We recently had our car repaired here after an accident. Although it did take a few weeks I never had to wonder where we were at in the process. April was very communicative and supportive every step of the way! Highly recommend!

After someone receded me, Gerber repaired my vehichle. Great job! Even my neighbor was impressed. My only minor complaint is they got the letters crooked when they put them back. ENCLAVE and BUICK are crooked

I recently had Gerber Collision repair my new 2025 Toyota Camry after a hit‑and‑run accident. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever look at the car and feel good about it again. But I’m happy to say the team at Gerber proved me wrong — the car looks fantastic, and it truly feels like new. The office staff was helpful and professional throughout the entire process, and April, our estimator and main point of contact, was outstanding. Every part of the body and paint work was done with care and precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for the work they did and how they helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience.

2018 Chevy Trax: By far the best collision repair company I’ve had the pleasure of working! Since we moved out here three years ago, we have been very unlucky to have our car rear-ended/sideswipe/T-boned three different times and not a single company comes close to Gerber Collision and Glass. They keep you apprised of every step in the process from the ok from the insurance, to when parts will be in, to the completion of your repairs. Would recommend 10 out of 10 to anyone. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality. You’ll truly never know how much of a blessing you’ve been to us.

Hello, I dont write reviews often but I like to let others know when I have a great experience with a business. The staff here from front office to the paint crew, everything was really easy. They were flexible with scheduling and they understand that life gets in the way. I brought it in over the holidays and they had it back all shiny in just a few days. They even offered to give me a ride to pick it up! The staff is friendly and I really am happy about the entire process. You can feel good about Gerbers. They will take great care of you and your ride. Happy New Year!

After an unfortunate hit and run in a parking lot, our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne. I am very pleased they did. Thankfully, the damage to our Tesla was limited to paint work, but the quality of the repair was excellent and flawless. What truly set this experience apart was the customer service and communication. Kelly Ford was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, she provided daily updates on the status and outlook of the repair, clearly setting expectations so we were never left wondering. There was no overpromising, just honest timelines that stayed right on target. That level of transparency made the entire process stress free and left me feeling comfortable and confident. The care shown for both the vehicle and the customer was greatly appreciated. While I hope we do not need auto body work again anytime soon, we will absolutely continue to refer Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who does. Excellent experience. Five stars.

Already spoke with the manager, he was 1000% sure he couldn’t do a better job - His words! The problem is clear in the pictures. This was my father’s van, it is about two months old. My father is afraid to argue. I told the manager this is unacceptable as a professional repair and it is not finished. I informed him right there I will file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), including this google review. And, that I will also file with their Corporation. So the issue is that the door has no sharp lines/edges on the repair side. It is also recessed back further and the non damaged side is further out. The lock hinge is still off center crooked as was before the repair. I did let them know about that before submitting the van for the repair. When I brought it to their attention they took the van back and when they returned it after a quick adjustment, the hinge was still crooked but now the light plastic panel was yanked out and would not sit flush. At this point the manager walked out. I clearly expressed my concern but he was 1000% set in his way. He said this is the best job he could do and could not be done better, he was 1000%. I told him I firmly disagree. At this point my father being afraid and against my word went and paid. For doing that they are dirt! The initial estimate was about 3000$. I called to let them know about the review and they went off telling me I threatened them, and such. They also told me that since I wasn't the owner I can't review them or file complaints. They are wrong again! So, calling them to tell them to read their review is supposedly a threat to them. Should such a small repair that they charge so much and make it so expensive, be this dissatisfactory? What a trash experience. Ask yourself this before you use them. This is their work, look at it! Update: I have added some photos from our other vehicle to see what it is like for everything to alight correctly. Something to expect after so much money paid. Thousands of dollars for some quick bending and banging, then some sloppy sanding with bondo, and then paint? Is that what you are looking for? If you question their work, don't you dare! This is nothing more than a $500 dollar job at the most. Terrible quality. Update: 10/06/2025: The man this supposed owner named has never called me or been in contact with me at all. This is a false statement to claim that "to his understanding" we had been in contact?!?! This man "Scott M" has never reached out to me.

This is my second time using Gerber Collision, and both experiences have been excellent. Last year we were sent to Gerber by an insurance company after my wife's car was rear-ended. Based on that good experience, this year I took my 4Runner there for a minor cosmetic repair. They were helpful, informative, fast, approachable, and did a great job with the repair.

These ladies were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident that I had selected the right shop. In addition, I received detailed status reports on the work being done which I greatly appreciated. Nicole and the staff did a great job with my 2022 Genesis GV80. The car has a matte grey paint color and I was concerned it wouldn’t look the same when I got it back but the car looked brand new as if I just got it from the dealer. Nicole kept me informed of every step of the repair process and they finished everything up earlier than originally expected which was a pleasant surprise. If I ever need auto body work done in the future, I will be returning to this shop.

I was unfortunately involved in a not at fault accident in October my car was given to Gerber for repairs and Mrs.Nicole went above and beyond to make sure my car was as perfect as it was before my wreak. Gerber collision is a place I HIGHLY recommend to get your vehicle repaired. While battling with insurance to get my Honda Accord fixed due to being hit by a deer.
