OMG! A&M auto should be the poster company for STELLAR customer service. As for any negative review written about them, I would chalk it up to either the person who wrote it is their competitor, got someone who shouldn’t have quoted them a price or is just clueless. From the very first phone conversation I had with Tony at A&M to every interaction with Tim, to having our vehicles picked up in Sebastian with Dennis, we had one phenomenal experience after another. They offered us top dollar for our cars, paid cash on the spot and gave us bills of sale. And all of this after calling Mr Scrap in the Vero area numerous times without a human being picking up the phone even one time. Thank A&M!!! ??
