I worked with AutoBuy. Whereas it wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience due to how underwater I was on my truck, Brett made the pain much more tolerable. The car I was selling was worth $6k retail. After 45 minutes of looking at the car their offer was $1k. I was shocked. Left instantly. Went home, listed it on FB marketplace and sold it for $4k cash within 12 hours. I suggest you do not waste your time here. Run, don't walk away.

Awful experience. We received an offer for our car via SMS and E-mail, they asked us to take pictures, then speak to an associate to cover all of the related question, to then wait for another hour to let us know that the offer we received was generated by AI and their real offer was for $19K after their initial offer was for $20,800. What a waste of time, zero respect for us as customers.

We took my daughters car there to sell, as at this time she is physically unable to drive and has been for over a year. Allen was great and made the whole experience a pleasure as did Janet in the corporate office who was extremely helpful. I would reccomend this company and will use them again.

Got an offer online on their website by inputting my vehicle’s VIN and current mileage (mind you my vehicle has less than 12k miles). Scheduled the appointment, received an email with my offer in a check format as if it was ready for me to drop off my car and pick up the check. On the phone they told me it would take only 15 min for the appraisal. We got to the office, there was no one there beside us. It took 45 minutes for the appraiser to come back with an offer WAY below what they offered us on THEIR website. When I mentioned the offer they had sent me, he simply said they couldn’t honor it because their system price wasn’t right, not because of my car’s condition (like new condition, no scratches/dents) or mileage but because the system was offering resale price. So basically they made us waste over 1h for nothing. They gave us an offer to lure us in and did not honor it. Tried to convince us of selling our vehicle just because they have 5 stars reviews (????). I will not be recommending this company and will not be back.
