If you are considering a new car, even a certified pre-owned car, I strongly recommend Subaru of Melbourne. This is the third car I have purchased from this customer friendly dealership and I travel one hour and twenty minutes to get there - I even return to have my vehicle serviced. Alexis Vega was amazing as my sales contact. He is caring and really listens to what you want in a vehicle and follows-up personally. From the moment you enter the dealership and meet your salesperson to the financial agent and finally right back to the Service and Parts Department you won't find a more customer oriented team of professionals to treat you with respect and courtesy. When the time comes, I will definitely return to Subaru of Melbourne for my next purchase.

Just bought my first pre-owned Subaru! I do love the car and all the neat little gadgets. Love the ride, my buying experience was one of the best and believe me when I say "I have been through the buying process a few times". My sales guy was good so thank you Mr. Ocampo. Here is my big problem and it should be a problem that Management take a good look at. The car was cleaned, even though I waited for the detailing to be completed. I did not inspect the car thoroughly because it was around 6PM and I had to go home, I inspected the car the following day. TERRIBLE JOB! 1. Smelled bad. 2. Lots of animal hair in the trunk area. 3. Chewing gum wrapper under mat. 4. Empty garbage bags in the trunk. I stopped looking because I was so pissed. Great car (I am hoping) but terrible dealership service. Adryon

We recently purchased our first Subaru just before the New Year, and the experience was exceptional. As first-time customers at this dealership, we weren't sure what to expect, but Josh, our salesman, made the entire process seamless and to our satisfaction. Josh was incredibly helpful and patient, never once making us feel pressured. He took the time to speak with both me and my husband individually, answering all our questions and thoroughly walking us through the differences between the various models. We truly appreciated that he gave us the space and time to walk the lot and explore every vehicle we were interested in until we were confident in our decision. It was clear that he genuinely cared about us finding the right fit for our needs rather than just making a sale. To top it off, Josh went above and beyond by remembering our upcoming wedding date and calling us to wish us the best. That level of personal touch is rare and greatly appreciated. My wife and I spent a long time searching for a second car. We visited three different dealerships, worked with a friend who is a dealer, researched vehicles across this entire class, and even followed nationwide auto auctions for used cars. Yes, there were cheaper options elsewhere—but we intentionally chose a higher-priced vehicle because safety and features matter more to us at this stage of life. We wanted a car that truly meets our needs as we grow older. Throughout the entire process, the sales team treated us with respect and never pressured us. I'm sure this will get buried under the numerous good reviews but here is my interaction with subaru of melbourne. It was time to replace my wife's 2015 Honda civic with something new. I was going to give her my 2022 Subaru Legacy and buy a new-to-me 2024 Subaru WRX certified pre-owned. I reached out to the saleman in the morning voicing my interest in the car they had on the lot and shared the information about the car I had to trade in, including but not limited to, clear pictures of my trade in from all angles, pictures of the vin plate and also photographed all of the information I would need to get processed with financing and registration and everything else. After some back and forth negotiations for 3-4 hours through texting, we agreed that they would value my trade in at 4,000 dollars based on the carfax and pictures I sent and they would sell my the new wrx for 29,000. As a part of these negotiations, the salesman shared with me that there was a mark on the carfax for an "airbag deployment" event and that would affect the value of the trade. I told him verbatim "THE CAR WAS IN A FRONT RIGHT COLLISION WITH AN UNINSURED DRIVER ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE VEHICLE BUT THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY." Either way, negotiations were made following and we landed on the afformentioned values as stated above. I give the go ahead to run the credit report, they tell me my rate and monthly payement and I agree to the terms. About now its 4:45pm and I'm about to leave work in titusville and meet my wife at subaru of melbourne to sign the papers and take the car. I call the saleman and tell him "hey, I dont want to be at the dealership for a while, please have everything I need to sign ready and we can make this process quick so my wife and I can meet our friends at our house by 7pm" He says "no problem." At about 5:30 I pull into the dealership and park next to all of the new subaru outbacks and I see two well dressed men standing around our trade in "2015 Civic" taking pictures, and using profane language discussing the damage to the car and insinuating that they were lied to and tossing vague insults about the condition of the car. They did not quite catch on that I was the one there to purchase the WRX. As I get to the salemans desk and join my wife in the adjacent seat the sales manager on duty came out me and informed me that I was not transparent about the condition of my trade in and the numbers would have to be adjusted. I tell him that I was extremely forward and clear and I even sent the saleman pictures of the car from every angle to prove my case. He pulls the salesman in to his office and after about 20 mins he comes back and apologizes for the misunderstanding and informs me that they would only give us 500 dollars for trade in value towards the new purchase. Typical, I should have known. I'm so over all of the talking back and forth with these people I just tell him I will continue to buy the WRX but keep my trade in and sell it privately but please hurry, I asked the salesman to have everything ready so we can sign and leave. To wrap it up, i didn't leave the dealer ship until 7:30 completely frustrated and telling myself I will never come back to subaru of melbourne to buy another car. What an absolutely miserable experience, I wish I had waited till the weekend and gone to subaru of orlando or anywhere else that wouldn't waste me and my wifes time like that. I guess they won though, they got my money and i'm in another 5 year commitement to a bank. Thanks subaru of melbourne, pleasure doing buisness with you for the first and the last time. If my car every needs service I will be making the drive to a different subaru dealership.

Just serviced my wife’s Volvo XC60. Great experience! Service advisor Corey Peters did a great job for us. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented person. He helped us to find the proper solution to the problem and saved us from costly repairs in the future. Plus Volvo of Melbourne offered us a very significant discount on diagnostic and repairs. We had a fabulous, car shopping, experience! I know that sounds like an oxymoron to both myself and anyone reading this review. The young salesman, Frico made the shopping experience amazing. Frico was great at answering our questions. We loved that if we asked him a question he was unsure of, he verified the information on his phone or with his manager. It was great he wasn't just making stuff up. There was ZERO pressure through the whole process. We liked that he didn't follow back up with us until they had the car we were interesting in, was actually in stock. Well done Subaru. I would highly recommend keeping Frico. I would shop there again because of this no pressure salesman

Wow, wow, wow! My first time at this Dealer with my 2016 Outback. 5 minutes = I had an emailed video inspection (unbelievable... NOTHING wrong - all green). 30 minutes = out the door including free hand car wash. Instant emailed paid receipt to my email. No pressure at all! from cashier, mechanic or service advisor. AGAIN, ? ? Lots of thanks to John Hanna for a such professional service and all his great help for Me today. It is actually incredible - he puts his heart and soul, sweat and blood into his job. He is really helping people and it means a lot. Especially when all and each of us are facing hardship in life. We need people like John and we need to be the one too. I came late afternoon and I left dealership with My car. The work was done absolutely the best way I could ask for. John did a great job and I was so grateful and happy that I couldn’t stop Myself from giving him a big hug before leaving. RIcky and Subaru of Melbourne is a breathe of fresh air. Finally a dealership that doesn't do the bait and switch. I was talking with 10 other dealerships and got proposals from them and they had advertised a too good to be true price. But they came back with a quote that was 25% higher hoping that I would just pay it. Ricky and his team there were truthful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

We were recently car shopping and are very satisfied with our Subaru sales representative Frico. He was very knowledgeable of the technical and aesthetic features of the two vehicles we were interested in, the Forester and the Ascent. He took the edge off assessing a new vehicle with his calm demeanor, politeness, and desire to ensure we were going to be very happy with our selection by asking the right questions and pointing out unique specifics for each model and trim level. This made for an enjoyable shopping adventure. We would return and request to meet with him for our next vehicle purchase.

This was my 2nd Subaru. My daughter relocated to Colorado and I knew there was only one car for her, so I gave her my beloved Subaru Outback. I realized Subaru was truly the only car for me, so I stopped in, met Alex who was my sales professional and let me tell you: He and his team got it done when I was looking for a new Subaru! Alex is friendly, trustworthy, open and very accommodating, he and his supervisor made it happen after another dealership that I also Love was not able to seal the deal. 100% recommend Alex and I can only hope he will still be thriving when I come back for another Subaru in 10 years or so!!

I went by to look at and do some research on the Forester and Outback and was met by Dominic. I was expecting a pushy salesman and was thrilled that he wasn't pushy at all, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru line up, the trim packages and warranties. We went for a test drive on both vehicles and during the test drive he talked about things each vehicle had that were different as well as the similarities. I walked away happy with the experience and more knowledge than I went in with. If I decide to go with a Subaru I will definitely call Dominic beforehand to make sure he's there. He's a rare car salesman by giving you what you're looking for, making it a pleasant experience by being helpful and not pushy.

I just bought my first Subaru at Subaru of Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience. I made an appointment ahead of time for the Crosstrek I found on their website so when I pulled in, Evan already had the vehicle pulled around and ready for me to check out. So I would highly recommend making an appointment and discussing what you’re looking for so you can get the assistance you need. Evan was very patient with all our questions and directly answered and addressed any concerns taking us through the different trim levels and options. He worked to understand our needs and didn’t try and upsell and remained very professional, honest, and transparent. Negotiating was the most efficient, professional, and easy that I have experienced with a car dealership. There wasn’t a push to finance through them, and the payment process was very easy and convenient. This was a very friendly, professional, and easy to work with dealership and I’m very happy in my new Crosstrek!

We took our 2014 Outback in for service, well old faithful with 135,000 hard miles on it needed more work than it was worth. Josh Reichbind "The Love Promise Coordinator" to the rescue, he was awesome. We found a new Outback on the lot, had all the features, pricing was fair, hassles free and well, kinda like the Love Boat. Two months in and I love this car Except- it drives me nuts with these new cars shutting off when you stop! More wear & tear, I have sticky notes on the dash to remind me to disable that. PS this is my 4th Subaru and my insurance actually went down!

I had a really great experience buying my 2020 Nissan Rogue! My salesman Nick was beyond helpful & friendly! We were greeted very fast, he helped us find the original car we looked at online even though it was within 15 minutes of them closing. We took a few days to decide & ended up going with my Nissan instead but we never felt rushed & felt very comfy! He were very accommodating. I absolutely love my new car & am so happy he helped make it less stressful!

Was greeted promptly , taken inside to preview models in stock and explained package extras then test drove a new 2025 Subaru Outback premium. After about 30 min of negotiating a price a deal was made, took car home for the evening, finished paperwork and signing in morning about 1 hr. Then received my gassed up and detailed new car! My salesman went over all the electronic and interior features with me until all my questions were answered and did a follow up call the How things were going. Great experience!!

I am very happy with new XC60 Volvo. I was able to trade in my 2021 Volvo. This new model had everything I was looking for. My sales representative Ian Brown was great. He explained and went over the features of the car that I was not familiar with. I bought my last car from him. Everyone was helpful. Correy was helpful servicing my 2021 Volvo If my family or friends are in the market for a Volvo, I will send them there .

Not having bought a vehicle in thirteen years, Dominic Colon took the time to show me all of the latest features of the Crosstrek Wilderness. I am thrilled with capabilities of the crossbars and tow hitch of this model, and the moon roof adds a spark of sport. Thank you!

Although our intention was just to stop to test drive various vehicles, so that my wife could determine what model best fit her needs, we discovered a gently used Forester that she loved after test driving. Our sales representative (Dominic) was knowledgeable and courteous and , after very brief negotiations, met our wants and needs. The first visit was a Saturday and the car hadn't been detailed or serviced since its recent intake, so we had a commitment that day, but returned on MO day and drove off our new (to us) 22 Forester in a very brief visit. I'd return to Subaru of Melbourne, easily.
