My 1st time experience here was absolutely amazing, Hank was on the job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and gave me very informative information, I was impressed and very very satisfied, Their prices can't be matched in my personal opinion, I'm greatful to God to have found them, they treat women with respect and consideration due to most are inexperienced, with that being said, I've found a New Mechanic Shop that I can trust, my prayer is that whoever is reading this and needs help let this be your confirmation as it was mine...... I can't thank the entire team at this place enough. Heather made me feel at ease from the moment I called. Then I arrived and the staff there was just as phenomenal. I'm new to Jax and 3 days after arriving my car was acting up. My anxiety was at an all time high. I need my Faith (car) to get to work. Mr. Ken, Mr. Hank, Mr. Ruben, Mr. Alex, Mr. Rodgers and the the other staff, for the top notch service they provided from the start. I now have a real auto shop to take my Faith to whenever she needs regular maintenance and services. This by far has been a blessing. This place is honest and fair. They truly know automotive. I thought i had a reasonable price with having my motor swapped out for the original motor but unfortunately the gentleman who quoted me the price called me back with an additional $1000 quote. I made arrangements for my car to be towed and for the other motor to be towed to their shop just to get a call saying that they misquoted their price. I am not pleased with that type of service they should have honored that price rather than lose a paying customer.

Well don't upset them like I did or you won't get any communication from them. They still worked with me to get me a deal on something. Unrelated to that, they were able to fit me in quickly and it seems like they finished the work quickly (it took some time for my parts to arrive). They did miss something so I had to go back to have that taken care of, and coordinating it was put more on me than on them. Decent staff, pretty friendly, especially the owner Ken; great guy!

I had a terrible smell that no one could figure out . I had spent 1100.00 on previous attempts to resolve the smell. I had carpet replaced and car detailed . Mechanic at Expert Auto figured it out in 5 min. I had a dead rodent glued to my heater core . It was an expensive repair due to the labor, but well worth it . I had several other items done as well. The owner personally test drove my vehicle to verify it was repaired properly . Hank , my service advisor was awesome !

Reading great reviews for Expert Automotive, made me decide on this shop, now I will gladly add my 2 cents. A brief summary is that this was the best car mechanic/service experience I have ever had! Ruben, the staff member that answered my call, helped me with the appointment (next day appointment), and he was ready for me when I got there. My car was taken immediately. What to say about the waiting area? Comfortable sofa, tv, a great variety of snacks (yum! including popcorn and coffee, even fruits) and my fav that kept me entertained for the duration of my truck's repair, a 1000 piece puzzle! The staff was great, very friendly, they checked on me regularly in case I needed something. The shop is very clean, great environment. Expert Automotive offered great service with very reasonable prices, that is very important for me. Everything was checked on my truck and all the fees and recommendations were discussed with me with details by Ruben. I asked several questions and Ruben gave helpful answers to all. Super friendly and professional and reasonably priced! Woke up with a dead battery and by the time I left work, my car was all fixed and ready to go.

Ruben at Expert Automotive was a pleasure to work with. I have had troubles in the past with people working on my Range Rover, but these guys were diligent and take pride in the work they do. They diagnosed a creaking in my suspension and were able to fix it quickly. Highly recommend expert automotive. I will be back! Also check out this special touch they sent me in the mail.

Expert automotive is amazing and Ruben took amazing care of me! I had so much work to be done on my car it was ridiculous plus going through back to back tragedy in my life. They saved me and Sasha Fierce ( my car ). RUBEN NEEDS A RAISE , very communicative , very compassionate! They even came through for me on repairs I couldn’t manage to pay due to it being difficult for me at this time! THEY ARE AMAZING !!!!! Shout out to Expert Automotive for being affordable & RELIABLE!

Thank you to Reuben and the staff This morning they serviced my 2019 Colorado transmission because it was slipping. They knew the problem, advised the solution, and performed the service in the time frame mentioned. Further, they explained that what they did MAY not be the end solution. See Ken and Hank! Took my 2019 Ford Raptor in for a routine check up - turns out there were several issues with the vehicle based on the 120k mileage. They were incredibly honest and thorough with what they found, why it needed to be changed, the impact of what could happen if I didn’t move forward with repairs and pictures/videos to demonstrate. There was never any pressure to have things fixed, just information given, and after I gave the green light to initiate the repairs - when they found more issues (taking the engine out is really the only way to discover problems with generally inaccessible parts) they would inform me promptly of all parts and costs associated and even covered several things out of their own pockets just to take care of me. Based on their expertise and me trusting their judgment, my truck is seemingly running much better than it has before. I don’t foresee any issues from the visits I’ve made. I can say that I’ll continue to return for future upkeep and refer others that desire a honest, affordable and local shop.

I highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs. I had a transmission repair done through my insurance provider, Fidelity, and unfortunately, the transmission was faulty. Instead of utilizing the warranty to return and replace the defective transmission, the owner decided to try to rebuild it. As a result, my car is still not fixed, and the issue has only worsened. Despite repeated attempts to contact the shop for updates, they have failed to return my calls, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle. I even have all the necessary documentation from the warranty company that shows they could have simply returned the transmission under warranty, but the shop owner chose not to due to a refusal to pay the co-pay. Not only has my car not been repaired, but the lack of professionalism and refusal to communicate have made this experience incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise finding a more reliable and trustworthy shop for any car repairs.

Hank and the rest of the team was so incredibly kind and helpful when it came to my car. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, he was very trustworthy and I felt extremely comfortable here! Will definitely be back again :)

Ken, Hank, Ruben & the staff are super friendly and very sympathetic. I’ve gone to them for years for all my vehicles. From the simplest oil change to engine or transmission trouble. They’re one of a kind, easy going and helpful.

We were buying a used car from a small lot for my college daughter. We needed to know the car’s true condition to settle on a fair price. In the middle of negotiations, we called Expert Automotive for an objective Pre-purchase inspection. Owner Ken worked us in and gave us a document showing everything the car needed to be safe and reliable in a prioritized list. We quickly texted this list to the car dealer. He adjusted the price - without haggling. It was a great situation. Ken’s mechanic came out to talk with us as well. We felt confident going forward with the $14,000.00 check. Ken’s Pre-purchase inspection (under $200) made our decision easy. My sister needed a tow, and from the very first call to Expert Automotive, the experience was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Hank made sure we knew about their free towing service and kept us updated on the vehicle’s status every step of the way. They got the car up and running for much less than we expected. I've been to this mechanic shop twice now and both times were excellent. They got me in and fixed up the same day, which is a lifesaver when car problems pop up. Hank at the front desk is incredibly kind and patient. He really helped calm me down when I was stressed about my car. Their warranty is solid and the service overall is honest, fast, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! Called last minute bc the dealership was going to charge my husband over $4k to change two glow plugs and the DEF injector in his truck. I called and spoke to Ruben and asked for a quote. They got me in the same day at a fraction of the cost and got us back on the road the next day. Then called back the following week to have something else fixed and they again, saw us the same day and had it fixed the same day. Their mechanics and staff are knowledgeable, quick, and all willing to help with positive attitudes. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for services and repairs.

I brought my 2012 Jeep in to this shop because the check engine light was on, and it had an oil leak. The team here did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issues. I did have to bring it back once to address a lingering concern, but they were very professional and took care of everything without hesitation. Hank, the account manager, kept me updated throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Ken, the store owner, also took the time to check in and ensure I was satisfied with the work. It’s clear they value their customers and stand behind their work. My Jeep is running great now, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and honest service!

took my Dodge Viper there which isn't your typical car... the guys took great care of me and were super knowledgeable about high end cars and took excellent care of it while it was there waiting for parts... price was very reasonable too! David was very good at communicating mechanical issues and makes the process very easy and comfortable. highly recommend!
