This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From recent feedback, Sea Port Services Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is viewed very favorably: rapid port escorts/vehicle pickups, careful handling, and a professional, personable staff earn repeated praise. Prices are often called reasonable and same-day help is common. Still, a minority cite serious issues—unanswered calls, being closed during stated hours, long repair delays, and surprise storage/extra fees—so experiences can vary. Little clear data on parts inventory, yard layout, or ease of finding parts. Overall: 84/100, with speed and courtesy as standout strengths.

What clients say about Sea Port Services Inc. in Jacksonville (FL)
Had my imported Integra stuck at the port in JAX, dealing with broker headaches and delays all week. Kandy came in clutch. The driver who helped me, Kandy, was not only on time and professional — She was funny as hell. Made a stressful situation actually enjoyable.

She knew exactly what to do, got into the port without any issues, and handled my car with care like it was her own. Real down-to-earth person that doesn’t act like a robot or try to rush you off the phone.

If you’re trying to get a vehicle out of JAX, stop scrolling and just call them. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
After having problems with my shipping company, I contacted Seaport services to get my vehicle for me. This is my first time dealing with this company but they were able to get my vehicle the same day that I called. Kandy was very helpful in this process. I couldn't have asked it to go better. It was a really smooth transaction. I called her when I was on the way and she had someone there waiting after hours to pick my vehicle up. If you're needing any vehicle picked up at the port then this is the company you want to do it and the price was very reasonable.
I highly recommend Sea Port Services for its exceptional car transport services. From start to finish, they provided outstanding customer service and exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and my car arrived earlier than expected. The driver was friendly and took great care of my vehicle. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy Sea Port Services, Sea Port Services is the one to choose.
They demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the process. From handling paperwork to navigating complex regulations, their expertise ensures a smooth experience. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive, promptly addressing queries and providing regular updates. Their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through, making them a top choice for hassle-free import and export services.
Outstanding service! I run flatbed and I don’t have a TWIC card so as a result my company has to use this escort service. The load is 4 caterpillar mini excavators. Well the broker we used didn’t inform dispatch that I had to be the one to unload the freight. It’s 1420 now and they stop escorting at 3. Doesn’t look good for me, but the young man assigned to me was excellent! Informative, helpful and understanding. I got screwed today but it wasn’t these guys. Keep up the good work!!
Never ever let a driver take your car to this place. They won’t look at it and when you finally decide to get your car, they will charge you storage and all other extra fees. My car was there for over two weeks and they didn’t even take a look at it. When I decided to pick it up and send to a different place, they charged me $280 and had to be paid before the car was released. This place is a scam
Thanks for your response, that is all I want the world to see about Seaport services; it speaks volume. (Updated 10/12/2020)

This company came highly rated by my agent but I have never seen an organization as terrible as this. The worse thing is that they ignore calls and they don’t treat you as if you are human.
I paid $600 (paid in full), just to fix the left arm of a 2010 Toyota Camry and till now (over a month), I still don’t have my car. I don’t know why or what is going on because no one will pick my call or say the truth.
My experience with Seaport services is so painful that I plan to travel down, from Atlanta, just to know what is going on.
No one should ever be treated this way. 5 Star Service! Kandy is God sent! She is beyond kind and out of this world helpful! She answered my calls and answered what just might be A MILLION questions from me BEFORE I ever even used her services! She is amazing. I am so grateful that I've had the opportunity to meet her and work with her. I don't think I've ever met a more kind and helpful person in my entire life. She's helped me so much already in such a short amount of time of getting in touch with/meeting her.Thank you Kandy, from the bottom of my heart!
Thanks Candy for helping me out again. If I ever missed Port time again I will always bring it to you you're always so funny and hard-working do you need to get a raise I'll see you soon thanks candy for everything you've done
