Quick service friendly but recommended services that was already done at another dealer. Check the webdcs before quoting 800 worth of work. Also wasn't checked out with service advisor, I guess because I didn't spend the money the quoted.

It was my pleasure to be assisted by Richard Smith who went above and beyond to ensure my SUV was returned in top shape after recovering it from a break down. When faced with a difficult problem he came up with the best solution and was able to do so even when faced with a hard deadline. A great effort by an excellant service advisor and representative of Tasco GMC.

Got the work covered under warranty and promptly got me a rental which was covered. Good communication with the service department about availability of parts. They sent me clear pictures of the issues and so far seemed to have diagnosed and fixed them all. I have only had the truck back for almost a week. All communication was delivered through text which is okay but I would prefer a phone call.

The best service I've ever had. Everyone I had contact with was professional, Justin my service advisor, the young lady in billing and the fellow who brought my truck to me. I was kept in the loop throughout the repairs which were done inba timely manner. Awesome experience!

Tasca Service is my go-to for my wife's 2016 Cadillac SRX. They do a thorough job in identifying all the vehicles needs to keep it safely on the road. Over the years, asst. service manager Greg Gorman, has gone above what was expected to make sure we are highly satisfied.

Greg Gorman is the most professional. knowledgeable, Assistant Service Manager I have experienced. He knows my vehicle well and what it needs. Honest and respectful, he is the best; there is no one better. He is Mr. Cadillac.

Had my check engine light come on. I took it to the service dept. Where Richard smith took care of me right away I soon I pulled up, he was straight forward with me about parts, delays and what we can do. He got me a rental car while my truck is in the shop. Very transparent and specific on what the issue was and when he could get parts, he also was specific about other wear and tear to look out for in the future. Very helpful. I have been to the service department for other issues and i felt like i had to hunt down the service person but this is the first time I felt cared for and actually felt like I was apart of the repair process. Well done Richard. A1 service.

This was my first time bringing in my 2023 Yukon XL to the dealership for service, and the experience was great. I appreciated the thorough walk-through Richard Smith gave me of the services and the free shuttle service to and from my office. Staff is knowledgeable and very attentive - the service rep, Justin, sought out warranty support for the repair issue on my behalf. A loaner was provided while the parts were ordered. The whole experience was hassle free for me, very customer focused.

I scheduled and paid for an oil change and tire rotation. After I was told that everything was completed I noticed that the tires didn’t get rotated. At this point I’m not sure that the oil change was completed also. I have lost confidence in this dealership. I should have received a full refund. I now have to take my truck to an another dealership to get the work completed. It’s funny that you want me to reach out to you. I reached out to the general manager (Doug)four days in a row and left messages for him to call me back. On the 4th day I mentioned that I was going to contact GMC and he called me back within a hour. All he wanted to do is have me bring my truck back in so they could rotate my tires. Why would I do that? Now every time that I bring my truck in I’m going to wonder if anything gets done. I’m asking for a full refund. Cassie was great. She had nothing to do with the tech not doing the work after he told me to my face that it was all done. You have my number.

Buying our new car was about as pleasant as it could be, dealing with our salesman John along the sales manager Luke, and Tony and Tony from the Finance Dept. were all fantastic, friendly, not pushy and easy to get along with with great sense of humor. The amenities they had while we waited were very nice. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone which is odd because I’m very skeptical dealing with car dealerships over the course of my lifetime as it was always adversarial.... here it was not!

I brought my vehicle in because of a recall notice on the fuel control module. Tasca Buick GMC was very fast at the work and gave me a free car wash. The service writer was courteous. Picking the vehicle up he gave me a list of recommended maintenance items that equated to almost $2,000. My suggestion to General Motors is that they put together a central database for their GM vehicles. Had the dealership had a central database, they would of been informed that most of what was recommended, was done 5 months prior.

Very great employees! Richard my contact and the employees are all top notch. If you live with in an hr from this branch, and need warranty service this is the one to go through. I’ve gone to other GMs and it feels like you’re a burden. This branch is worth going out of your way for. Highly recommended by other independent mechanics too.

We were greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. An associate immediately came out and showed us options of what we were looking for. The experience was attentive and considerate to the reason why we were there. Sales and management were open to getting the deal done and we both walked away satisfied. Very accommodating staff.

Just had my Escalade serviced by Greg at Tasca, and as always, the experience was amazing. Greg is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right. The whole team is incredibly friendly, and the customer service at Tasca is top-notch. Their pricing is fair, transparent, and better than most places I’ve been to. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here and will recommend Greg and the team to family and friends without hesitation!

Excellent service experience at Tasca Cadillac, as usual. I have been servicing my last several Cadillacs there because of their excellent Assistant Service Manager, Greg Gorman. He always goes above and beyond to accommodate my concerns…and always with a joke and a smile. I never worry if a problem will be addressed because I know that he makes certain that it IS addressed. Also, shout out to my salesperson Chad Basinger, another true professional and gentleman. Tasca continues to earn my business because of these men!

We were traveling in the area and saw the 2024 LT1 in Rip Tide Blue on the site. Stopped by the Dealership and from the moment I was greeted by Julio I knew it was going to an easy and trouble free experience.
