Recently moved down here and on my fourth week of being here I got hit. I was wicked bummed because I knew no one in the body shop business. Brand new truck that I waited years to buy and it’s my baby. A family friend who knows cars recommended me to Imperial Body Master Inc.
From the moment I walked in the door, April had the whole process locked down. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and helped me with the rental process and kept me up to date with parts ordering and then again updated on arrival. Pretty sure she even updated the rental company on a rim delay because I had ZERO ISSUES with keeping it past the delay. The work done on the truck was perfect, my rear quarter panel, bumper, rim and tire all look better than new. The paint blended perfectly and all the plastic rivets were set properly. I’m a former VW, Audi, Porsche mechanic and you can definitely tell by the level of customer service and the expertise of the repairs and the seamless paint blending these folks care about their work. Very happy and extremely grateful! Will use again!
Fortunately or Unfortunately...I have had the pleasure of having Imperial do repairs on 3 of my cars over the past 10 years. They do a phenomenal job and take the time to make sure everything is done and done right the first time. They were able perfectly match and blend in the colors when repairing one area that rolls into another. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates great craftsmanship and take pride in their cars appearances.
His body shop took three months to repair my car. They never handed me a bill or anything else and at the beginning said it would be two weeks for them to repair it. I traded car in prior to the repair being completed because of the massive amount of damage to the vehicle When I went to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle, the car was all dusty completely a disaster. Which is what the adjuster saw when he went over there, so it appeared as though I had not taken care of my car. On top of that the Staff there are nasty and threatening. I do not recommend in any way shape or form doing business with this company! Find a different body shop. Not on this site that you are only seeing good reviews because they hide the bad Reviews. If I could give them zero stars I would’ve.
Excellent work! Honda paint was defective, chipping and peeling off in sheets . We tried a conservative approach but ended up with a total repaint. Team worked diligently over a few weeks to create a perfect finish. They consulted with us every step and kept us informed of progress. THIS IS A FAMILY-OWNED OUTSTANDING OPERATION! We will rely on Imperial in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to you!

I am honestly frustrated with this shop. My car (2025 Mazda3) had gone back to it three times, THREE, due to the following issues:
1. They re-painted the left quarter panel due to a scratch performed at the dealer. Issue here, they painted the car and the color applied wasn’t matching the color of the car, so the car went back. Keep in mind that when I brought up the color not matching to Bobby, the owner, he told me “I honestly thought your wouldn’t notice.” I mean, the AUDACITY of the guy…..
2. Car goes back to get the quarter panel repainted so the color matches. The color matches, great, but the coating or whatever it is used for the paint to shine looked like the car was like four years old, swirls all over the quarter panel and some opaque look.
3. The car goes back to the shop for the third time so that they can fix the swirls all over the quarter panel and the glossiness of it. Opaque look is gone, which is fine, but the swirls ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE of the quarter panel!
I am not sure if they only don’t care because I’m not the paying paying but it is the dealer paying, but they only has one job, and here we are, debating if the car should go for a fourth time or I’ll just look for a detailer or other body shop to fix this issue.
I received an estimate for repairs with itemized prices. Out of good faith I agreed and scheduled the repairs. They proceeded to order parts before confirming the correct part numbers and actual prices to make me aware of the cost. They did notify me of the actual cost after already receiving the parts, which was $2000 higher than estimated. I decided to cancel the appointment. Then I was informed they wanted me to pay $510.30 restocking fees to send the parts back.
They immediately came out to look at the scratch on my new BMW. The tech said it wasn’t actually a scratch and buffed it out for free! Very honest company and I look forward to actually using them again.

I've brought a few of my cars to this shop for repairs and paint jobs over the years. Everytime, the employees were responsive and paid attention to details with each job they've done for me. My cars came out looking brand new and I never had to go back for any issues with their craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends and will use them again in the future if the need arises.
They did a great job and have fantastic service. My car had significant damage from the front of the passenger door down to my back tire. Looking at it now, you'd never know I had been in an accident, that half of the car looks better than the side that didn't get hit! The process was smooth too which was nice since I was really stressing out about the accident in the first place. April was sincere and explained how everything was gonna work between them and the insurance. I felt better after I left knowing everything would be okay and taken care of. They called to let me know when it was done and my baby looks amazing. Hopefully I will never have another accident but if I do, I will definitely use them again!
We had a very professional and pleasant experience working with Randy, who went above and beyond for the work on our 2019 VW Jetta. Another body shop recommended by the insurance did a very poor job quoting the damage and issues. Imperial Body not only took the time to perform the initial due diligence necessary, but worked directly with the insurance company on our behalf to ensure everything was properly covered by the responsibility party and insurance company. They kept us informed on the progress and quickly finished the job when parts were delayed to ensure we did not incur out-of-pocket rental costs due to supply delays. I would definitely recommend them to others.
They are a great family business that is friendly, prompt and takes pride in quality work. I had a smaller paint job done by them and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I would recommend imperial body masters for there quality workmanship!
Took my car here for body work after it was recommended by my dealership. They had my car for a little over a month and never once did they call me with updates or a status on my vehicle. When I get it back, I noticed the paint was bubbling and chipped. I had to return my car back twice to them to have it redone. When I finally get it back, my car, which was less than 8 months old was completely dirty. My cream colored leather seat were visibly dirty as if they did not cover the seats and there was dust/paint residue everywhere. I don’t expect them to detail the inside of my car but at least clean up after yourself. Would not recommend.
I drove my 2011 Jaguar XJL in for a quote to paint the fading hood, and was told my car was too old for them to work on.
I called later that day and asked "what is the cut-off year or age for cars that you are willing to paint?" I was told "there is no cut-off." I informed the lady about what I was told when I visited that morning,
and she replied "if the car is older than 8 years then we must charge for the estimate." This is not what was said to me when I visited.
I don't know what is true, but something didn't feel right about the whole experience.
Amazing work on body repair!! Thought my car would never look the same again. Now I say, "what accident?" Extremely happy with repairs. Love the staff as well. Highly recommended!
Randy and his team are so terrible I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!! They do not even deserve my one star. They did an absolute terrible job on my vehicle and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Bring your money elsewhere because this shop definitely is not the place!!!
Absolutely terrible body shop. They’ve bought out all of the car dealers to do their body work but trust me that doesn’t mean they are good. Got our car fixed here and it came back with more damage than we had dropped it off with. The paint job was also done very sloppy just like other reviews mentioned on here. Please don’t ignore the bad reviews and waste your time or money here.
Someone backed into my VW Golf at a traffic light. I was recommended to contact Bob at Imperial, their service was great. I received my car back and it is perfect. Thanks for the great service.
I'm employee at a local vendor and use this business all the time for paint related repairs on clients vehicles. Not only is this family owned and operated business. They do excellent work and always return the vehicle in tip top shape. If a mistake is made or workman ship defect is found it will get corrected and taken care of no question asked. I refer all my customers to this business for any body/paint repairs. Disregard the poor reviews on google. If you want the vehicle fixed correctly and avoid aggravation this is the place to go. They will do what they say and will fix it right the first time.
These guys did a bad job on the painting of my car. I had an accident and my insurance pay them to get the job done. Like a month after I notice my paint was flaking near the edge of my passenger tire and also whenever a little rock fell in the front of the car the paint would get damage right away. I have many other issues but some others I was able to fix with them. anyways I put an aftermarket intake in the car professionally done and this guy Randy blame it on me that the paint damage was done because of that. He make me pay him like 300 cash of record to get the job done again. The insurance couldn't do anything since I chose his store which is off network with them. I didn't know back them things work like that. So the warranty for the job they did was with them and no longer protected under my insurance. Anyways I just wanted my car fix ASAP because i was paying for car rental while it was getting painted again. I couldn't prove It was a bad paint job from them so I pay the 300 and got it back a few days after. I was happy they repainted the whole thing again. Well, that's what he said but here we are again. Paint is flaking again once more on the same spot and many others. If you ever read this Mr. Randy here is my proof that your guys did a bad job because like I said. I drive a lot and the OEM paint wasn't as bad and yours is. You guys are probably using some cheap coating. I don't wanna deal with you guys no more for the paint but now i'm gonna have to find some other place to paint the front of the car. Thanks for your cheapness Sir.
Honestly, the owner takes pride in this business. He returned my car to me in tip top shape. Definitely definitely definitely recommend this shop for your BMWbody work. You won't regret it. Randy is awesome! :)
Excellent work, and they are the masters at matching and blending paints. Some reviews quote bad customer service, I had a great experience, even bringing my car back for a minor mistake on their part. They made sure everything was done right and that I was happy. As the owner told me “if you’re looking for the cheapest body work, we are not the shop”.
They did an excellent repair on my Kia and they coordinated well with the insurance company. Basically, they made the process easy. The work took longer than similar body work done at other shops in the past, but if the choice is speed or quality, quality wins.
Haven't had a chance to try this establishment. That being said, I called for a quote and they were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They are also the only certified BMW body shop in area. I know, my BMW dealership sent me here. I plan on having my body work done here in the near future.
