Matt Bell and his team really went above and beyond to get us a good deal on our trade in and got my wife into a great used Malibu. We went in with our three young boys and Matt was exceptional towards them. They are still asking about Matt today (our youngest calls him the red shirt guy). You can tell he's an awesome father and an overall great human. The entire staff was awesome! They even gave our boys a cold start on the Z06 and let our youngest get comfy inside it. In 2024 I had the pleasure of dealing with Boniface-Hiers after spending several months trying to pre-order a 2024 high performance vehicle at many other dealerships. I decided to try Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet in Melbourne and within about 2 hours dealing with Verner in sales and management personnel, I had found and purchased the 2025 car of my dreams with every color combination and option I had on my list. The final deal price was excellent and options I added were very also very fair prices. Today, I had my car in for a detailed recommended inspection and normal required maintenance. All of the service staff are top notch. I work with Christian as my personal service rep. He is excellent to work with and he also shares personal conversation making me feel right at home. The service was fast, convenient and professionally completed while taking excellent care of my vehicle, and providing me with a written detailed report and checklist of everything checked and completed.. This dealership is the most professional and enjoyable experience I have had in my lifetime of owning cars - 60+ years!

I set up a service appointment for my truck with Christian. He told me that unfortunately he won’t be in that day but he went further and forward me with Christine. The appointment was set up at 7:00AM on a Saturday. I was there 10 minutes before the hour and they open in time. I was received with smiling faces even at that time in the morning. Christine went further in the service and professional treatment. The service went smooth and was finished before the original waiting time the expected at the beginning. The team here that assisted us in getting the one vehicle we had our eyes set on, which we saw online. From the beginning, it didn't seem pushy or as if they just wanted a "sell". The one handling the finances and the manager were super friendly and accommodating to what we were looking for and not what they thought we would want. Christine at Boniface is the most incredible customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had to have my son’s car towed in on a Sunday (before Christmas) of all days…. Christine contacted me first thing in the next morning, took detailed notes of what happened and kept me in the loop over what was found, what was needed and accurate estimates of everything. Of course this happened between Christmas and the New Year but throughout everything, she was fantastic at setting my expectations appropriately (so very very much appreciated). Great news is that some services were even covered by warranty AND even got a military discount. I love this place, as they are dependable and honest. I bring my car and my son’s car here for service and I never have to worry if the job has been done correctly.

I went into the dealership for an oil change on my 2022 Silverado 3500 and really liked the new Colorado ZR2. I spoke to Bradley the sales person who was very professional and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. We ended up taking it for a test drive and talked numbers with the Manager on duty. I wasn’t ready that day to make a deal because the numbers were off a bit and I wanted to talk to my wife about our options we went in a couple days later on a Sunday salesman. Bradley was not working that day so we spoke to Tyler And we were able to make the numbers work. I was absolutely amazed on how fast and efficient the buying process was there was no nonsense and we were out the door within four hours with my new truck, completely detailed and ready to go.
