The customer service experience here was the worst I'd ever experienced on a car lot. The only thing that saved me from their racist staff that discriminated against me was the fact I wore a body cam during my interaction with them. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE the staff was that rude and disrespectful after I paid cash for a 2014 nissan frontier. They gave me trouble and an extremely hard time about getting my truck license plate and repairs that needed to be fixed. Check engine light came on the next day after I left the lot. Would never recommend this business to anyone. Extremely unprofessional overall.

Same day we purchased our son’s first car it broke down on the side of 95. Took it to a mechanic and it needs $2300 worth of work including a whole new brake system which they knew about it. Our mechanic told us they replaced the brake lines and left everything else needing repairs. I gave them 2 stars because the front desk lady was very nice and she doesn’t have anything to do with the mechanical issues. Just very disappointing they knew it was for our 16 year old son and sold it to him like that.

Just wanna say A&M auto World was a very professional company I had a minor issue with one of their drivers was not a big deal at all I called the office to discuss it The girl in the office and the owner of the company were forgiving and very professional and took care of the matter I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who has to dispose of a car or need their services in any thank you again we need more companies and people out there like this the world as we know it would be a better place I am a business owner myself and I love to see good business like this.

They sold.me my jeep and didnt enclosed that it had a car fax with 3 accidents. Paid 5600 cash and 6 no ths later I had to sell it for financial issues and I only fot 1900 cuz of the carfax. They ripped me off. Dont recommend this place
Fast service and customer service. My car has no issues and the mechanics there are really good. they are very understanding and work with you and your needs.
What a bad customer service. I called to confirm some info about one car they have on their inventory and the guy that answered the phone, did not want to take care of my concerns. He said he had too many calls waiting to be talking to me. You don’t progress in a business acting like this. Don’t recommend this place at all.
I just bought a 2008 Hyundai accent from them. They were asking for 800 down, I had 700 and Tiffany worked it out for me. The payments I'm making are very reasonable and I'm super psyched about my new car! What is really different about this place is the warranty on your vehicle, and the mechanic does an inspection on it after you purchase it to see if there's any major issues. Mine is fine and driving smoothly with cold A.C. I wish I had known about this place before! They are very honest and good people, if you need a car you should check them out.

Just bought a 2010 dodge charger here. So far at this time cs service seems good. They seem to keep their word(which is rare) and seem to be truly invested in the business. So we'll see what happens. If I could rate it lower I would. 2 cars from there and neither run right after a few WEEKS and they dont want to help fix them (major, expensive repairs). The office lady is rude and short with you and the owner is even worse. Been waiting for 5 months for keys to lock the vehicle! Can't wait to get out of this mess with them.
I had an 2006 F-150 Triton with no transmission sitting in my backyard for a while .I was worried I couldn't do anything without a title. He(Tony) had one of his tow truck drivers come and get it. Just showed ID and it was gone without the title from Ohio. Sweet!!! 500 bucks cash!! Whole transaction took not even two hours. Thank you.
Best car buying experience I've ever had! Very friendly and helpful people and they even came out on a Saturday even though they were supposed to be closed. Would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a used car.

I had a 2000 Dodge Intrepid that had been in a bad accident before I owned it. I replaced some of the body, but it was in different colors (red & green!) I intended to paint it, but then it started having alot of mechanical problems. I tried to sell it online, but had no takers. The other "junk Car buyers" offered me $300. I needed a good car for work. Tony offered me $1,200 to use as down payment on one of his cars. I paid the tax, tag & title and drove out of there in a 2002 Nissan Sentra. This was a little over a year ago now, and the car is still running great. It's almost paid off, and my payments were reasonable. Thank You, Tony!
