I have had excellent experiences working with Norris, the service manager at Mercedes-Benz. He is always incredibly prompt, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Communication was always timely, and he made sure everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing top-notch customer service and making sure his clients are taken care of. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Mercedes was definitely lacking a thorough service manager, I absolutely recommend Norris!!

They refused to work on my cars transmission because of the age (and the difficulty to get parts). It's a 2011, and all I wanted was a transmission flush. This must be a joke! You are a Mercedes Dealership after all. But then they would have done it if I would have bought my car from them. So in that case, you can magically get parts and do the work? This is some next-level joke.

Went in for my last free maintenance service & also purchased a new set of tires. Met with my new service coordinator, Samantha Rivard. I was very pleased with Samantha, she explained everything being done, gave me a timeline and brought around my loaner. She kept me apprised of when my vehicle would be ready, which I really appreciated. Samantha is a wonderful addition to the Mercedes service team!

My check engine light came on and I received a message regarding my battery. I called Frank, my service advisor, and he took care of right away. She dialed an appointment for me and saw that everything was taken care of within two days. Thanks to Frank and the amazing team (Jeff, Amy and Tyrone) at MB - Melbourne! I appreciate you! We purchased our Mercedes-Benz three years ago with the Plan B maintenance package, expecting reliable service. Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. During our first service, we were provided with a loaner car, as promised. However, on every visit after that, no loaner cars were available, leaving us with no option but to wait at the dealership. Last month, we brought the car in for a software update, and since then, we’ve had serious issues with the braking system—a critical safety concern. Today, we had an appointment scheduled specifically to address this issue. Despite knowing the nature of the problem, the service department did not honor our appointment. We were told their diagnostic computer wouldn’t be available until Monday. They also had no loaner cars and asked us to leave the car over the weekend so they could work on it next week, which is completely unreasonable. Adding to the frustration, when we asked to speak with a manager, the staff couldn’t even identify who the manager was. This lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable. A braking system issue is a serious safety risk, and the lack of urgency to address it is deeply concerning. We regret purchasing our vehicle from Mercedes of Melbourne and strongly urge Mercedes-Benz corporate to intervene. This dealership needs to do much better to meet basic customer service standards and address critical safety concerns promptly.

Once again, they dropped the ball, and the customer is left holding the bag. I set up an appointment two weeks ago and specifically asked for a loaner during appointment setup. I called the dealership twice and left messages with my service manager. I never received a call back. I called a third time before my appointment and finally got ahold of my service manager and was told there were no loaners. I explained the work that needed to be done to my vehicle, and I was told I would get a call back. I never received a call back. I showed up for my appointment and was told there is no loaner. Every time I bring a vehicle to this dealership, I have issues. I was hoping that after such a long time, they would get their act together, but it seems that has not happened. UPDATE: @Nelson, I called and left you a message as well as sent you an email regarding my experience. Also, your service managers are trying to charge me for warranty work.

Best service, if you're waiting for a car, they will serve you coffee and other goodies they serve breakfast for early bird that are waiting and don't have time for coffee or breakfast before your appointment

My initial trip to service with my Sprinter was chaotic, as scheduling had somehow lost our reservation, but after getting that sorted out, all of the recalls were addressed without issue. The customer lounge was very comfortable and the beverages and sandwich were greatly appreciated. I have brought my GLS 580 in for service twice now. Both times when I came to pick up the vehicle, warning lights were on. The first time it was both the engine and the suspension lights (neither were on when I dropped it off). The second time, the suspension light was on with the message "Malfunction: Do not exceed 50 mph". This is why I brought the vehicle in for service. They even took extra time to make sure to verify the fix, but right when I started it up, same error. The next day, they were able to identify a pinched wire and resolve the warnings. Their loaner situation is not in great shape either, but I will provide an update on that later.

I have been servicing my Mercedes here for quite some time now. They were usually pretty thorough. There was one occasion. Where they suggested I needed to do some preventative maintenance that required replacing all of the gaskets on the front of the engine. At a multi-thousand dollar price, I was somewhat skeptical, but coming from a family where my dad was a mechanic, I knew the value of preventative maintenance. So I had them do it. When I got home it was leaking on my garage floor. I was very upset. I brought it back right away and they looked at it and saw that it might need to have the oil pan gasket replaced. So they replaced it. The end of the week I went on a trip, and I always check my oil when I travel. It was fine. But on my way back from the trip, it was running hot. I checked the oil and it was two quarts low. I was livid. I called them right away and they told me to bring it in right away.i was two hours away. I of course I topped off the oil. Now they knew I was very upset. When I arrived. They had no less than 5 mechanics looking all over the car to see what was wrong. I am an architect, so I am not sure what they found, but they fixed it and it didn't leak again. So I would give these guys a 5 star for coming to the table to fix a problem, but it should have been done first, not after three times bringing it on. Also I use this vehicle for yard work and I expect them to vacuum the back of the SUv cargo area. After they didn't and I told them to please do so, they have never forgotten to do that. They are a great place for dealer customer service but as Ronald Reagan always said, "trust but verify." I still bring my vehicle here, only because they showed me that my concern about the lack of initial care was important. I think it should be 4.5. I would recommend this dealer to trust your investment with, but be sure to be particular and check what they say they have done. I trust them now, but still always check.

Don’t waste your time. Last year I dropped off my Mercedes SUV and was put in an entry level Dollar Rental. After 2 weeks, they called and told me to bring back the rental car they could not get the parts for another month. I called Mercedes of Tampa, who had the parts and the vehicle repaired within 24 hours. I made an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter van for the emissions recall and I was told I needed to drop it off and leave it there for three weeks for them to get the parts in and do the work. Who can be without their cargo van for three weeks? I called Mercedes of North Orlando made an appointment for next week. They will need the vehicle for three days total. Sorry, Mercedes of Melbourne , but your service department needs major work. I’ll drive the hour to Mercedes of North Orlando or two hours to Mercedes of Tampa to avoid your dealership.
