I called him in the morning on a Saturday and he returned my call within an hour and st me up for my repair job early that afternoon. Two and a half hours later, the job was done and the window is a good as new. Mike is pleasant, polite, professional, reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
2 weeks ago, my driver side window decided that it didn’t want to go back up. I tried to get it fixed before coming back home - however I kept getting the runaround on when the part would be in. I called a handful of places once I was back home and Mike was the only one that got back to me. He came out last week to look at my car to confirm what part was needed. Mike explained to me that it was a dealership part but for whatever reason is available on Amazon. So I ordered the part and he said when it comes in to call him. The part arrived on Friday and Mike came out on Saturday to fix it. Hands down will recommend him and use him again!

Loved Mike! He came out when he said he would and if running a bit late, he let me know. Front driver window wouldn't roll down anymore. The first time he came out, Mike trouble shoot the problem. He told me the part to buy from Auto Zone... although he offered to get it, I didn't have any cash to give to him for the purchase. I started working on my slider door lock actuator of my caravan myself and could not get it put back together correctly. I took it to Mike and he put it back together then we realized another one of the many motors in the door wasn't working. So I purchased a fully assembled door from a junkyard and Mike took the parts off of that and placed them in my door and it all works great now. He also took the good parts of the other door so I can keep for the future if needed. Great job Mike. I really appreciate your hard work.

I broke the switch trying to get the driver window up on my 2016 Dodge Journey.
Mike changed the master control and regulator and offered warranty on the parts. Now my window can go up.
I called Mike late in the afternoon. He said he can be there at 4 to 430ish. Knew exactly what was wrong with my window. Showed up promptly and did a very professional job. I highly recommend him for all of your power windows needs
Mike answered my call promptly at 9:00am. He told me he was booked for the daytime but could come to my house around 4:00pm. He showed up on time, did the repair in a timely manner and gave me a fair price. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend him, 5 stars.
I had brought my window regulator s out of my 92 truck. I asked him to look them over and let me know if the motors were good. After he got done the motors were put back with right on left and left motor on right regulator. That becomes an issue if you went to order a new motor and they send you the wrong one. And yes you can install and it will work backwards. So now I've got to uninstall the passenger side which is riveted. Maybe its an honest mistake but make those on your own time. Also rather pricy, considering he only looked at the motors and regulators. Photo is a LH regulator with a right hand motor on it and a new LH motor.
