Don’t use these people they are liars. Told me they’d give me 382$ CASH for my car ended up being a check. I canceled immediately after reading multiple reviews of the checks bouncing.
This is one of my favorite yards to pick up from, I would give you a 5 star review but the address is still wrong in google and sends unknowing people (me) to the wrong yard first. The ladies inside this location are always friendly and the loader drivers are good at their jobs, it is much nicer going to this location than any of the yards in Michigan.
Between Copart and Caliber Collision, someone has stolen two subwoofers in there own ported box and ripped and amplifier off of the back of the seat. Both companies inspect. My car was taken here for inspection and apparently no one went in the trunk.
One of the best people to talk to and work with is (Patricia Parker) she is super helpful to everyone and takes care of business making it very easy everyone I know that comes to this location always has something nice to say about Patricia
I am extremely satisfied with Copart services. I understand response time via email delays a little due to so many email but Copart have the best and deliver the best options for members to choose from. Thanks.
We flew from Miami to see this Copart lot and they did not let us in to view the lot. We were here before they closed at 4:55 and refused to let us look. My local Copart has no problem letting people look quickly. Horrible staff Daniel specifically was very rude. There needs to be more friendlier staff for a better experience.
I was helped today by Miss Beverly. What should have been a draining process to someone as inexperienced as myself, was actually executed quite flawlessly. Everyone was so nice to me! I could not have asked for a better experience
