I was so close to giving up on finding a new car. Then I decided to give it one last shot with Toyota. I met the amazing P. Scott who took excellent care of me and made sure I was comfortable with the deal I got. He never once pressured me into anything but took the time to make sure I had all the facts before making a decision. I left the dealership very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Toyota of Melbourne again and again!

1-star review – Avoid this dealership at all costs I had a very disappointing and frankly unethical experience with this dealership that has completely turned me off from ever doing business with them again. Found a car on line and and immediately emailed the salesman He contacted me and at 9:30 a.m . confirmed the details and move forward. At 9:45 a.m., I was out of town but followed up asking for wire transfer instructions so I could send payment that same day. The salesman replied that everything was "all set" . I reached out again at 10:15 am he said he was taking the deal to get final numbers and gave no indication there was any issue. Then, at 1:15 p.m., I received a call from the salesman informing me that the car was being sold to a showroom customer as we spoke. I spoke to the manager and pointed out the clear timeline in the email chain (my messages from 9:30 and 9:45 a.m.), the manager (Jay) reviewed then said the timestamps "don't matter." He stated he was selling the car to "his people" and that was the end of it. This is not how legitimate business is conducted. They allowed me to believe the deal was locked in, I contacedt my bank, they accepted my intent to pay immediately, then quietly sold the vehicle out from under me to someone else without any notification. The complete disregard for basic professionalism, honesty, and customer communication is shocking. I’ve bought many cars and trucks over the years and dealt with a number of dealerships—this stands out as one of the most unscrupulous and unprofessional groups I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and frustration: go to Mike Erdman toyota .. or any other place but here. There are plenty of honest dealers who actually value their customers. Strongly do not recommend.

Came to Toyota of Melbourne the other day looking for a vehicle that has a 3rd row and still has trunk space. Ben Murray was amazing at showing us our options and we ended up going with the Sienna. He was able to help find us one within our budget and the whole experience was very smooth. He made sure to show me how to operate all the functions in the car and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still working smoothly and answered any questions I had! Overall a wonderful experience. If/when we need to purchase a new vehicle in the future, we will definitely be coming back and asking for Ben!

After having a really bad experience at Toyota of Central Florida (which is only about 20 minutes from our home), we decided to give Toyota of Melbourne a try even though it’s over an hour away. Let me just say, that drive was 1000% worth it. We have now purchased three vehicles from Toyota of Melbourne a 2024, a 2025, and most recently a 2026 just a week ago all thanks to Erick Zayas. From the moment we walked in, Erick welcomed us warmly, offered us water, and made sure we were comfortable. He stood with us through the whole process and made sure to get us the best deal. I’m truly grateful how he stood by us guided us through the entire process with patience, transparency, and professionalism. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He made sure we understood everything and felt confident in our decision. I’ve bought many cars in my life, and not one dealership has ever made me feel as comfortable and secure throughout the process as Erick did. Car buying can be stressful, but with him, it was smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend making the drive to Toyota of Melbourne and asking specifically for Erick Zayas. The experience, service, and professionalism are unmatched. We won’t be going anywhere else.

I recently purchased a 2026 Tacoma from this dealership. I met with two car salesmen, the first Al Sikora, was an absolute incredible man. I have recommended him to everyone who is curious about purchasing a car from this dealership. We spoke initially and he was extremely helpful. If I had only done business with him I would leave 5 stars. Unfortunately, Al could not continue with helping me in during the process. The second salesman deserves only one star. Pierre Rendal was the second salesman and gave me the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. He was misinformed on all terms that were agreed too prior to meeting him. Pierre attempted to do every slimy salesman trick in the book tarnishing the experience of purchasing a car. The reason I am writing this review a couple of months later is because the rotten experience that was left by Pierre has only grown since. Our experience at Toyota of Melbourne could not have been better. The entire process was smooth, everyone had a great attitude, there was absolutely no pressure, and they did everything possible to meet our needs. We live in Saint Cloud and made the drive based on the excellent reviews we read beforehand, and I’m glad we did. Charly Acoca was a true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable salesman,we purchased a Toyota Camry,2026 XSE, with everything I was looking for. In addition, Michael Vicroy was wonderful to work with and made sure everything went smoothly, with the purchased closing deal. We never felt like we were being “sold.” Instead, they made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. i went into toyota of melbourne to shop for my first car. i previously had a bad experience at a nearby honda dealership which left me anxious at what to expect at toyota. i got so lucky to have monique as my salesperson. she was so sweet and guided me through every step of buying a car. she answered any questions i had with patience and kindness, and i had an overall AMAZING experience with her. she tried everything she could to ensure i had a positive experience, and i definitely had one. if i ever go back to buy another car i will make sure it will be with monique.

On Jan 29th, my wife and I visited the Toyota dealership in Melbourne and was prepared to purchase a vehicle we saw online. We communicated with the internet sales person named Harrison Diaz. Our focus was to see and purchase a particular vehicle for a cash purchase. However, we were informed that in order to get the lower internet price, we had to finance the purchase which we ultimately agreed to do. Unfortunately, the deal fell through over a few hundred dollars. We were also very surprised that the sales manager didn’t bother to come over to at least greet us and try to make the deal happen. We probably would have came to some agreement. After all, our disagreement was over a couple of hundred dollars, (not thousands.) Although very disappointed, we thanked Harrison for his efforts and left. I write this review to commend Harrison Diaz for his professionalism as well as the respect he showed us throughout the process. He remained a gentleman until the end. As for the sales manager, not so much. Thank you.

I brought my car in for service today and ended up leaving with a new car at a great price. The sales representative, P. Scott was extremely attentive, personable and relatable. He didn't try to oversell anything and worked with my budget. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything setup for the new car. We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Melbourne, thanks to Esteban Herrera. From start to finish, Esteban was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Most importantly, he treated my son and our family like we were truly valued—more like family than customers. My experience when buying my 2026 4 Runner was a "10". Charly Acoca was exceptional, not only knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, he made us feel comfortable and under no pressure to buy. It is very hard to find a sales person like him, I was in sales for 40 years and his experience and expertise shows the moment you meet him. His knowledge of the product was top notch. He is a credit to your organization, the best car salesman we have ever had in the many years we have been buying vehicles. Alex, who handled the financial papers, saw us at the appointed Time and was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The fastest settlement we have ever experienced when buying our 10-12 cars over the years.

An extremely mixed bag of an experience. I called knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and asked for an out the door price, which a rep named Monique would only give me verbally. When I asked for it in writing they claimed they could not give it to me in writing because ‘our prices are well below Toyota MSRP.’ That should’ve been my queue to go to elsewhere, but the vehicle I wanted was the cheapest I could find. When I arrived to check out the vehicle, I was assigned to work with someone completely different than the rep I spoke to on the phone (spoke with Monique on the phone, worked in person with Chris). They would not give me the price which I was quoted over the phone for the vehicle, but came down to $150 more than the quote because I did not have my original license plate from my previous car (was lost in a collision, and the fact that they charge $150 for a license plate is preposterous). Chris was new and wasn’t pressuring me too badly at first, so all was fine there. When the time came for financing, they RELENTLESSLY pushed the extended warranty on me, but would not go into any detail beyond vague talking points about what it covered. But when the financing was done and we were ready to leave in my car, Chris rushed me and my wife out so fast our heads were spinning. He set up the Toyota app on my phone but did not explain anything on the phone, none of the features on it nor any of the features in the vehicle itself. I explained that my old car was from 2017 so it would be an adjustment and I would need some things explained, but once the deal closed they could not have cared less. The only reason I even went through with it was because the Camry I got was about $4k less than I could find anywhere else, but the practices displayed here were beyond frustrating. Having to learn all about the car on my own, not getting an honest answer about the price, and the immense pressure of being badgered about the extended warranty (which I still can’t get an answer on what it covers, where it can be claimed etc) made the buying experience marginal to poor. I was excited to get a vehicle but the experience left an awful taste in my mouth. When the time comes for my wife and additional family to get a new car, I’ll be sure to tell them of my experience and let them use their best judgment.

We are not regular car, purchasers, so it is difficult to really compare. That said, the experience we had with Danielle, was very good. She did not do high pressured sales, she answered our questions, she was efficient as our entire experience from entry to leaving with a new vehicle was quicker than any previous experience we had had. The dealership provided exactly what they said they would and we did not run into any snags. We have now had the vehicle for multiple weeks and even reflecting upon everything we would still say it was a very positive experience and would recommend the dealership, and Danielle personally.

Had a great buying experience with Chris after he followed up on an appraisal for my current vehicle online. He followed up twice over the past week and gave me time to deal with my private sale on my current vehicle. Young man did great, and mediated well with finance to get me a fair deal with all the addons I wanted for my new hybrid. Service department that gave me an appraisal for my 18 year old Kia was an awful offer; but that’s expected, rejected the offer. Pat also did a good job upselling more service warranty I did buy but shout out to Chris! Thank you!!

I think the person you deal with is what truly makes the difference. I've purchased 5 Toyota Camry vehicles from this dealership over 4 years. 3 of these purchases were through Luis Carrera, the salesman I prefer to deal with. I'm 67 and I've been around the block a few times. Luis is hands down the most honest salesperson I have ever dealt with in all my years. Luis answered every question I had. If he didn't know the answer he said he would find out and he did, even if it wasn't the answer I wanted. Excellent fuel economy, real 45 to 55 mpg. The only thing that seems to be a common problem with the Camry is a flaw in the manufacturing of the windshield. My previous 2025 Camry had this issue where it looked in "CERTAIN" light conditions as if the windshield had been sand blasted and caused a glare across the windshield. The current 2025 Camry does not have this issue and is an absolute gem! Look at your windshield before you buy so you are not annoyed with this flaw after your purchase. Luis will provide excellent service to you even after the sale which is extremely important in my book!

We've been dealing with Toyota of Melbourne for quite some time now, and we just bought a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid - first Hybrid. This is our 2nd RAV4 with Dakota as our sales person, and he has done a wonderful job with each of our purchases - a 2021 and this 2025. We've gotten fair trade in values, great loan terms, outstanding communication before and after vehicle pick up, and follow-up service. We'll continue dealing with Toyota of Melbourne and with Dakota!

My wife and I were car shopping for months debating which 3rd row SUV to purchase. One day we drove by Toyota of Melbourne and decided to stop in and see what they had. Ben and Jay from sales and Chad from finance took incredible care of us. We decided to purchase a brand new vehicle after test driving various options. We have purchased many vehicles from all across the state and was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we ever had. Incredibly grateful and happy with our purchase.

The whole experience with the Toyota of Melbourne team was great. I came in for service on a Friday and spotted a truck on the way out. I called the sales department and was connected with Sam. I was set on my details to make the deal work, Sam took my wants into consideration on Saturday and did his best to accommodate. Sunday morning we were there when they opened. We had been referred to meet Monique. This turned out to be the easiest, no bs experience ever! We got everything we could ask for…a beautiful truck within our terms, some friends, and good vibes on a beautiful Sunday. Thanks Monique you’re one of the good ones, Toyota and your team should be proud of you!!!
