Worst place. Customer service not available at all. People here work from home on the phone with a broken microphone - can't understand what they say. Total disaster branch.
Customer service has drastically decreased over the years. I am constantly put on hold for extended periods of time only to be transfer to someone who then hangs up the phone.
I don't know who owns this business but they are not considerate of the majority of their customers who hold full time jobs Monday thru Friday. This company is only opened Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. Now most people have to be at work at 8 am and they get off at 5 pm. Then they are completely closed on Saturday and Sunday. Really? That is the only time most people can go and pick up a part. I mean if you're only opened Monday thru Friday, the least you could do to compensate for not being opened on the weekend is to open at 7 am and close at 7 pm. If the owner is reading this, PLEASE reconsider your hours for operation. I live way in Arlington and I have to be late for work each time I need to get a part. These hours of operation are LUDICROUS!!!
I purchased an engine from this company for $3100 dollars, on July 5, 2018. I was promised that it had 18000 miles and was working great as they test each engine to make sure it works and is good to sell. My mechanic placed the engine in the car and stated that it was already making noises and that it was not operable. LKQ sent me on a chase to find numbers for purchase and warranty claim numbers and back and forth between departments to find anything that had to do with my engine. The warrant department could not find an open claim with the numbers the salesman gave me. Ive been dealing with this for 3 months now and I am a single parent with no vehicle to drive. I spent $1300 dollars in UBER rides to and from work only because for the past 3 months I have not been able to get any help from this company. This is total disrespect and they have poor communications. My issue still hasnt been resolved and I am now struggling to get to my job as a result of this companies negligence. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO SEEK HELP FROM OTHER COMPANIES FIRST.
They were very nice and professional but they seemed like rip-off when they offered me about 20% of what lowest bid was on my car. I laughed and said thank you.
Friendly & very helpful customer service representative. She made sure all the parts I needed were pulled & even let me check to make sure they were a match to the old removed parts! Thanks keystone!
