If you're searching around for the best rate on a tow truck you can stop. I've already done the work for you. Jay has the best rate and he is the most professional at this occupation. He goes above and beyond what's needed to make sure your vehicle is towed correctly and safely. He towed a Corvette for me and showed me the procedures and why he was strapping it down for safety. Months later I contacted him to tow a camper for me. Although he did not have what was needed to do the job for me he took the time out of his day to contact someone who may be able to help me. As far as I'm concerned that's above and beyond what anyone else would do. I highly recommend using his service and I will definitely call him if needed in the future. Thank you Jay for all of your help!
Called on a Sunday afternoon and got a rapid response to my breakdown. I was lucky enough to get the car running and back to my house but they stood by in case I had problems and wouldn’t take any money for their time and effort. Will be my go to towing company for anything on the area.

I expected when I called a five star tow truck service. , The driver I spoke with was very , very rude and not to mention uneducated .i text my address and did not know Saint Augustine from jacksonville . My last time calling ,Jay's Towing .

I highly recommend Jay Fam Towing. My truck broke down at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon, and Jay was there 45 minutes later taking it to the dealership for service.
