I just wanted to share how great the service is at this location. They are honest and I have never had a problem with any work they have done on my vehicle.

I don't recommend this shop based on my experience. They told me they fixed the overheating issue of my car and they charged me more than $1200. However, the issue was never fixed despite visiting there 2 times. The issue is persisting after few months.

Manager William was very helpful. This visit was not the first time Will helped me with a tire problem. Very good service from all technicians with at least three visits in the past year. Just in a few short minutes communicating with Will while my tires were being worked on. I was totally comfortable becoming a full customer with my local Firestone Co. In our conversation I decided to apply for a Firestone credit card, with full approval, we talked about the next set of tires for my Camaro. Will gave me three quotes for sets of tires, and I will be back for a set as soon as they are due. Will made a full customer out of me today. So, I give him first the five stars, but I also give all the techs that have helped me over the past year five stars also. Thanks, Will. Good Job!

I'm from this area and I am here visiting family and my tire starts losing air. At first they patch it because I don't get paid til the first of the month. The patch job works perfect until I got enough money for a new tire. It was a tough job for them because of my luggnuts but they got it done fast and my tire was good for the time being....but I travel and didn't want to be on the highway. So when I came back they were able to order a tire and have me on the road . They were so kind, concerned and professional.....I will be coming back soon with my new ordered rims. I found a new tire place hooray ❤️

Very rude! My battery was okay at AutoZone they just went to get to charge me 230 dollars for a new battery. Walked my truck battery to there store and ed mobile phone at the same time. See pictures. And also got a soda and chips the second time. Was never treated so bad in my life.

Not impressed with service on my Porsche. I was Assured by management they worked on Porsche and they could do the oil change. Once received within a day of driving the oil light came on. Car said Do not drive. Took the car back and was told they ordered the wrong size filter for car. Once fixed all went well until 2 days before the New Year 2026. Called asked if they topped off fluids needed as that is what I was told when I received the oil change. His response was only if needed. Strange if i was due for my 10k oil change. He continued and stated well if the top off coolant light came on I should take it back to Porsche because it maybe a leak. Called Porshe had car towed. Well come to find out there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car and they topped off all the fluids because with 10k mile oil change it was common sense that any reasonable service would top off fluids. Will not have my Porsche serviced here again. I guess that's why you pay the extra in service fees at Porsche to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Scheduled appt. ahead of time. Got in shortly after arrival. Staff were short handed due to vacations and the manager was jumping in as needed to keep a steady flow of services being performed. .. Cudo's to him for doing it.

I came in yesterday 11/25 for an oil change and Josh was amazing. I needed 2 new tires and a few other items immediately. He not only told me why but physically showed me. Educated me on a few things I was not aware of that could be deemed a safety hazard. He was not pushy and explained everything in detail. As someone that doesn't know much about cars, that's needed. He was really genuine as well. So thank you for your service and I will be back!!

I have been away from the area for a few yrs however I have now returned and my Toyota 4Runner was in need of a few different services. I have used this shop before so I returned there. I was happy to have received the same GREAT service as previous yrs. The staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my repairs. Thank you to everyone that assisted me with the work being done. 403000 miles down and with their help I hope to reach 1,000,000.

My car A/C stopped working randomly (no cooling). Came into the store yesterday to see if they could help me. Since i arrived close to their closing time Brian - store associate - ensured they could help me and set me up with an appointment for the very next day and gave me a quote. The very next day upon arrival another sales team associate helped greeted me with professionalism and care. Josh - the technician handled my vehicle with care and attention to detail. After running diagnostic on it the issue was going to have to be fixed by the car dealer but somehow Upon putting everything back (AC service) my cooling came back! I am beyond happy with the staff and the fact that I'm able to get back on the this FL heat with cooling. Thanks to the team and Zack for going above and beyond to ensure the customers needs are met or help reassure there is a solution. Highly recommend them.

Upon receiving my vehicle back I noticed the front drivers side wheel well trim was pulled out (including a light). I took a picture of it and went back inside to ask the manager if they could pop it back in. There wasn’t any permanent damage to the vehicle I only wanted to bring it to their attention and have them pop it back in. The manager stated that it was like that when I arrived and the technician took a picture of it before he brought it into the shop. But the picture they had was of the car inside the shop on the lift. I again asked if they could pop it in, that I wasn’t looking for anything else. The manager replied that “they weren’t a body shop” and there is nothing they could do especially since it was like that when I brought it in (again, it wasn’t like that when I brought it in. He said he could call an hour insurance adjuster and can proceed from there. I left and was able to get it reinstalled with no tools! This manager assumed I was scamming them. I wasn’t.

Came in straight away at 7am without an appointment for a tire patch. Will and his team were able to get mein and out in 30 minutes! Very thankful for the simple repair and great customer service!

I went into Firestone after a recommendation from my coworker Sarah with a flat tire and had the best experience thanks to Will and Joey. They were kind, professional, and had me in and out quickly. Will even went the extra mile to help me save money, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find people this genuine and helpful, but these two are the best! Highly recommend asking for them if you go in.

I brought my car in for service and William did such an amazing job. Service was quick, I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. Good looking out William!!!

Will at Firestone Auto Care was awesome—super helpful and made sure everything with my car was taken care of. His team was quick and efficient with the tire change, and the prices were by far the best I found around. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

Lori was great over the phone and in person when I picked up my car this afternoon A man named Will was there for me this morning when I arrived to drop off my car. He communicated with me at every stage of the repair and promptly told me when it was ready to be picked up. Thank you both! You saved my life.

I had an issue with my splash guard scraping on the ground when I drove, and instead of charging me to remove and replace the part, Josh Heffner and the mechanics let me know about an easy solution that would fix the problem as cheap as possible! Very kind crew that cares about their customers instead of their pockets.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone since I moved to Melbourne a few years ago. The team and mechanics here at Firestone on S. Babcock St. are absolutely wonderful. They were able to squeeze me in when I was in a pinch and helped diagnose what was going on with my CRV to help keep her running. Truly grateful for their help and attention to detail.

I would recommend this place 10 times over again. My experience here was fantastic and the service was superior! Bill, in particular took great care of us! He is very knowledgeable and attentive and made the overall experience very pleasant. If you go here ask for Bill, you wont be disappointed! ??

Was super easy to set an appointment, drop off my vehicle and pick it up after work. Employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of any issues they noticed n my vehicle and even provided an estimate. Was overall a super smooth experience.

Josh and the technicians could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. I brought the car in for a tire repair and they completed it and kept me in the loop along the way. It was raining like I've never seen it rain before while we were inside the store. When the car was finished, Josh and his crew left the car in the work area so that my wife and I could get in the car without getting drenched. There's not a thing they could have done better than what they did today totally, totally impressed with the service I received today

He took the time to explain my options, gave me honest recommendations, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but William went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. Wow, again great service. I walked in told them the situation that I have been having with my oil pan at a previous location. They understood the problem and acknowledge if they could not fix it I would have to get it towed. No problem they checked it out and everything was fine. Got my oil change the tires rotated and went about my day. The guys at the desk are super nice they wait and listen to your story and they help you out the best they can giving you all options possible. DO NOT!!!!! Go to the Merritt Island store location there’s a unhappy old man name aka Grumpy Grandpa Greg he has a bad attitude and is not nice. Melbourne store is the way to go. Thanks guys I’ll definitely be back.
