I will never be going back to this shop due to the disrespectful nature of Marcos.
Telling the customer to "shut your mouth" while being surrounded by your associates is a cowardly position to take.
Everyone wanted $900+ parts to change my water pump ( its under the motor so had to pull my engine out) Took it to Marcus and he charged me $400 even. Not only did he change my water pump...but he recharged my refrigerant AND repaired a issue with my front brake calipers....and charged me nothing for the extra service, even though he used his own parts on the brakes! He is Honest, fair and does an amazing job! He is a Christian and will not overcharge you for the labor or parts. Have used Marcus both time I have needed a mechanic and recommend him to EVERYONE I know who needs a great mechanic. Thank you Marcus!

Every problem that I cannot do myself I bring to Marco. He is affordable, experienced, and understands problems with cars just by looking for a couple seconds. If you read this I recommend going to Marco. Nun of the reviews are fake he’s the real deal.

Marcos is a great auto technician and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the A/C compressor, serpentine belt and recharged the refrigerant on my Honda Civic. Did the diagnostic one day and allowed me to witness it to show me what the issue was. He determined the compressor clutch was faulty by following great troubleshooting practice. He replaced it the following week and ensured it was fully working before letting me drive it out. His quote was reasonable and I did not have any issue paying what he quoted me.
Marcos went above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. Not only did he answer our call on a Sunday this memorial day weekend, he also opened his shop for us and replaced our broken brake light switch.
He was more concerned about our safety driving with non functioning brake lights than the burden of helping us out on his day off. We are extremely grateful for his assistance, efficiency, and his fair pricing.

I have been taking my car to Marcos since I started to drive and he has always been professional and courteous. He is NOT the typical mechanic, only looking to make money off of you. He only charges what is fair and reasonable for the expert work that he does.
I would give him TEN stars!
Marcos is incredible! Experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and great at explaining. A real GEM in this day and age of incompetence. Marcos performs superior work for a fair price -- going above and beyond in his work ethic! He fixed the AC on my 2012 Equinox, and diagnosed problems with the transmission and catalytic converter for me to get repaired back in Austin. Worth every penny!
