AMAZING people and incredible service!!! I cannot say enough good about this place. Highly recommend!! They educate you and are the kindest, friendliest people you will come across in any auto shop.

Check tire pressure alarm went off and thank goodness I was passing Cedar Hills Tire and Auto Care. I quickly turned the car around to stop at the shop. I was greeted by Michelle. She promptly asked Jimmy to determine the problem. Unfortunately, I had a screw in the tire. Jimmy repaired it quickly.and I was on my way. Many thanks to this family owned business for their friendly, professional service.

Cedar hill is amazing !!! Jeff is fair and trustworthy . All mechanics should be like Mr Jeff . Needed an upper radiator hose replaced and he had me out of there within an hour considering his shop was full of vehicles . I’d highly recommend taking your vehicles here !!!

I heard great things about this business and decided to give them a try. I took my car for service met Mr Jeff the owner who was so nice and pleasant. He took my car for a test drive told me exactly what was needed, fixed my bulb lights on my car and off I went little time. He showed me step by step what he was working on and the cost was so affordable. I highly recommend taking your car there for repairs so many mechanics are shady and hard to trust. It is truly a blessing when you can find one who is trustworthy. Thank you Mr Jeff and staff for your help.

The best place I've taken any car. Reasonable prices and reasonable speed of which the job is performed based on the work that needs to be done. Can even purchase the parts yourself and have them install them.

This place is a gem, I had a hard time picking a spot to go for a check engine light. Rebecca was super friendly when I walked in and even helped check my engine code when the mechanic was busy. I came back a few days later and she remembered my name, car type, and issues with my car! My bill was cheaper than what I expected, and they were very honest with what was wrong with my car. I will definitely be returning as they did good work on my car and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process! ?

Found this 5 star mechanic and family 3 yrs ago from a client recommendation. Have taken all my vehicles, Tundra, Honda, Jeep, here for repairs & servicing ever since. Truly honest and fantastic people.

Excellent service! I would be happy to go back to them again. I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. Girlfriend put too much oil in it he was able to correct the levels and fix the leak in no time. I would go back.

This place is beyond amazing. They changed my wheel bearings and did an alignment. They also did some little details and I noticed them :) Worth the money and def less expensive then how much the dealerships charge. Their work is top tier. I will definitely be back to get my car worked on. Thank you so much!

I called Keith Pierson Toyota and was able to get an appointment 7 days out for them to just look at my truck! So instead, I called friends and two recommend Cedar Hill Auto on Blanding. I didn't call them, I just took my truck there. That was 9:am. At 4:30pm it was completed. New wheel bearing, new cv axle, new tie rod end, new brakes and rotors. And cheaper than I anticipated. Super friendly local folks that knows their stuff.

Always the best. They fix mix my car quickly and send me texts about whats wrong. They will take payments over the phone which is very helpful when u have no vehicle to drive. Only place I trust.

Locally owned shop that I have literally been going to for years. The most trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with in my entire life is the owner. If you need your car fixed or need it diagnosed this is the place to go. Prices are relevant to the current economy but they are fair. I will take my car nowhere else.

My Mechanic of many years retired and I was referred to Cedar Hills Tire and Auto Center by 2 of their long time customers. I really liked their way of doing business including the prices and your vehicle being ready when they said it would, they notify you promptly of the charges and you know everything up front you have no surprises when you go to pick up your vehicle, this speaks of their integrity and they will have my business in the future.

This is the best auto repair shop around! My 90 year young friend's van broke down over the weekend. She contacted several other shops she'd used before. No one could look at it for days. I convinced her to give Cedar Hills a call & we got it there yesterday a.m. By early afternoon the problem was fixed & they gave it a once over for any further trouble. Found a small, inexpensive problem & repaired it. Most importantly, they found a missing motor mount from another shop's repair many years ago & replaced that! Very grateful to the whole staff..they may have stopped a catastrophy. She got her van back the same day! Very fair rates, professional & really know how to quickly diagnose & repair the problem. Excellent everything.

I dropped my car off when they opened and even spoke with mechanic after telling him what my car was doing he seemed very optimistic and even said he knew what was wrong. However they had my car for 3 days and every day I had to call for an update. The office manager kept saying they are still testing it. I asked for them to do a diagnostic test and yet she kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong. The check engine light was on when I brought it in. I asked what the test showed and again she continued to say he test drove it and nothing wrongg. I had stated to them that the problem is sparatic happens every other time Idrive it. Only when tank is full. Still she said nothing. I finally just picked up my car only to break down a mile from their shop. Very disappointed in the service. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We have a very old van, but looks like new, that we aquired from an elderly family member. The fuel pump went out, and we bought an after market replacement for the repair. Cedar Hills agreed to install the new one for a reasonable price. They also suggested replacement of the fuel filter while doing the repairs. The van repairs were done on time and at a reasonable price. They also tightened up a loose AC belt, at no charge. It was also discovered the belt was the wrong one, installed by another garage previously. We now bring our vehicles to them, as they've won our business with good work, decent prices, and being honest. A rare thing nowadays. And the van runs great as well! Please don't change your business model!

I had my car towed to them after it wouldn't start. They were able to diagnose it and fix it very quickly and it was a very minor problem and the fee they charged was very fair! I am very pleased with the service I received and I will take my car there anytime there is a problem. I highly recommend them!

Great place to get your car fixed. They will try to fit you in as best as they can as the shop is busy. Understandable when you want your car fixed right. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The office manager at Cedar Hills was beyond helpful. She was able to point me in the right direction with having my car worked on. They were reasonable in their pricing and prompt in their service. They were even willing to work with my warranty company in a very professional manner. While I did decide not to have my engine replaced, if I were to replace it this would be where I would take it! Unbelievable customer service that was above and beyond.

Cedar Hill Tire is the best most friendly professional and thoughtful business in Jacksonville. They really are. Jim and Rebecca are both extremely competent in their professions, and they always fix my vehicles problem quickly and find ways to charge me less money. I am not the only person who feels this way, which is why their customers keep coming back time after time, and they have a personal rapport with everyone who comes thru the door. Jim and Rebecca are so awesome. They are always honest and friendly. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days. They never try to sell me something that I didn't need like other places.

I trust and appreciate the owners, Jim and Rebecca, of Cedar Hills Tire & Auto Care because they do what is necessary to safely maintain my 9 year old vehicle and do it for a fair price. If Jim advises me on a needed service, I know it is something my vehicle truly needs. I will continue doing business with Cedar Hills Tire & Auto as long as I own a vehicle!

Ever since I found Cedar Hills Tire and auto I won't let anyone else touch my vehicle. Jim has always been honest and never told me I needed something I didn't need. He has told me if repairs can be put off for a time. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone and have sent friends and family to them because they do such good work at such a reasonable price.

There is a good reason why my family has been taking our cars to Jim & Rebecca since 2001. They are honest and do great work at a fair price. That really says it all - there is really no higher praise you can give a business. I was overseas in 2001 when the family van had a problem and another woman recommended Cedar Hills Tire & Auto to my wife. It turned out to be a cheap, easy fix, but they could have told her anything and charged her big bucks. Unfortunately, there are places that they prey on car owners, especially women. I don't have to worry about that with Jim & Rebecca as they have earned our trust over and over for 14 years. I won't go anywhere else!

I've owned a local business near their's for years. They are honest, trustworthy AND competent - great mechanics. I recommend them to all of my friends and have always gotten good feedback from them as well.
