Could not have asked for a smoother transition! The Tasca family was very professional and treated me with respect during the whole lease process. They helped me with the majority of the paperwork ahead of time and was in and out of the dealer in about an hour. I highly recommend them and would lease or purchase from them again.

Had check engine light come on and Greg Gorman said let’s see put in his Savi said no problem have it in a week and did. Went to local dealer 7 weeks out.

Justin serviced our '22 GMC Denali on Monday. I met Justin because he sold my wife and I the truck and was a fantastic salesperson. Justin is an amazing employee. He is very bright, respectful, thorough and leaves a sense of confidence with his customers. He clearly identified what services are recommended and explained the value of each. He also identified why my truck was shutting down unexpectedly...bad fuel pump control module. I had been dealing with the issue for 6 months and finally someone was clever enough to identify the root cause. I could tell the engine was starving for gas and would stop while I was driving it. Thank you, Justin. My family and I very much appreciate your professionalism!

I brought my car in for timing chain repair and power steering pump and they didn’t do either repair but charged my insurance 7000 they argued with me about it and now I’m having to still repair the power steering pump myself stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be fooled by these reviews.. Just recently traded a CT5V for a 2026 CT4 V Blackwing...And they shorted the pay off to my BOA Account ...Its been days , And they still have not paid off my trade! All they want is a good review while they sleep walk on customer service. Never have I ever experienced this type of service from a dealership. The finance manager is a total idiot....And when you call them, they avoid you...Yes the dealership on the outside looks GREAT!! But don't be fooled. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere..

I originally went into Tasca Cadillac for what I thought was a computer issue that started the day before Christmas (not a good day). The service rep. Greg was able to get me in the day after Christmas, a Friday and was able to get me into a loaner. I was able to finish my holiday errands. Between Greg service rep. and the technician a possible disaster was averted. What I assumed was a computer malfunction ended up being a frayed wire under the insulation from the battery that was getting so hot that the one end started to melt. It could've led to a car fire. A one in a million problem was caught by a top notch mechanic and a service rep that help diagnose the issue. The people behind the scenes that customers don't usually see (service, parts, techs, etc...), are the ones whose support and high standards who make Tasca a great company!

From the man that you walk in the door, someone is there to help you not pushy at all takes their time showing you their vehicles, very professional upon taking delivery of the vehicle. All the options were shown to me. My salesman was great John if you go to the dealership, try and get him as your salesman the finance manager leaves a little to be desired overall it’s a great dealership. Everyone was very pleasant helpful with the exception of the finance manager. The new common manager was also very helpful. Courteous would definitely go back to the dealership.

I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer Platinum for my college-age son. Chad Basinger was the sales associate who greeted us, promptly facilitated a test-drive without undue sales pressure/tactics. We mentioned that we had other vehicles to see that day before making a decision. He did not pressure us to stay and purchase, rather simply to say that they were open to negotiation should we decide to come back. Later that day we did and they gave us a great price. Vehichle was clean and they brought it up to par w/ all new brakes and rotors. Overall an excellent purchase and excellent experience. Highly recommend Tasca and Chad!

So let me say out the gate that this review is not isolated to Tasca, but more broadly to Cadillac and by extension, to General Motors. I bought a NEW 2014 Cadillac CTS, expecting to keep it until the wheels fell off. Well it lasted only 7 years, before expensive repairs forced me to trade it in for this NEW 2021 CT5. During the 4 years that I’ve had the car, it seems to have spent more time in the shop than on the road. Most notably, issues with evap purge pump, window and door lock failures and multiple successive transmission problems. The last straw, was when the transmission automatically disengaged while I was driving on Route 95 South and then would not permit me to put the car in ANY gear (including NEUTRAL)! I cannot begin to explain how damn harrowing that was, just to get off the highway without initiating a major pileup or me ending up underneath a tractor trailer. So then I had the car towed to the nearest Cadillac dealership, which just happened to be Tasca (where I promised myself I would NOT return, after my last experience there - Ugh). The car was dropped off on 7/3/2025 at 8:34am! I am writing this review on 8/8/2025 at 5:33 pm and still have yet to get my car back!!! When I asked the Service Rep (Greg R. Gorman), why I could not get my car back on Friday (as promised), he replied (with annoyance I might add), because there were other customers AHEAD of you! To be fair, he is annoyed because I AM ANNOYED that my car is still there after more than a MONTH!!! - which he seems to think is unwarranted. Now for him to say that other customers are rightfully AHEAD of me, means to me, that their repair begun PRIOR to 7/3/2025 @ 8:34 am!!! Which now means that my month-long ordeal is not the exception, but rather BAU! So this then is where I get off the bus. It has been my EXPERIENCE, that Cadillac is a poor and pathetic excuse for a “luxury” brand. I didn’t buy a Cadillac because that was all I could afford, I bought it because that was what I chose. And now it’s clear that was a poor choice - for both product quality and service. Now I cannot wait to get this car back, so I can immediately get RID of it and buy a REAL luxury brand instead (that is NOT “Made in America”!). You guys have failed miserably and I hope this Review aids in bringing some measurable improvement. UPDATE: After being promised to get car back on 8/8/2025, which didn’t happen, I was told I would get it back on Monday by EOD….THAT also didn’t happen! Then I was told it would be Tue by EOD…that ALSO did NOT happen! Finally got car back on Wednesday, 8/13/2025. Unbelievable. Seems leaving is the ONLY consolation left to me…soo…Bye! Car SOLD to CarMax. Good riddance.

I had been searching for a Volkswagen Golf R for quite sometime and Tasca in Melbourne had one on their lot. I worked out a deal over the phone with my salesman, Chad who made the process very easy. I put down a deposit and flew into Orlando a few days later to pick up the car and drive it back home and aside from a few paperwork issues that were not their fault everything went very smoothly. I'm only leaving 3 stars because at one point during this deal, the General Manager of the dealer Joe Donfranceso called me after I had a purchase order and a deposit down to very unprofessionally raise his voice and tell me that he would not do the deal that I had already agreed too because he "wasn't losing money on someone from out of state" and "his cars on his lot were reserved for his local customers" but at this point the car had been on the lot for 45 days and nobody local was buying it. If I had not already had a deposit down on the car I would have most likely purchased elsewhere after this insane phone call.

I recently brought my vehicle in for its annual service at Tasca Cadillac, and I had the pleasure of working with Greg Gorman, Greg made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Not only did he handle the regular maintenance, but he also took care of replacing a tire that had a nail in it, which I greatly appreciated. Greg is very knowledgeable and explained all the work in detail, so I knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism made the experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done efficiently and on time. If you’re looking for exceptional service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Greg and the team at Tasca Cadillac.

I give this place 0 stars, if I could give them negative stars I would. Every time I brought my vehicle in to get “fixed” so they say, it’s needed up worst. I went in for an alignment and 3 times later after trying to get it right, they disconnect my strut and don’t want to rectify the situation. The manager called me and won’t take accountability, won’t do a thing about it.
