Julian, the tow truck driver is awesome! I called Source of Solutions to tow me somewhere and they came out within the hour. Source of Solutions came recommended to me by a company I called.
I recently had my vehcile towed by Source of Solutions by someone who recommended them to me. They came within the same hour of me initially calling them. Julian was the fantastic driver who came to tow my vehicle on a flatbed which is recommended for my type of vehicle. Julian turned my frown into a smile with his outstanding personality! He has an amazing way with making people feel safe and welcomed.
Amazing company!! Very professional and reasonable price. Had my car towed today and had the best conversation with the my tow guy. I forgot his name but his an older gentleman with a long beard. Thank you to you sir.
Sooner or later it's going to happen! Living in Jax, you'll need help. Happened to me last weekend and a friend recommended Source of Solutions. Fortunately, Julian was on call. Now I have a new friend at the best towing company in town. He did ask me a favor and that "was to have a great rest of my day." FIVE STARS!!
Source of solutions to the rescue! We broke a belt in the truck and had to pull into a rest area and called sabathia heavy towing co. to get us. They gave us the run around. Then a really nice guy named Stoney told us about SOS. We called them and within 45 min he was there! ( we had been waiting over 2 hrs with the pervious co.) Julian came to our rescue. Highly recommend this towing service, great and friendly people. Thank you guys !
What incredible service!!! Broke down on JTB, they arrived in less than 10 minutes after calling and got us back to the beach in 20 minutes. I simply can’t believe how awesome they were! I thought my Friday was gone, but SoS gave me it back! Thank you SoS!!!!!
Russel and Julian are the best in town. Moved here in 2010 to manage a chain of repair shops and they’ve never let me down. Always polite with customers and never a scratch on a car. True professionals!
Called and asked for a tow dispatch said about two hours and the driver got there in about a hour. Very professional and it was a smooth and easy process. Handled my car with care as he loaded it on his truck. I was so impressed I am actually using them again this Thursday. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a great tow company in Jacksonville!
Julius picked up my car on A1A and delivered back to Jacksonville prompt service and he took good car of my car. If this employee is a example of all the employees working for Source of Solutions the company should be proud of it self. Hopefully my cars won't brake down again but if they do their number is in my phone. Rich
