchase and that’s it is as is so it shouldn’t be no complaining about you got sold a lemon they offer you to test drive the car and they give you many options of your choice they don’t pressure you to Finance or buy a car for them they tell you what’s on the lot and your free to look and test drive and it’s as is and they tell you everything you need to no before purchase the car of your choice so I’m thankful for Chris very nice company no problems with my car I finance my car 06/13/2024 and it’s up and running good but they do let you no what you buy or finance is as is and they tell you everything about the car of your choice when you sit and do paperwork they worth giving a try I recommend them to anyone who trying to fits their credit or build it up and don’t feel like sitting at a dealership for long along time #No cobuyer needed #well I didn’t need one #but it is offer on the paperwork #this is the place to go if you looking for reliable car and major deals

Got a van and it broke down after only driving it for a week. Said it needed a new engine but wasn't willing to replace it. Just wasted 1000 bucks for nothing. Just a bad experience ?? and the 2 appointments u said i missed had nothing to do with the engine. i never admitted to driving without adding fluids in it. if u looked inside the vehicle, u would have seen the empty bottles. And No u didn't offer to repair the engine for FREE! U offered to give me a free battery because it needed a jump when i leased it, but never did u offer me any free repairs. U keep trying to justify you selling bad cars. How can i bring u a vehicle that's not running?? as soon as i was able to i ran every red light down Blanding trying to get there. Still doesn't explain how the engine blew just after 2 weeks???? I didn't ruin the engine, it was already ruined when i got it and now its too late.

If I can give no stars I would, I purchase a car on 2/26/24 3 days later the transmission start acting up. The sales guy Chris is a fast talker to get you in a car . But don’t wont help you out once you buy a lemon from here. I didn’t want my money back just wanted another car for me and my 3kids. Who had to sit on the side of the road 3 times cause this car broke down. Now as a single mother I have to spend money on an attorney since I lost 1 of my job contracts. due to the car breaking down. I also have to prove to my bank that this car was not as describe so I can get my down payment and insurance back(thank god my bank is understanding). PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. I never did a goggle review before. But after I told Chris this is all I got from my taxes . He assured me that the work with their customer and that the car was already looked at before I purchase . If so they need a new mechanic, cause how the car break down 3 days later. UPDATE 3/26 my bank decide in my favor due to all the calls I had made to resolve the issue before submitting the dispute. Now my credit agency is working on getting this off my credit since I only had the car 4 days before the transmission went out

UPDATE-(Not to say that you will allow someone to verbally abuse You) You are to remain professional at all times. No, you do not have to speak, however, it is In the best interest of your company to handle every customer with the upmost respect and if you cannot, you will end the call and not go back-and-forth. When I asked her, who is the person that she answers to so that I may speak with the person over her, she then told me the state of Florida. I asked her again and she told me that I asked her a question and that is the answer that she will give me. This is a problem within itself, because she is explaining to me that her answer is the state of Florida. However, she also told the person who is the account holder with their company that once they made a review that was not giving the company a “good look”, that her boss told her that she can no longer do business with him, and that he would just have to buy the car outright. I don’t get how her or one of her colleagues can post under his response about how he was late and how he didn’t have constant insurance and all of these things about the account and then tell me over the phone that it cannot be discussed This is unacceptable and contradicting. I took a look at all the payments made to this account and saw every payment that was made, although some of the payments were late, they Were in the time frame to where the car should not have been repo. They also failed to mention that when they repossessed the vehicle, the driver was under the impression that the vehicle was inoperable because they had a kill switch on the car and turned it on. The driver assumed something was wrong with the car and when he had it towed to the shop, to be assessed, THIS COMPANY, took it upon themselves to report the car. Again, this repossession is based solely on the fact that they are saying something that they are unable to prove. It’s just all something that was said…On the contract that I read that was signed nowhere on that contract Does it state that your car will be pulled because the person has an attitude with you or because they spoke to you in a manner that you did not appreciate . They will lie and go on and say that the car did not have insurance or the car was not working properly and that the car should have been brought to their establishment to be fixed. However, if all of these things are true, then why isn’t any of that in writing. And again if this isn’t a matter that be discussed with me, then why was it posted under the review as a response? Because you would rather an attorney get involved, I will make sure to it that one is assigned. Thanks Robin for being very unprofessional and for not helping when all you had to do was YOUR JOB.

First, I would like to start off by saying that the only reason why I’m giving even 1 star is because the vehicle had a nice appearance, if I could have chosen no stars , I would have. If you ever are in need of purchasing a car from a buy here, pay here, place this is not the place. I recently reached out to Robin In regards to someone who purchased a car from them. I did let her know my relationship to the person, as soon as I did, and she heard the person’s voice over the phone(I had the person on the line as well because I wanted them to give permission for me to speak On their behalf) Her attitude immediately changed. During the call, she did let me know that she was unable to speak to me in regards to someone else. I Understand that, however, I did ask her What did I needed to do in order to speak with her in regards to the account, at that time she did let me know that all I had to do was get a notarized letter, stating that it was OK for me to speak on their behalf, in order to come to a resolution. As soon as she heard the person on the line, as I stated, in the beginning of this review, her entire attitude changed. She then stated that she could not speak to me, and that the person on the line called her out of her name, and also told her that they would be getting an attorney in regards to this matter. Professionally, this is unacceptable because it seems as if Robin is allowing her attitude, the person on the contract attitude, and emotions to take over, when this is a business matter. I have been in customer service for over 15 years, I’ve also owned my business for over eight years, so I do know that no matter how a customer acts or speaks.

We are very busy and run a small business we didn't have time to be sitting for hours trying to buy a car. We told them we wanted to buy this car and we had little time to be there. We communicated all the specifics we could over the phone and signed everything in person it only took 30 minutes and we were off with our new vehicle!

I would never purchase a vehicle from them.. I brought a 2002 Ford F-150, that’s probably still sitting on the lot! It had 4 totally different rims on it. That the owner and salesman all wrote in the contract to fix. And never happened (that was the whole reason I brought the truck). Fast forward to two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. I had never received my rims and tires because the first set they ordered were the wrong kind(not my fault)! Then I was told, that before they put the rims on I needed to make my payment. Now why make a payment on a vehicle that Wasn’t fixed the way they promised that was even written in the contract.. now I have a charge off on my credit for $8k because they picked the vehicle up, guess how? With the 4 different rims that were on there 3 weeks after I purchased the truck! I would stay away from this place. They are nothing but money hungry.. that truck had 300k miles, a 2002, 4 different rims, no radio, cut cats, dents and scratches everywhere possible, and a skip in the motor, not to mention half the dash lights working and one headlight. Yet they asked 8 thousand dollars for it! Now my credits getting worse when a buy here pay here isn’t even made for credit.. it’s established so you can get a vehicle because you don’t have good credit! So listen carefully. Shop somewhere else please. Cause you will be disappointed!

Just relocated to Jacksonville and started a new job less than a week and I was approved for a nice Honda Accord! Best customer service I’ve received from “Buy Here Pay Here” a auto dealership. Shane (sales rep) was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable with all the cars on the lot. And Robbin (accounting) was amazing with her outstanding customer service, and understanding my situation helping me with low auto monthly or biweekly car payments. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a car with low down payment and everyone is approved!

My experience with them was ok , I needed a car and they got me into one with $200 down plus gave me $800 for my old trade in that was barely running . They aren’t the best of the best but they did take care of me good and I have a nice SUV . They worked with me concerning the payments on my vehicle and overall I’m satisfied. I had to have some work done on the vehicle but I expected that because it’s a risk buying/financing a used car anywhere you go. I recently sent my sister to them because she needed a vehicle ASAP and they got her into a car as well and gave her quite a bit for her barely running old car, and they took care of me for referring her to them . She’s happy, I’m happy and I will refer others to them.
