This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Davidson Towing & Recovery in Melbourne, FL scores 90/100 from limited recent reviews. Sentiment is largely positive: customers cite professional, friendly service, punctual arrivals, fair-to-low pricing, and accommodating help during breakdowns. A minority complaint notes no availability and brusque phone manners. Wait times are often short, though not always guaranteed. No data on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding—this is a towing service, not a parts yard. Overall: reliable value and courteous care.
What clients say about Davidson Towing & Recovery in Melbourne (FL)
Called about a tow from one location to another couldn’t even finish talking and guy said I don’t have any availability. Absolutely terrible customer service
Amazing service, very friendly and on time. Great experience considering my car broke down. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again!!
Fantastic! Super kind and helpful!
Tuesday morning (right after the long holiday weekend where I barely moved my car) I woke up to a dead battery on my way to work. I'm unfamiliar with the towing companies so I went to google. The first few were 3-4 hour wait (which was my biggest issue as I was heading to work) and also a lot higher than I expected for a jumpstart but what can you do.
Looking more for a shorter time than anything I called Davidson and wow! He explained where he was and that he would driving directly past where I live on his way back and it would be about an hour, almost half the price of the big name places as well. Stayed in contact with me to see if anyone (neighbors) helped me in the mean time. He said his debit machine was down and of course I couldn't get to the bank and had half in cash, said I could stop on the way home after work for the rest. I was so grateful for someone so wonderful! The kindness didn't stop there, he arrived, the car started right up and I gave him the cash I had on hand, and he said it's a deal, you don't owe me anything else. Really brought tears to my eyes on the way to work.
