It’s the only shop my car has ever been to since I moved to Florida recently and I’ve told all my nieghbors and friends how trustworthy they are! Anthony goes above and beyond with respect, kindness and customer service! Thankyou anyhony!

Anthony the main guy behind the desk was awesome. Everything he said went flawless. I have not had such good customer service in years.

Anthony provided excellent customer service and Tee removed and replaced my worn out parts perfectly. I haven't been here in years due to former manager's dangerous, flammable workmanship. Now, these guys are doing it right the 1st time.

Andrew, the store manager for Tire Choice in Melbourne, FL is personable and professional. He and his team promptly went to work on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. I came in for brakes and while those we being done the tech working on my truck identified several other things that needed potential work: the serpentine belt and my windshield wiper spray system. He checked my maintenance history and the belt had not been done for at least 6 years, so I had them replace it. He also picked up from the local Toyota dealer and installed the spray system. His (and your stores) willingness to go above and beyond wins my business every time. Thank you!

I am leaving this review everywhere and am filing a formal complaint regarding the service I received from this auto repair facility and its service manager, Anthony. I’m not sure if this was dishonesty or incompetence, I’m truly leaning towards dishonesty. I brought my vehicle in after it broke down and was told the issue was a faulty fuel rail sensor. I was informed this was a major repair. Trusting their professional diagnosis, I authorized the work. I was later charged over $800 (plus labor) for replacement of this component. After the fact, I discovered that this specific part is widely available for approximately $17. I confirmed the exact part number through documentation and image matching. The markup alone is extreme and was never disclosed or explained prior to authorization. Shortly after this repair, the vehicle broke down again. I was then told the cause was carbon buildup, and was charged over $100 for what I was told was a fuel system cleaner treatment. This type of cleaner typically retails for only a few dollars. I was told I was only charged for one treatment, though the justification for the price remains unclear. I was then advised that if this did not resolve the issue, the next step would be a full engine teardown and cleaning, for which I was quoted over $1,500. Additional maintenance items such as tire replacement and an oil change were also recommended during this time. Due to growing concern about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the pricing of the repairs, I sought a second opinion. I have since taken the vehicle to another repair facility, where the previously installed part was inspected. I was informed by two independent mechanics that the part and/or prior repair did not meet expected quality standards. Both expressed concern regarding the pricing and work that had been performed. I have retained: - Repair invoices from your facility - Receipts for replacement parts - Written statements from two independent mechanics who inspected the vehicle Based on these findings, I will also be submitting this documentation to the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer protection agencies for further evaluation. My goal in filing this complaint is to prevent other customers from experiencing similar service outcomes.

They did an awesome job in a reasonable time frame. Anthony at the front was very cool and friendly and helpful.

I had an appointment which they started on time and went through with me all the options! Finished at a great time and vehicle is running great!

Anthony is always so patient and willing to help, especially when repairs need to be redone and go through warranty companies. The staff is great and quick with getting wirk done.

I went to get my oil changed in my brand new car, and I asked for the best that they have. They put 5w-30 instead of Ow-20 and the manual says to put Ow-20. They said it would take an hout and it took almost 2, then they charged me $100. Sorry, but I can't come back.

I never seem to learn: NEVER bring my vehicle to a chain "Tires Plus" or whatever type place!! **Smacks forehead** Why when my vehicle needs wheel bearings do these shops require complementary inspections; where they open the hood and find problems you didn't know you had?! Anyways, 2 miles down the road after leaving my "Check Engine" light illuminates. I'm thinking, " It's probably something to do with the speed sensor connection on the hub that was just replaced." That makes sense! No!! Upon scanning my vehicle, I discover a "Camshaft sensor Open" code. Hmmm, that's weird. Upon inspection, I find the plug for the sensor is just resting on the sensor, not connected. It's odd because, on Mopar and many other manufacturers, they use special locking plugs so it can NEVER come loose on it's own, from vibration and what not. Needless to say, another chain shop I'll never recommend or return to. I gave 2 stars ONLY because I paid less than average on the repair I received. Not worth it though, when you leave with a problem you didn't have prior.

Excellent Service at a fair price. Their "Vehicle Health Checkup" was an excellent way to clearly explain and show me what needed to be done. Thank you ... I'll be back!

The store at Harbour Blvd in Melbourne is the best. Anthony took the time to understand the problem and their team worked on it smoothly and timely. I recommend them, and I will bring my vehicles here moving forward.

While driving my oil level light came on, I did not know what to do. I pulled over at Tire choice and the most kind man, Anthony, came out and offered to check my oil level for me even though they did not have an appointment available. It’s nice to know there are still kind people in the world. God bless Tire choice and Total Care!

Anthony store manager deliver top notch service. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door. I was given an expected wait time when my car would be ready, At the completion of my service i was given a full diagnostics of the cars condition. On that day I changed 4 tires and returned the next day for breaks and router. Thank you Anthony and your team of technicians.

My daughter came in to your store 30 minutes before you were to close. She is a teacher and left school at 6:15 pm and saw a nail in her tire. You were the closest tire store to her and she came to your shop and you all fixed her tire by 6:40pm. Thank you so much for taking care of her and being kind! You made her day and Mammas too! Thank you also for doing the act of kindness and not charging her!

I had Tires Choice replace a tire on daughter's car. I neglected to remove the antitamper valve stem cap from the old tire. I returned to Tires Choice only to be told there wasn't an antithetical valve stem cap on the old tire. Rather then say, "We don't have it" lie to the customer that's always a good business practice, right?

Above and beyond! Order tires from Cooper, scheduled the install with Cooper online for this partner location. Later, discovered that my aftermarket valve stem caps would not come off to re-air the tires. Contacted this shop and they were more than happy to swap out the valve stems no charge. I really feel that they went above and beyond as the valve stem caps could have been over tightened during the tire install, or, it might have just been the quality of my valve stem caps. Good job guys , very rare these days to get this kind of service!

I’ve used them a few times, but now I doubt everything that they’ve ever said I needed. I went in for a check engine light and Mike, the Service manager quoted $1100 for a mass airflow sensor, cabin air filter, and engine filter. He said he could do it for $700. I went to a different shop for a second opinion. The guy there scoffs at the quote and shows me how easy it is to repair. He gave me the link to buy the part online and charged me nothing. I’m a single woman who has never worked on a car in my life. I spent $140 on all the parts, watched about 5 minutes of YouTube videos, then did all the work myself in under an hour. No more check engine light. You guys have some audacity trying to take advantage of people like that.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I took my 2023 Camry SE to Tire Choice to have new tires put on my car for the first time since buying my car. My Camry only has 47,000 miles! The person at the front desk said I needed alignment, I was shocked because my car never pulls and I hadn't long got alignment by toyota. I trusted that person so once my car was done I asked for a print out of my cars alignment and he told me the computer was down shocking! I leave the shop to go home and my car was pulling extremely bad so I did a u turn and went straight back the shop.One of their workers pulled my car back in right away and work on it and he aligned it again. When I left it was no longer pulling bad but it felt like a bumpy ride. I called the shop and the guy told me to come in the following Monday, however there was no way I could because my schedule was extremely busy with work. I went Thursday and he told me to come back Friday at 5 so I did. I thought maybe the tires weren't right for my vehicle. They put my car in the air and they took all wheels off and come to find out all of my rims were bent 3 being so bad that you can see it. One of the rims are bent in 2 separate places. The company has refused to replace the rims they bent!! If you have been here recently and you are having issues with pulling, leaking of tires or a bumpy shaky ride have another place look at it. I was going to take more pictures of the other rims, however the manager said he was taking the pictures to send to their insurance so I didn't need to and he was moving the 2 rims to the back that were really bad so it wouldn't shake my car as bad.

Edit 8/23: I'm sad to inform everyone that management has changed, and with it the 5 Star Review I had posted previously. Since the shift, I have elected not to have a clutch replaced, and my fiance decided to shift her business to the local Gatto's. After I get a quote from them for a clutch, I'll do the same. My last visit involved conflicting diagnoses and an argument. Unfortunate. -Will :This Gem is the best Auto Service Center I've come across in years! No corporate atmosphere, no additional service fees on top of service fees. Just honest upfront prices, and realistic times for turnaround. So far, oil changes, a brake job, batteries, and tires - no issues. Soon I'll be asking these fellas to replace a clutch, just quoted to me for 50% Less than what I was Hoping For! Please, give these guys your business. They're fair, honest, hard working and deserve it.

Very pleasant experience. Filled the online form for the appointment. Got confirmation within few hours. Went for the front brake work . Dealer quoted 265. They have 129.99 special. They took an hour to finish the work while I was waiting. No coffee vending machine in the waiting area which could have been nice. Good value for money.
