I wish I could give more stars. My experience here was the absolute BEST! Better than I could have imagined for a used car lot. They have an EXCELLENT selection of really great vehicles and good prices. Their people are truly amazing. Tracie was my sales person and was FABULOUS! She was honest, forthcoming with all my questions and didn't pressure me at all. I came in with pre-qualified financing however, Ashley worked with a credit union they work with a lot and got me financing at almost 3 points below what my credit union had already approved me for! The owner, Jeb, also came in while we were there and you can tell that he truly cares about providing the best vehicles. I can't say enough about Autowise. I will be purchasing any other vehicles I need to get from them. VERY HAPPY customer here!

Very much recommend Autowise in Melbourne. Tracy was very personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the inventory. There was never a hint of pressure, and the overall experience was quite positive. Ashley should be recognized as well, as she patiently contacted multiple lenders to get the best rate. Both were a joy to work with... and they really do seem to put the customer first. Would give 6 stars if possible!

The best car-buying experience of my life! I just purchased a new car from this dealership, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Working with Tracy Oaks in sales was the most personal, relaxed, and low pressure experience I've ever had when buying a car. She truly made me feel heard and valued. The finance process with Ashley was equally outstanding --low stress, clear, and respectful. It was our first time purchasing a car in Florida since my husband and I moved here, and it was a pleasant experience! Tracy was our sales rep and she was friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. I highly recommend this place! I just moved to FL and needed a new car, but wasn't sure the best place around here to go. I am so happy I ended up choosing Autowise and having Tracy and Ashley help make an inevitabley stressful process more enjoyable and transparent. The office itself is cozy and the people are down to earth, knowledgeable, and really do look out for their customers. Ashley and Tracy worked to get me the best possible deal I could get for my new car and were pleasant, not pushy, and great company to spend an hour or two with!

The used cars are pretty good. Took me 5 hours to make the deal. Go in pre-approved from your bank and avoid their financing. It took them 3 tries to come up with a rate I could live with, even though it was 72months. Every single one was "their very best deal". They wouldn't use my credit union pre-approved loan for some silly reason. I should have walked out right then. Save your breath trying to out maneuver them, they are professionals. Good luck. EDIT: I got a call from them complaining about my Google review and wanted me to change it. How Unprofessional! That has never happened before.

The team here, is awesome! Chris and Ashley did an amazing job, helping me get a great deal on the SUV I wanted. They kept in great contact with me, through the process, and really made me feel like they care. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

After months of searching for a mini van for our growing family we came across a mini van we loved at Autowise. Scott gave exceptional customer service he knew what we needed and wanted. I bought my car from Brandon at Auto wise about a month ago and had a wonderful experience. Brandon listened to what I was looking for, my price point and payments and I got the perfect car for me. He was very patient with me and my questions, and there was no pressure at all. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle (and great mileage, (none of the cars on the lot had high mileage at all) I strongly suggest going to check out auto wise.

If you’re looking for a nice used auto this is the place! They don’t push and allow time to contemplate your decisions. They are trustworthy and dependable. Good people selling good autos. The big guys need to learn from them. Chris was the person to help us and was great, patient and very understanding. Chris wasn’t a salesperson he was our guide to finding a great car at a great price, he took his time and showed us so many autos and never in a rush. The whole staff is wonderful and so nice. They made sure the car had gas for me, and that I was good to go for my drive home, even calling the next day to make sure I got home safe and that I was happy with the drive. Even after I pulled away, Chris did me a huge solid by helping to get my financing closer to the payment amount I was aiming for. This team is ? doing used cars correctly. We visited this location previously and were impressed by the way Ashley took her time to explain the entire purchase process to our future daughter n law that we decided to go back to purchase our own vehicle. To my surprise, both Darren, who was sweet, attentive, and enjoyable to chat with, and Ashley, who was a lively and delightful presence, provided exceptional service. Ashley had assisted my friend with her purchase and recognized us immediately, curious about what had brought us back. After explaining our situation, she invited us in and sat us down. Ultimately, I left that same day with the vehicle we were interested in, which was a pleasant surprise, and the monthly payments were nearly the same as those for my previous vehicle that I lost. Auto Wise is a very reliable, dependable and honest used car dealership. I drove down from St. Augustine, FL to look at a VW Eos and loved the car but wasn’t quite sure about it. I left the dealership and thought about it all the way home. The next day Ashley contacted me to see what could be done to make it work for me and we talked and sure enough they worked it out and I drove back down and got the car. Scott was my salesman who was awesome and very knowledgeable about the car and showed me the ins and outs of it. Jeb, the owner, came over and talked to me and put me totally at ease. Where do I begin? This is interesting story vehicle I saw at previous dealer. Ended up at this little wonderful dealer. I saw on the website. I contacted them. I went ahead and test drove this vehicle and ended up buying a different vehicle from this great team of people from Scott to Ashley to Chelsea And Chris I must say I was treated almost like a family member. They provided excellent customer care, and help guide me towards the best decision. This team helped to make my vehicle purchase seamless and I was just so satisfied with my choice. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Autowise. They were helpful and understanding in purchasing my daughter's first vehicle.
