Took our 5th wheel in for a yearly maintenance check. They had the service done by the end of the day. The other local RV service center would always take much longer. These guys are my new go to for RV service needs.
Deceiving info over the phone . We needed a $5 ball valve o-ring ( Amazon price ) for the toilet. I called and she said they had it in stock and would be at the counter waiting. Very friendly over the phone. When I arrived the service man had the item and proceeded to tell me the charge was $52. And then laughed and said "don't shoot the messenger" He couldn't keep a straight face. Murphy’s RV made me feel secure and confident in buying a rv. It is hard and scary buying a RV especially when you live 2400 miles away. Bristol and all of the employees at Murphy's were awesome to work with. Thank you so much for your help and support!
Went to get my air conditioner looked at on my pop up. They said needed a new one . Air was only used three times. Charged me 225.00 dollars just too look at. Place is a rip off.
Had a leak in my Thor Van which I thought was under seat by water source. However Murphy indicated a fitting by the toilet had fallen off and toilet needed to be removed to put new fitting around fresh water feed. Total charge $311. They put pressure test on it. My only issue is they did not bother to call my Good Sam extended coverage plan, because “ we don’t have the time to do that. So 1 hr of diagnostics and 1/2 hr of work. Not bad, but next time I will find the leak myself. Stuff always comes apart in these conversion vans.

We dropped off our Fleetwood Excursion 39L for generator service (oil/fuel/air filter, oil change etc) and to have the slide on the driver side repaired.
WEEK 2: Told the generator service is done, the parts are in, and worst case scenario it should be done by middle of next week.
WEEK 3: Those were the wrong parts, working with Fleetwood to get the right parts.
WEEK 4: Second set of parts are in, will be working on it be end of week.
WEEK 5: Haven't worked on it at all. I asked them to tell me if they can fix it and stop wasting my time. "To be honest I'm not sure if we can fix it and I am not interested in working on it"

Told they will sell me the parts and I can come pick it up.
Go to pick it up the next day, the mechanic explains to me why they are the wrong parts, says he waiving his labor and only wants to charge me over $400 for wrong parts. He then told me that if I had done like he suggested and found the parts myself through internet and forum searches that they wouldn't be the wrong parts.
I told him I wasn't paying for the wrong parts, I'll pay for the generator service and be done. At this point I was told that nothing had been done to the RV at all.
I said "You told me the generator service was done weeks ago" to which the reply I got was "The guys serviced a generator, it just wasn't yours."
WHAAAAAATTTT!!!!!
He handed me my keys and I left having wasted 5 weeks of my time!
I wish I could choose ZERO STARS since they did ZERO for me!
Absolutely great shop with the nicest people. Can't recommend them enough. They did a fast and excellent job repairing my pop-up. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your RV here!
