Came in for a software update and a detail. Both were completed in the time frame I was promised. The entire team from the initial scheduling until completion were handled professionally and highly motivated customer service. I highly recommend Porsche of Melbourne.
I brought my car in for some warranty work, and my service advisor Laura was so helpful, had excellent communication, was very efficient, and had my car waiting in the bay so I just dropped my loaner and got on with my day. A true professional. She even had the tech tweak my wiper fluid dispensers on the spot... and I was out of there less than five minutes later.

I had to bring it back to the dealer for the same ticking noses for which they did the repair earlier . This time it seems like they nailed it . Was getti getting updates from service desk . Sent drive to drop and pick me . Overall great service and I am a satisfied customer

Communication and status updates of the vehicle repair or repair status is getting worse compared to previous years.sometimes they are giving wrong information.
They did a good job fixing my vehicle problem however the problem was communication, I brought my vehicle on Monday and I did not get any information until Tuesday afternoon. Next message was on the day of the repair was completed (Thursday). They did provide me with the transportation to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!
The service experience was great- easy appointment, loaner car, appropriate phone calls.
The only problem is that they were unable to duplicate and therefore unable to fix my 1 year-old Porsche's AC that infrequently shuts off.
The service department did everything appropriate including communicating with Porsche but still couldnt get solution. Second time in for same problem.
Laura was truly amazing. I was so happy to see a woman checking me in at the dealership. She was not only so friendly but very knowledgeable about different Porsche models and engines. She walked me to my rental which was a fully electric car which I had never driven. And gave me a quick tutorial. She truly is an asset to the dealership, and I will ask for her in the future. When my car was finished and the service was complete, she walked me to my vehicle. We had a nice conversation, and I told her in the future I would be contacting her for Any and all appointments. Grateful for her kindness and knowledge!
